After only a week of owning my very 1st Rolex, it still feels like a dream come true . My salesman Marc walked me through every step of my " re education " into the world of collecting and owning fine time pieces after long lifetime of owning and collecting other brands fine though they might be. Not to brag mind you , but there really is nothing like putting on much less owning a Rolex . Marc patiently showed me through the entire line of exhibitions they had currently on display and finally I settled on my dream watch , a "Two Tone " Submariner with a Black dial . While it took a patient wait to find this specific model , I finally realized my dream only recently. It has only been a week , but my friends and family , not to mention fellow church members can't stop complimenting me on my choice and fine fortune of even locating one as they can be quite hard to come by . Lord knows how they are come by, but Marc came through and then some . A priceless moment for me and my family . Naturally my wife has now just cause to want to join me on the ownership experience and have her very own 1st Rolex. Marc sure has his work cut out for himself this time , as her choice is a hard to come by stainless steel model with a beautiful Pink dial and gold Roman numerals of course along with a few choice diamonds as well . Not an easy find, not to mention the added time pressure on Marc of an upcoming 5th wedding anniversary . We have indeed added a lot of pressure onto Marc in finding it , but we have faith in the process . I have assured my wife that the Heller team as ably demonstrated by Marc's exemplary salesmanship skills and natural business acumen have given us both an internal confidence and fanciful faith that our dream will be realized by October in time not only for the blessed day but even a rear watch engraving if I can only come up with the proper words to show my eternal love. Ok ok ok...I'd been dreaming of buying myself a new ring for many many years. My husband and I are celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary this year and we've been through just about everything a couple can go through so I decided it was time to see what it might take to get my dream ring. I searched for family owned jewelers in the Bay Area because I wanted that small and cozy feel and Heller Jewelers popped up as first recommended so I called and made an appt to meet with someone that same day. When I got there and saw the shop I was like "this is family owned?" It looked like a mini-Tiffany's! So I was immediately intimidated and thought I'd definitely not chosen wisely because I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford anything from them. I met with Markus and was honest with him about what I had been looking for and how I thought they were a "mom and pop shop" and he laughed and said they were family owned which made me feel better but I was still worried! Recommended by a dear family friend, l went in to trade my engagement ring. The process was very smooth and l was able to pick a gorgeous tennis bracelet instead. Scott and Catherine are extremely kind and knowledgeable and went over and beyond to make me feel welcome. Scott even offered me store credit when the traded ring appraised for more than initially planned which was such a thoughtful gesture demonstrating unparalleled principles. Do not do business here. Terrible experience and horrible customer service. No clue why anyone would ever want to shop here. I went to Heller's March 2025 to buy a brand new Rolex OP 41 in black or blue. I wanted to buy the watch by my (30th) birthday in September as a gift to myself. The woman who "helped me" told me she can't sell me a new Rolex, but she'll call me to check in and that I should visit the store if I need any jewelry...she then proceeded to show me pre-owned Rolex, which is really funny to me; I came in asking for a NEW watch, not a used one. Awful customer service, I guess Heller employees don't know how to, I don't know, listen? Anywho, I received one text message over six months leading up to my birthday...an automated text thanking me for my interest. So guess what I did? I went to the next closest authorized Rolex dealer in September 2025, I told them I wanted to buy the same exact watch in the next two weeks because we were already a week into September at that point. They called me five days before my birthday, sold me a brand new black Rolex OP 41 and I bought a smaller one for my wife the same day. Here's my favorite part, I hope whoever owns this business reads this; my birthday is the 27th...I bought those two Rolex from the other dealer the exact same day Heller was robbed. Karma is a helluva thing isn't it? Poetic justice. Your salesperson treated me like garbage because I don't buy jewelry there and/or because I was in my (blue collar) work uniform? When I spoke to the other dealer, they were apologetic to me. They shared some info about other clients having the same issues with Heller. Not surprising. read more

This is my first time buying a watch from this jewelry store. Michael is a great guy answering all my questions the best he can. To make the story short after a couple of days I wanted to ask how I can extend the limited 2 years warranty on the watch. I called the store twice. The person sold me the watch is off or in vacation according to the first person I spoke with. Asked about the warranty and told me its only 2 years warranty. Did not offered me any options. Then I called again and spoke to another young lady and this time she is certain i won't be getting any extension and she even said, she never heard of something like extending the warranty for Tag Huere. So I had this hunch that this young lady has limited knowledge on this field, so I ask to please connect me to her supervisor or manager. She put me on long hold and heard on the background they're giggling, sounds like they don't know whom to transfer me with, and then she told me her manager will call me back so I gave her my cellphone number. Then yes the manager calls me after a few minutes and he explained to me how to get extra 3 years of complimentary warranty. I chose this store because it was recommended to me and they sell the watch brand I'm intended to buy that day. The usual AD I go to does not sell Tag Huere. It just my opinion okay; sometimes it's hard if you're being pampered by your first AD (my usual Rolex AD store) that you don't have to do anything, and then go to the other that has different ways. Don't get me wrong, Heller Jeweler is great Watch Store they have a lot of selections, it just this instance turn me off a little bit. read more

As part of their service, they offer free complimentary re-welding should I ever decide to cut off the bracelet or if it accidentally breaks. I've been in the market for a couple of specific Rolex models for some time and am getting very close to making a purchase. I came in today, full of excitement and with the full potential of being closed on a purchase well over $10k. I was hurried, spoken down to, and worst of all, basically told to move along by one particular salesman as he "had other customers to tend to". Perhaps business is so good that they feel fine treating potential customers like they're disposable. Grabbed some lunch on a random weekday over at City Center in Bishop Ranch and had some time to kill before picking up the kiddos. Perused around and made my way to Heller just to see what they had in the display case. I'm a watch fan and I understand the state of the watch market right now. Especially for the popular Swiss brands and models. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Joe. I said to myself oh here we go again (sidebar: I've had almost exclusively bad experiences when walking into an AD). Joe was a bit different, he was a friendly chap and wanted to know what I was interested in. We started up a bit of a conversation and before you know it, we were half an hour into our conversation about watches and the current market. We also had matching pieces and talked about that. I told Joe I was interested in a certain piece named after a DC comic series. Of course, I didn't expect they had it, but he put me on an interest list and sent me a text. Best thing about the experience was I never felt pressured. It was relaxing and refreshing to talk to Joe for a change, even though there was no chance of me walking out with what I wanted. I bought my first Rolex watch here in Heller Jewelers last year of April. The first time I walked in, I was looking for datejust 36 but obviously, as we all know there is no stock for the new ones. Marcus came out from the back and showed me the unworn pre owned datejust 36. I was so thrilled knowing that piece is ready for purchase without getting into waitlist. The best part is, the price of the watch is fair and very competitive compare to other pre owned I saw in the internet. So I decided to buy it on that day. After a year, this past May, I just realized the hour and minute hand should have a lume, as all the ref 116200 I saw has lume on this dial. So I went to the boutique to confirm if the hour and minute hand is incorrect. They took my watch at the back to check it. After 5 minutes, the guy working in the service center came out and let me know that they will replace two things: First, the hour and minute hand is incorrect and they will replace it with lume. Second, they will replace the date as well, as this reference should be a roulette date (which is the color of the date will alternately turns black and red). I didn't even know about the roulette date though, but they replaced those with no charge! And the time frame was about a month as they have to order the parts from Rolex. But they gave back my watch for only two weeks! I really admire their integrity, and the craftsmanship is topnotch! All staff are so helpful and approachable.
