Saw the billboard going north on I-35 over by Dave & Busters about 40ft tv screens so we decided to pull over and watch the thunder game. Well we walked in and come to find out that half of the area is booked and the other half is closed because they didn't have enough wait staff. So they preceded to sit us in the corner in the worst possible seat away from any tv. (I think the view from my couch was better). Anyway false advertisement? Yes. Had my son's birthday party here and considering I did everything online and via email responses I was very pleased with the level of communication and the party being exactly what I wanted and they were ready for us.This location is huge! The food was very good and the basic party package fed everyone perfectly! I included the wing group meal which was also amazing! Love this Dave & Buster's location! Love the Wednesday half off games deal. The games at this location all seem pretty well maintained and if there's anything broken then there's someone working on it right away. Food wise, I really liked the cheeseburger and the Caesar pasta! They're surprisingly big portions and seemed worth it to exchange tickets for the free entrees. We went for the all-you-can-eat wings, which they offer on Mondays and Thursdays. It also includes a $10 powerplay card, so it's a great deal! There are three flavors, and the honey BBQ was the best. The wings were hot and crispy. The service was alright; the wings came out in a good time and the server was friendly. Back again and have I mentioned that if you aren't a rewards member you should really think about it. With every level you achieve you get rewarded from chips to food. With that said I'm here on a Tuesday which is t a regular day I'd be here but they kept mentioning trivia so I decided to come out and see what it's about. The venue itself is LOUD, between the music playing and the games dinging, it can be a bit much. They do offer a happy hour M-Th from 4-7 and Kate night after 9 as well. At the time of this review they are offering their $5 bites on certain food items. There are lots of TVs so I have watched a football game or two here in the past and I never felt out of place amongst strangers. With that said, there was NO TRIVIA this evening. I was told they stopped that about two weeks ago although there was a sign by the front door advertising it. I was told that they are about to do some remodeling so it will be interesting to see what comes and what goes. All kids are suppose to be accompanied by an adult over 18 but far too often I find myself feeling like I'm at a playground. Really big location with massive tvs and a nice big bar! It's perfect to go for happy hour, games, and on discount games Wednesday! They have a good list of specials and you can check the website for better deals and events going on. Food is good and if you don't care for the little toys and candy in the prize section, you can save your tickets for food! I really enjoyed the pasta and burger! We went on a Saturday with the kid. It's a huge building with games, eating, and drinking options. Ample parking. We did not eat or drink there. The kid had fun so it was worthwhile. She wants to go back. I give it 3 stars because it is really noisy in the building with music and lots and lots of people. We were there probably 90 minutes or so, but after awhile I started getting a headache. Second, the games are expensive. Some of them are easy to understand and play immediately, but some seem complicated so you waste money trying to learn through experience. And some are not very fun at all. I think D&B must be a huge money maker. The cheapest games are are over $1 per play. Some games approach or surpass $2 per play. It adds up fast. Tip: they charge you $3 for the card that you swipe to play the machines. It can be recharged so don't throw it away when you leave. Bring it back, put money money on it, and save yourself the $3 charge. read more

The service level is ... horrible! I mean how much can one expect from a huge guest occupancy, but come on, do we settle for this poor of service? I hope not! We opt not to eat here for fear the food would be ice cold before it hit the table. We had 3 drinks total while we played games in a matter of 2-3 hours. We spent more time at the bar waiting for our drinks or tab than we did on the floor. It's rainy and it was predicted last week. Be prepared with adequate staffing. Great renovations but maybe spend a dime or two more on staffing so the experience can be better than marginally poor. read more

Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Two adults and a 6 year old in our party. They brought the adult meals and forgot to put the kids meal in. The nachos we're supposed to have the jalapeños on the side, they didn't. They forgot one of the 2 margaritas ordered. We ordered 3 game cards, they brought 2 and it took a manager and 3 staff members to straighten that out. The icing on the cake was a hair in my pasta. Terrible experience. I have not been to a Dave and Buster's for a year and there is one near my work which is awesome. They still have 1/2 off Wednesday and said sure why not lets do it and check it out. You get greeted and they asked you if you are in for the arcade, food or both and I said both. They told me to take a seat anywhere and order through the phone. I sat at the table and I had 2 people asked me if I was ordering since I was sitting on the table by myself, but I was looking at the menu. Ordering through the phone is okay as it was short and condense now. I remember the Dave and Buster's menu being huge, but not it is smaller. I ordered the chicken, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato sandwich with fries and the blue jolly rancher drink. Food was very good as I got it pretty quick within 15 minutes after ordering. The only problem is you have to pay first with tip and usually with tip and on I believe with tipping it is based on how well the customer service is. But I was lucky the service was pretty good. I would give the restaurant process a 4 stars. Oh yes I am amazed how many TV's and seating area is like, I was really impressed as it would be a place I would go on a sporting event. Now time for the arcade. They have hand sanitizer stations, but it has a certain horrible smell on it. I rather go to the bathroom and wash my hands. They have a lot of machines where you can buy more tokens and recharge your card. I heard you can use your phone as a card, but not so sure how great the technology would be. So lets do a math of how much each chip costs. So if you get 750 chips worth 100 dollars that is around 0.14 cents a chip. Games for half of range from 1.3 chips being the cheapest which is usually skee ball and then the high ones which are the pirate treasure which is 5 chips. So you are paying between 0.25 to 70 cents a game for Wednesday I think. The arcade games you are going to get your money's worth on it as they last a lot longer than the ticket games. Most of the games require luck involved and cost the most. Dave and Buster's have caught on to the games that require a lot of skill has less payout like the Carnival Milk jugs. I had more fun playing the arcade style games than the ticket games as it last me longer. It is hard to get the jackpot on those. Anyways I accumulated 70,000 tickets over the years as there was a game that I was great at, but they do not have it anymore. The prizes here were not great and not much selection especially for the bigger prizes. Lots of junk prizes I would say. read more

We've been coming to this location about once a week this summer and have just had okay service when dining every time. However, today we had a server I didn't recognize, maybe he's new but we had AMAZING service with him today. He checked on us several times and always anticipated every need. He was the first server there to ever check back on us after giving us a chance to try our food and also the only server to not have us waiting 10-15 minutes for the bill. He was also very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. And I hate that I didn't get his name but I think it was Nathan? So sorry but thanks for the service! I give one star because management was on point and resolve the issue. However, my waiter was very sassy, bothered and disrespectful. Also he ASKED IF WE WERE APART OF THE PARTY... so we were definitely clear on what was going on in the beginning When we got ready to check out, I had to wait 20 minutes just for a tab When he walks up to me, he ASKS me what was your order!!! Strike 2! When I told him my order, he handed me a tab for almost $150 with a gratuity tip for a large party Per my earlier statement it was clearly established that we weren't a part of the large party. He also put a mandatory tip on my order which I would've gladly paid if he walked over and asked if we needed refills or if he made sure that we were OK once he took the order we never saw him again. When management came before, I could even get the story out, they knew the employee that I was talking about Which is absolutely ludicrous because clearly he's a problem. I wanted to put him in a corner because he was sassier than my eight-year-old granddaughter. And the attitude was by far and not needed. When we got home, all of us had stomach aches, so I'm not quite sure what was going on, but the only thing we all had in common where the fries Like I said, shout out to management who did take care of it ,they comped a meal so this gentleman could receive a tip that he didn't deserve AT ALL . That's Dave & Buster's loss because that man deserved absolutely nothing absolutely nothing. He didn't even bring out our food. I would've tipped the server before I tipped the man who took my order And didn't even care to know what it was then attempted to overcharge me and forced me to pay a tip that he didn't deserve. Stop making excuses for your employees because you're short staffed and stand on business This is a multi million dollar business and I expect more. If the machines were down. He should have swallowed his pride and asked for help. Strike 3 your out!! Fun for the entire family! I went to meet up with a group of millennials at this location to grab food and play games. I had the vanilla old fashioned for my drink, it was super delish and strong! For my entree I had the bacon burger, it was superb. There was some sort of bacon jam on it and it was divine. I got my burger with a side of the garlic truffle fries, way too much garlic and truffle oil for me to really enjoy them. Our server was nice and attentive. Dave and buster is a good place to come watch sports. They have a bunch of TVs with different sports in each. Beer selection is fairly good and pricing for the beers is decent. Games are awesome and they have a good variety of them. I am giving them a 4 star review due to food. Food is just Ok. They have a lot of dishes. I have tried most of their appetizers and some of their entrees and nothing has been spectacular. If they could focus on half of the dishes and perfect them they would not only save money but make more money. Once again, if you are going just for food try somewhere else.
