I can't believe how bad this company has become and I will have to contact attorney general about this store. I have had other issues with this company who doesn't care about anything the public tells them but to make money. I even have gone to the store and needed assistance and the employees are huddled together just talking together and having a party not even working. You have a line of people at the registers and only 1 person working at the register. I reported and they tell you they will take care of the problem and don't do anything, and know they are allowing people to post and price gouge.

When we declined the extended warranty she walked away and had a coworker finish a transaction. Is BB making money off extended warranties and consequently they pay their staff on how many they sell? I have to say, this was rather surprising and disappointing that she could not wait 2 minutes to greet her friend and finish the transaction. Do better, BB.

I went to the store and couldn't believe they were going to give me the one I returned damaged box. I can't believe how bad Best But is and still want to give out damaged item and it is like the third one I got from them and called corporate and reported it. I will have to shop for Lego sets some where else as I'm tired of getting g damaged boxes and for a collector that is an important thing having a mint box. Best Buy you should be ashamed about this. And I say this for a few reasons. The first one is about as obvious as it is pragmatic. And that is to say...it's only about 5 minutes away from my house. Why drive the length of time that it would take to watch half an episode of South Park when there's a Best Buy practically in my backyard? The second reason I prefer this one is that they seem to have a more vast selection of items, despite their store space being technically smaller. I dunno what it is. But I never really seem to have much difficulty finding the tech that I require from a place like this. Must be the online ordering. Oh! That leads me to my third reason I love this place so. Their contactless curbside delivery is beyond compare. Simply download the app, drive to the store, check in, and they have your order out to you faster than you can download the latest Chrome update. But maybe I'm getting just a little too geektastic for ya over here. Anywho, the app is totally worth the very mild (at worst) hassle it takes to login and navigate. I figure it only makes sense, since most people are like me and probably do a majority of their shopping online now-a-days anyway. It's the next best thing if you can't wait days and days for that Amazon order to arrive. I....I dunno how to justifiably end this review. We went to all major retailers and a couple of used computer shops but had no luck. Roger at Edgar's was able to locate a used charger that worked for us. It was a little pricey ($55) for a 9 year old used charger but we were glad he had it and paid the price. The perk was playing with his massive cat that seemed to weigh 25 lbs.

Within only six months -- and after an earlier crash I barely managed to recover from -- the system became unstable and eventually had to be repaired by a different technician. I am 88 and on oxygen, and I rely on my computer every day. I wish I had been warned that forcing Windows 11 onto older, unsupported hardware can lead to serious instability in a short period of time. Edgar clearly knows his craft, but customers -- especially seniors or those on fixed incomes -- should ask whether an upgrade is truly safe and appropriate for their specific machine.
