The customer associate searched for the return label number on his own cell phone and was able to process the return without me having to drive home and get the necessary information. It was my first return, so I was not familiar with the procedure. Customer service like that is hard to find; I was blown away by his kind and helpful service attitude. I will always remember that and shop at Kohl's whenever I can.

They aren't nice enough to be a department store like Macy's or Nordstrom, but not cheap enough to be like Target. However, this store is clean and has amazing restrooms. Also, when making a return, I got $5 in Kohl's Cash that I decided to spend on some clearance candy. Upon going to the register, I found out that I had $10 Kohl's Cash on my account, so I essentially got $15 for free and didn't have to pay for any of the things I wanted to buy! No minimum, and you can use it on clearance items. Too bad Kohl's doesn't really carry anything that I wear besides Van's, undershirts, underwear and socks, but good to know for the future!

They're pricey but worth it when you find a brand that works for you. My husband likes their style and how functional it is. Good quality with unique graphic tees. He loves their Ridge pant. Fits him well, durable, lots of pockets, and comes in great colors. Every time we've shopped here, each staff member has been super helpful and friendly. They always ask if we need a different color or size and they check in the back. They have so much inventory that we usually end up being able to get what we need from the back when they look. Invest the money just like on your car, and get fabrics that are made like nowhere else in the world, fit that you will not find anywhere, and then simply be happy, because you can be comfortable and move easily and look perfect and unique. You pay for this and not enough in my opinion, because the yarn maker is not making much, the weavers are not making much and the tailor is not making much, definitely not enough for what you get. You pay to look good, well at least better than when you came in, and you go out looking good, just ask your friends. If you don't have the one sized body that fits all, just let a tailor like Andre help you out and you will be very happy just like me. I could spend a lot more money here, however budgets come into play, and this is the best money I ever spent anywhere. No one can look down on me in this clothing, even if I was digging in the ditch. You can look at the fabric with a magnifier and the closer you get the better it looks. I had a woman I met one time and she was about 30' away and when she met me, she said, wow, it looks even better up close than far away, and she wasn't referring to me, it was my custom clothing! That is the thing, just like marble or beautiful wood grain, there are different colored threads running through these fabrics that look even more beautiful up close. Timeless beauty, hand crafted, old world tradition. Now if I could just get some of those fancy Italian shirts with fancy patterns next time and a suit with a red silk lining with dancing girls!!!

Extremely disappointing customer service…read more I read some other reviews on Google after my experience and I totally agree with their assessment. I arrived less than a minute late to a Pure Barre class and was not allowed in. I understood the policy and accepted losing my classpass credit. When I asked at the front desk if the credit would be returned, I was told no, which is ok and then I simply left. A few days later, I noticed a $31 charge for a late cancellation. The problem? I never canceled the class. I called Pure Barre, and they confirmed that the front desk employee had mistakenly marked me as a late cancellation. I explained that I was willing to accept losing the class credit, but I absolutely should not be charged $31 for a class I never canceled. Their response was basically, "Sorry, but we can't fix it." So, to be clear: their employee made the error, they acknowledged the error, and yet I'm still expected to pay for it. Idk and Idc who the money goes to... classpass or PB but it's PB's mistake to incorrectly cancel the class. I understand having strict policies, but there should also be basic accountability when your own staff makes a mistake. I'm also a member at Orangetheory for years, which has strict policies too because of their HIIT classes (way intense than PB), but they manage to balance those policies with reasonable customer service. This experience made me feel like Pure Barre doesn't care about treating customers fairly. Very disappointing and definitely not how I expected a fitness studio to handle a simple mistake. I am obviously never going to this place, especially when there is another barre studio on Teal, in case anyone is looking! Btw they are very accommodating and friendly too!
