The response I got when I walked in--"we didn't get to it, sorry"--I stared at him waiting for him to suggest a possible solution--he responds with another "sorry" . No customer service--how do you have someone car for 8hrs and then no suggest a solution?? Then having 5 stars must be outdated.

They didn't pressure us to go ahead with the service and were willing to explain the approach that they were going to take. Although I didn't end up getting my car fixed here, I would definitely take it back in the future just because of the nice service. I feel like that's really hard to come by in the automotive industry and so we really appreciated their transparency.

Last week I brought my car in because of three warning lights. They also told me that all lug nuts should be replaced 5/wheel, 20 total. I agreed to replace the brake sensor and lugs. They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away

Whenever she showed up she was kindly greeted and helped in the lot with no wait. They talked her through what the issue was as they fixed it and told her to come back if she had any more problems. She was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and they didn't even charge her a dime! We will definitely be going back if anything else goes wrong.

Thankfully they did a wonderful job no more black soot falling on my rims either like it had been doing for years. They did such a great job I took my 2nd car in for 3 noises. They took care of two of them at no charge...because the 3rd one wasn't making the sound at the time I pulled in so couldn't fix something we couldn't hear. I had them replace a recommendation though they thought will be a problem in the near future at a reasonable price once again. My car is sounding great again. They're extremely trustworthy. I will get my 3rd noise fixed by them if it were to ever come back again. They were fantastic and didn't overcharge me. I previously went to a guy in Whitestown who worked out of his garage...what a huge mistake that was that's where many of my problems began. I should've asked for the price first. He overcharged me a bunch for just 2 brake pads. I also called another auto service in Zionsville and they quoted me a huge overcharged price. Learned my lesson the first time. I just hope Zionsville Auto continues with their amazing customer service & reasonable prices. They're my new go to place to fix all of my mechanical car issues.

I'm sad to say that I have to heavily downgrade my review of Tyler. My fiancée's car had a clutch…read moreissue recently during the winter storm. We called Tyler and asked if they could help with a manual transmission car because we'd have to have it towed there. They said yes. Then after we had it towed, they said they didn't know how to work on it. We tried to drive it across the street to Glendale Automotive, but Tyler had killed the battery. So I had to push it back the 10 yards to get it into a parking spot at Tyler and wait for another tow truck. No one from Tyler came out to ask if we were ok or offer help as I pushed. We did get it over to Glendale Automotive with a tow, and Glendale fixed it right up, no problem. If Tyler had just been honest, we could have towed it to Glendale from the jump and saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and literal physical pain from pushing the car.

This was my second visit to Tyler Automotive. I went to subpar mechanics recently that I just…read moredidn't trust and my car still didn't feel right. Had my front and rear shocks and struts replaced with a wheel alignment. I had to have my car towed to Tyler's Friday afternoon knowing they're closed on the weekends. I called to let them know my car would be there at whatever time on Friday and whenever they manage to get to it was fine. Becky answered the phone and after I told her what was going on with my car, she let me know I would have to pay for the suspension check since I had the initial repairs done elsewhere - totally reasonable and 100% transparent. I got a text at 2:11pm today to review what they found and they called a few minutes later to go over it and get permission to do what was needed. It was only $70 for the suspension inspection plus a free quality control inspection. They also fixed one of the tire valves for me and filled the front two that were shockingly low. I literally just had all 4 filled elsewhere. The most expensive was the alignment which was $135. A little higher than what I'm used to but honestly, you get what you pay for. They called 2 hours later to let me know my car was ready. It always sucks to have to bring your car in when something is wrong but at least the people working at Tyler Automotive don't make you feel worse about it and know what they're doing

My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.
