I accidentally spilled coffee on my MacBook keyboard and brought it to Ray right away. The repair…read morewas a bit pricey, but completely understandable given the amount of work involved. He had to remove the keyboard components and thoroughly clean the inside of my laptop. Thankfully, he was able to fix my MacBook. Ray was also incredibly helpful in explaining how to properly back up my data and what steps to take if something like this happens again. He even helped me back up my MacBook to iCloud. If you ever spill liquid on your device, shut it down immediately and bring it to Ray. He saved me from having to buy a new laptop!

I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.

Bait and switch scam. Advertised free diagnostic on Yelp. Brought my Samsung S23 Plus in. Phone…read morewon't power on or charge, which I already told him in Yelp. He plugged it into a charger for thirty seconds, saw it doesn't work, then said I have no idea what's going on with your phone. He's supposed to be an expert. Then he said to open the phone I need to pay a minimum of 250 dollars just to proceed. He called it free diagnostic but it's not free. If there's more damage he'll call me with additional charges. If I don't agree to pay more, I still have to pay the 250 dollar minimum cost just for opening the phone. That's not a free diagnostic. That's a scam. Don't go there. Update after the owner's reply: His reply confirms my complaint. In the store he told me to my face that he had no idea what was wrong with my phone. He never said the word motherboard. Yet in writing he now claims he diagnosed a "motherboard-related power issue." If he had actually found that, he would have said so in person. He did not, because all he did was plug my phone into a charger. By his own words, any real diagnosis requires opening the phone, and that only happens after I pay 250 dollars toward a repair. So the free diagnostic tells you nothing. You cannot find out what is wrong without paying first. That is the whole problem. He also says the visit was recorded. I was never told I was being recorded. If he truly has that recording, post it. It will show he told me he had no idea what was wrong, and that 250 dollars was required before he would even open the phone.

The dent was from me dropping it myself, but the screen and phone have been working great for 2 months now. I also appreciate the different price points available!
