While we were talking to her, she walked off to greet some friend and left us talking. eventually she returned and started ringing us up. When we declined the extended warranty she walked away and had a coworker finish a transaction. Is BB making money off extended warranties and consequently they pay their staff on how many they sell? I have to say, this was rather surprising and disappointing that she could not wait 2 minutes to greet her friend and finish the transaction. Do better, BB.

You have a line of people at the registers and only 1 person working at the register. And I say this for a few reasons. The first one is about as obvious as it is pragmatic. And that is to say...it's only about 5 minutes away from my house. Why drive the length of time that it would take to watch half an episode of South Park when there's a Best Buy practically in my backyard? The second reason I prefer this one is that they seem to have a more vast selection of items, despite their store space being technically smaller. I dunno what it is. But I never really seem to have much difficulty finding the tech that I require from a place like this. Must be the online ordering. Oh! That leads me to my third reason I love this place so. Their contactless curbside delivery is beyond compare. Simply download the app, drive to the store, check in, and they have your order out to you faster than you can download the latest Chrome update. But maybe I'm getting just a little too geektastic for ya over here. Anywho, the app is totally worth the very mild (at worst) hassle it takes to login and navigate. I figure it only makes sense, since most people are like me and probably do a majority of their shopping online now-a-days anyway.
