It was a great PNW day to get out! We wanted to end the evening with a bite to eat and a drink before heading to the movies. Upon our final decision we headed to Dave & Busters. After entering we went to sit in the bar area. First thing we noticed was several empty bar seats and tables but unfortunately they were stacked with dirty dishes and 1/2 finished drinks. That should have been a clue for up to go elsewhere. But we wanted to sit, chat and watch the games televised on the abundance of screens. After sitting down we waited 15 minutes and were not approached. I approached a team cleaning off tables/booths. I asked if we could sit at a booth and was told it'll take us some time to clean off. That took another 10 minutes. Upon sitting down in a few short minutes our waitress cancan took our our. Sadly we were asked to pay our bill before getting our water, drinks and food. BIG MISTAKE! Our drinks showed up in a couple minutes, no water. After looking at our drinks we noticed the glasses didn't appear to have been washed and stuff floating in the bottom of the glass. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. We decided to split the New Triple play. The photo on the menu made it look very appealing. Upon getting the platter we noticed several issues. The pretzel dogs we like dried up slim Jim's in a hard pretzel the was impossible to eat. The smashed sliders only had dressing on one bun a couple diced onions. The chicken wings were covered in the BBQ sauce but were very dry. Only the smash burgers appeared too freshly cooked. The hard pretzel Slim Jim's and chicken surprises felt like they were reheated in a microwave. I had to chase down a bar tender to get water, but was told they ran out of ice. Overall, the was the WORST time/meal/drinks I've ever had going to this establishment. Just amazing for +$80 dollars to have such a bad experience. We are contemplating who to give our $109 gaming cards too. Hopefully you can/will have a better experience than us! read more

This location is a bit smaller than other DND I've been to. But non the less we had great time. We had drinks, cotton candy, and played games. We had a long wait at the bar, and it was unsettling when managers were standing around talking but didn't help out the staff when a line started to form at the bar. We hadn't visited this D&B location in a couple of years, so it was good to check it out again. Noticed a few new games, a change in the claw machines, locations of older games were moved - Star Trek Coin Pusher, Minecraft, SpongeBob Coin Pusher, Halo, etc. Some were not working at all. Checked out the winners circle to see if anything new looked interesting, but nothing really stood out. Enjoyed playing a few of the games after walking around the outlet mall for a while. Mainly dropped by for the games, so this review is solely for the video games on 10/22/25. read more

It's a great place to go and either play games with friends or go solo or with friends and watch the games. The sports games on the multiple large screens. I've been going to many Dave & Buster's across California. This was my first visit to one in WA and I had a great experience. Yes they have games. Yes they have food and drinks. Yes they have large screen TV's. Felt at home coming in here actually. Very familiar setup. Staff was friendly. Actually staff was amazing actually! Let's get in to it. Shareable Food (4): Your standard fare. They executed well though. We got some samplers to share. Everything came out hot and as expected. Your typical pub grub. Brekky Smash Burger (3): It was good but not great. I'd give this burger a solid 3.5 stars primarily cause a smash burger is supposed to be smashed thin so the meat has some char and is crispy. This had none of that. It was a good burger don't get me wrong, but I would classify it more like a regular bacon burger w/ egg. The bacon was okay, could've been crispier. The egg was good... difficult to mess that up. Just smash that meat some more! Service (5): We came here for a 10am NFL game so seating wasn't an issue. In fact, I think we were the only customers at that time. Regardless, staff was attentive, accommodating and friendly. We'll be back this weekend to watch more NFL games during this playoff push. This time it'll be later so we'll see if everything still stands up, but I'm excited to go back. read more

It can be hit or miss depending on the day that you visit as far as service is concerned. I've experiences both as I go mostly for the food and drinks. I do wish they had more games after visiting the one in Atlanta and sewing the variety. This one is still my favorite one here as I have also been to the Bellevue location. I can also say that a manager always comes to make sure I'm enjoying myself. I haven't had any bad food or drinks yet! I also love that there are designated adult times. It makes for a fun date night. This is a regular spot for me so I recommend it for others as well. Been coming here since 2023. read more

My daughter and I had a really good time here. She loves playing the variety of games (the rubber ducky claw machine being her favorite). The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect for a Dave & Buster's. Fun, family friendly and well laid out. We came for dinner and the food was decent. My favorite being the Chicken Parm. Dave & Buster's runs specials throughout the week so there's usually a good incentive to visit. Coming here is good for a family friendly gaming environment or a date night (if games are your thing). Service can tend be slow during the dinner rush but not uncommon in the Service industry. I do like that you can do a combination of eating and playing so you're not tied to your table as you're waiting for your food to come out. We usually continue to play games once we pay our bill and give up our restaurant seats. We will continue to visit! read more

We drove up to this Dave & Buster's location from Portland, OR to attend the DNBNL rave that was being hosted here on 7/10/25 by Brownies & Lemonade and we had such a fun time! The D&B staff was very helpful and patient with everyone waiting to get into the building. I liked that there were kiosks by the entrance where you could purchase a game card and load some funds onto it yourself. The games were all functioning, and when the photo booth stopped working, a staff member was quick to get it back up and running. The human crane came was SO popular - everyone was running around with the inflatable aliens! The cleanliness of the gaming area and the bathroom was maintained, with adequate security roaming. We also had food at the restaurant and enjoyed the service we received there (the food, however, was pretty average). Parking was plentiful and this location is in a mall too. If I'm back in the area, I'll be stopping by again to play! I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a space to unwind and spend time with family/friends - or even yourself! Make sure you get the Dave n Busters Giftcards at Costco before coming in because that saves you $20 off $100. The games were fun and my young nephews had an amazing time playing them all with just a swipe of their card. This is fun when you want more than just a meal and everybody in your group has a different idea of what counts as a good time. It is very easy to turn a quick stop into a whole evening here because there is always something to do. You go in thinking food first and maybe a couple games and then suddenly it has been two hours and someone is taking air hockey more personally than the situation requires. The mix of food, games, and general chaos works better than it should. That is probably the magic of a place like this. It gives you enough structure that nobody has to make a plan but enough going on that the night does not feel flat. I would absolutely bring the kids here on a energy day, though my son would need a little pregame speech about indoor voice versus arcade excitement and how those are not in fact the same setting. It is the kind of place that can carry a birthday, a casual group outing, or just a random night when nobody wants to sit still. For the variety of arcades and games, D&B's is where it's at. Even though the system for points cost and tickets is confusing (intentional if course), it's always a good time. You can always find someone to help when a machine malfunctions, but sometimes it takes a while. We only eat here when the guys want to watch foodball and don't want to drive after visiting the mall/Safari next door. The eating environment, especially for kids, is chaotic aka full of distractions. For food, my favorite thing is the scpotstickers. If you want something safe, burger is the way to go. With that said, my husband's burger patty was bitter because it was burnt. The pasta I had was not horrible, but it was so so salty. Service is good, the waiters and managers are all pretty nice. But sometimes it can feel disorganized, like when they are busy during peak hours on the weekend. read more

The food was great. The service not so much. We arrived around 6:00 -6:30pm. We were seated quickly. The waitress came and asked if we wanted drinks, one person had a question and she left to find out the answer, returned about 15 minutes later. Our friends ordered a soda and two waters, another 10-15 minutes and they were not super busy. We ordered and it to 30 minutes to get our food that came out in waves, hardly checked on and one drink never arrived amd we had to ask about it. The Dave & Buster's cleanliness is poor, there was gunk on the trim/in the sink in the bathrooms, the toilets were dirty and there was dust on multiple surfaces. The only time it smelled good is when a staff member used a chemical cleansing spray to "wipe down" certain arcade machines. I also discovered that there was a big piece of light brown hair on the garnish of my Margarita so big that anyone could see it. Due to that I did not eat there. The trip to this arcade became exhausting due to the ordeals. However, there is a wide selection of activities and games to play yet there were some games that were out of order. As this being my first time going it put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be going back. This is unacceptable for it to be a facility that attends to families. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE...SCAMMERS. We come to Dave and Busters all the time to play games, so much that we earned a $100 food credit. The food is always garbage, but since it was free, we decided to eat here. My first complaint is why in the world don't you write down orders? Every single time you forgot half the food on our order, which was no different this trip. My daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza. It came out with no pepperoni so I told the waitress. She took it back and she brought out the exact same overcooked pizza, now even more overcooked but with added burnt pepperoni just sitting in top. Like we were idiots and wouldn't notice what they did. Attached is a photo of it. Took a bite of my chicken sandwich and out squirted a big mouthful of hot grease. You guys do not cook food properly and can make somebody very sick. The disgusting food wasn't even the worst part. The waitress gives me a paper bill )every other time we have been here they bring the machine to the table to pay) I told her I needed to add my number for rewards. She told me to just write it in the paper and then she would close the check. I knew I shouldn't have signed the paper with the full amount. Sure enough, the charge immediately came through to my credit card. I walk to the bar where she was and told her she charged me the full amount. She said "oh, you never said you wanted to redeem your rewards." After I literally said I wanted to redeem my rewards!!! She then said "oh let me go to the back" she comes back with my new correct bill and I tell her I need a receipt showing the refund for the incorrect amount. She says "oh, that is just a pending charge." I told her that she literally told me she charged me" she continued to argue. Sure enough the charge did go through. Honestly, surprised to see such a low overall rating for this D&B location! I've been here a few times, with the most recent being just yesterday for a birthday party my five year old son was invited to. First off, this spot is super conveniently located being attached to the Outlet Collection (aka the supermall in my heart). A separate entrance from the back and an entrance connected to the mall makes it easily accessible. Walk in and prepare for chaos - lots of noise, lots of light, and television screens all over the place. But I mean, you signed up for this so don't complain and just be ready to have fun! They have private rooms for events/parties, a restaurant seating space, and we were seated in a separate area off to the right for the birthday party we attended. The kids were served cheese pizza and fries, which is a part of the birthday party package. I didn't try the pizza but it LOOKED great, and the fries were good too. As part of the birthday party packages kids get a power card for game play - at card swipe you can see if the game is listed as a green LED or a blue LED. Green games are the ones where you get tickets, and blue are the games that are just unlimited play but no tickets are granted. My son had an absolute BLAST and we barely even checked out half of the space - and we played for an entire hour! We're returning later in the month for him to explore the rest of the space and he's already been asking "how many days away is that?" Beyond D&B being a great place to stay entertained, I have to say I've been pretty surprised at the quality of food. With it being a chain and an arcade, it's easy to assume the food is subpar but in my experience, that's been far from the truth. Do yourself a favor and try their Voodoo Pasta - SOOO good and the way they cook the chicken in it is some of the best I've tried at any restaurant. Seriously. The service here is also great. Robbie is one of the NICEST guys ever and you can tell he just loves his job and connecting with people. Five stars all around for him. Carl is also the best! So why not five stars?! My only gripes are that the little prize area where you redeem tickets is crazy "expensive!" You have to have like 90 million tickets for like a stick of gum (not really) but it's definitely over the top. Also, my son is now considering D&B as a potential birthday party host for this year and so I've looked at packages and sheeesh, again, crazy expensive. That said if he is dying to have it here, we'll have it here because the overall experience I had with the birthday party we attended yesterday was fantastic. It took the waitress forever to even come get our order, she never checked on us and then I had to walk up to the bar to ask for the check. Server lied about cost of drinks. Asked for a frozen beverage, she recommended '$5 margaritas with additional flavor for $0.50' and I order two. The other person with me heard as well and almost ordered a drink due to the cost. She was able to lie because they don't post the cost of drinks anywhere. At the end when the bill was $20 more than expected I saw the margaritas were $12.50 a piece, she goes 'no I said fifteen, that's what I told all my tables,' like girl no you didn't??? Couldn't even pay without leaving a tip, this place is a rip off. Girl needs to either lose her job or the lisp- cause in no world does $5 sound like $15. Even if she said 'frozen' that in no way sounds like $5. Shady business practices, shady servers. Watch the game at Buffalo Wild Wings instead, I don't even eat chicken and I'd gladly go there than give my money to liars. $45 for two drinks a lemonade and mozzarella sticks is a rip off. read more

Dave and Busters is always fun ! My husband and I visit when we just want to take the edge off. The Spicy Burger is so good with all the jalapeño flavors , and the GPT fries always hit the spot. Ask for Jeremiah at the bar if you want friendly service and one of the best Margs you've ever had, he is AMAZING. If you're hearing sensitive i wouldn't recommend but honestly i enjoy the loud music lol ! They have a good little station with some lit songs. read more
