Absolutely in love with my new ring design!!! I was never in love with the wedding ring my husband and I designed in Walnut Creek with another well-known jeweler 11 years ago. I was finally fed up getting my ring prong replaced for the 3rd time (due to the bad design work) and looked on Yelp to find another jeweler. I am so happy I found Darren!!! He is very patient and a true artist who knew how to make my Diamond stand out (pop) while understanding how to protect the prong from continuing to break. Really surprised by the high ratings here after our experience. We saw the Yelp reviews and thought that this was a good place for jewelry service. But they could not have been more unhelpful when we visited their store on a Tuesday at lunch time while it was quiet. We asked a question (to perhaps the owner) about a custom ring and what our options were to make some improvements, and the person that spoke to us looked at it for 5 seconds, then handed it back to us. From the moment you walk in the door, it's a great experience. I never thought I would be someone who would own costume jewelry but Darren has been able to take my vision and turn it into reality. My husband took a screen shoot of a Pinterest photo I had saved of the ring I wanted for when he proposed. Darrin took that photo and created my engagement ring from it.
