Came to D&B after the renovations were complete and I must say: it looks like the place went through a complete makeover! Very modern-looking decor.. lots of grays, reds, whites, and blacks. The floor is modeled after a football field with the yardage lines. And the wall is completely made over (no more photos of famous peeps, but just glass screen with large cursive script leading you into the game room). The food was still only average. We had the 15:15 appetizer sampler (the best thing on the dish was the spicy honey mustard sauce) and a couple burgers, a side salad and ckn/shrimp baked pasta. Happy hour = 50% off cocktails, so definitely took advantage of that. The service... hm. When we went to the bar, we were completely ignored by bartenders and servers just standing around (and not even cleaning tables once they were emptied), so we moved onto the dining area. It was slightly better but still really slow. However, our server did replace my drink for me when I told him it was a bit too much brandy over wine. And he was VERY pleasant about it, which is a plus. Overall, I liked our server because he was funny, gracious and had fun with all my friends' lame joking. The game room is still pretty much the same but with the addition of some cool new ones. They have touch screen games (like fruit ninja or air control), a 4 way air hockey table, and a 4 person pac man game (my favorite!). It is a little confusing on how to get the cards and the self use kiosk for setting up the rewards account would not work. Basically got there, waited 20 minutes then moved to a different table because we didn't see a single server in sight, then waited another 30 mins and then finally saw a server and she went oN to tel us it was gonna be even more of a wait because they "just cut a bunch of people" but we still wanted to wait a little to do their all you can eat wings and play, but after another 10 minutes we decided an hour of wait for no food or service was enough, and right as we were getting up to leave they decided to come to our table, we ended up leaving and going to Main Event and was much better anyways! read more

It's like a yearly ritual my Mister needs to perform every year on his birthday. I think he does more so because of the little one loves it there. We been going there every year for his birthday for 4 years, only skipped one 2 years ago. It's pretty consistent. Drinks were good, food was good and we had a ton of fun playing different games. If you want undercooked food, watered down alcoholic drinks and an onion Cobb salad this is the place! Card machines were down, new ordering system really confused our waiter. I know staff is an issue but the manager does not know how to lead or direct employees. The manager was at our table 3 different times, Cobb salads were very small, lettuce was not very fresh, we counted 6 tiny pieces of protein on top, the size of a dime, they were very generous with the red onion, well over 1/3 cup, maybe 1 teaspoon of corn and tomatoes, the dressing drizzled on top was so light it was non existent. Burgers were so undercooked, the medium was raw, not pink but raw. The medium oozed red blood when cut in half. The fries were decent. The mixed drink did not have any alcohol in it so I took it back to the bartender. She refused to make another for me. We could not get refills. The waiter told us he was "just the messenger" but he did go get the manager. 4 adults, 2 teenagers, we dropped over $500 and did not have a good time and the food sucked. I think they need to revamp the menu and concentrate on quality. The manager needs to be "training" and working with employees instead of apologizing and offering free ice cream. This was my first time going. I had the Serloin steak. It was ok, not very tender or juicy but the flavor was good. The loaded mashed potatoes and crispy onion were both very good. The service was very good from the man who greeted us to the hostess and our waitress. Nice atmosphere that kinded reminded me of Las Vegas. The arcade was not really what i was expecting. It was more like a carnival where you accumulate tickets and trade in for prizes. I personally prefer video games, very few of those. Also no pinball, which i love. So when you go to Dave & Buster's you expect to run into a bunch of booger eating ankle biters. You don't expect to have an orgasmic food experience. What you do expect is pub grub served hot, tables that are cleaned up after guests leave, silverware and glasses that are clean and bathrooms that don't make you want to throw up. Well congratulations! This Dave & Buster's failed on all accounts. Sat down at the bar to grab a drink before playing some games. My water glass came with lipstick on it. There were two tables that had dirty dishes that just sat there for the ten minutes I was sitting there. Who knows they might be sitting there until the end of the night. It was rather unsightly and it did not make me want to order food. We played our games and decided to grab some dinner there rather than go somewhere else. Actually I was outvoted and we stayed for food. We asked to sit in a particular room so they put us elsewhere. Thanks for that. We didn't want the distraction of all the TVs, but that's what we got. We decided to order some appetizers instead of an entire meal so we could just share. Frankly the calorie counts on the dinner scared the hell out of me. There is no way a burger should be over 2000 calories. I'm surprised they don't have defibrillators at every table with that kind of food. First wave of food arrives and we had to ask for napkins and silverware. My fork came with some rice on it from another guest, thank you for that I love free food. The food was luke warm. Have you had mozzarella sticks that are not hot? It's like eating a bread wrapped string cheese stick, not the gooey melty cheese you expect. Cold wings are for the morning after the Superbowl as a hangover remedy, not to be eaten like that any other time. Our second wave of food came and the chicken quesadillas looked like they had been beaten up as they were falling apart. Each slice of quesadilla had one small bite of chicken. I don't expect a chicken sandwich, but do want to taste a little chicken in every bite. I'm just not sure how you can screw up Cisco pre-packaged food. The execution was just terrible. I have no complaints about our service with the exception of not sitting us where we asked without an explanation. Otherwise they took care of us as you would expect. I visited the restroom to wash my hands after we were done and the place desperately needed attention. There were towels on the floor, the sinks needed attention, the smell oh the smell, and what I hoped was water on the floor. So my stomach was already churning from the grease bomb that was dinner and the condition of the bathroom only made it worse. I'll be back to play games for something different to do. Went here with a huge family party, and was seated right away. The waiter was good and pleasant. Me and my husband ordered the appetizer with the tator-tots and they where really good! I had the Dynamite Fried Shrimp and it was awesome!! Definitely recommend getting that. My Husband got the ribs and wings combo and he really enjoyed them. This location seems a little smaller than some of the other Dave and Buster's I've been to. I am mostly referring to the game room area. The dining area is quite massive though! However, we did not try the food, so this review will be based on the games room area. I remember when D&B used to be geared more towards adults, but that premise has definitely changed. You can tell by the types of games as well as the types of prizes available, most of which were fairly disappointing for the people older than five or six. Additionally the floor in the games area was not very clean and was even sticky in some spots, which makes walking around pretty gross. It also makes you wonder how often they clean the games, which is probably not very often. Overall, it's okay to go to every once in a while, and next time I would like to try the food. But honestly, unless I have a gift card or something, I probably won't want to play the games there again. read more

This was my first time ever going g to Dave and busters, I was excited to bring my daughter for her 6th birthday. We had a blast with the Arcade, however, I was highly disappointed in the food and drinks. The service was extremely slow, but the server was kind. I had the beastmode burger, when it came out, the bottom of the bun was so greasy and soggy, that when I took a bite I had grease running down my hands, the garlic truffle fries were amazing but everything else needs attention ASAP. I would like to try again atthis location, but I'm hesitant now. Hopefully they can fix the issues in the kitchen and provide a better experience. The whole place is really pricey too. read more

Despite the recent reviews, I had a great time during my visit. Staff was friendly, food was served fast and fresh, and 95% of all games played were functioning and produced no errors. My only drawback was the very strong vanilla scented ambient aroma. I guess this isn't all too bad- it could have been a worse fragrance. Honestly, it was just almost too strong for my personal comfort. It wasn't busy at all, and that makes sense since I went on a weekday. I hope that if I visit on a weekend that the service would be consistent. However, I don't like to be in busy places, so I probably wouldn't show up on a Friday/Saturday to find out. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything for a Monday night. Especially since they have weekday specials, it makes it even more worthwhile to visit on those days. If they could tone down the aroma, I would consider visiting more often. read more

Dave and Busters was the place to relive some of my childhood memories playing arcade games and I'm not going to lie, I had a good time. I didn't eat here, just played in the arcade. The service isn't great--once you've got your card with "chips" on it, you can play games until you drop. There are obviously loads of kids running around and adults alike all. They have a bar in the arcade where you can buy drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) not sure if you can get food there? One can spend hours here and you'll need it if you want to trade in your tickets for something decent. read more

We went last night and had such poor service. Food took forever to come out and my order came out wrong but it was delicious so no worries. When we went to play after spending $126 on game cards the games were out of service. No big deal but when the kids went to collect their prizes the lady at the prize stand was so rude. She must have been the manager because people were asking her questions but she stated the kids had 400 points left and they wanted a pez dispenser and there was a sign saying it was 400 so she got mad when I told her that and was stating it was 450. She went around the front of the counter and very rudely and vocally snatched the price that said 400. Train your employees in customer service. read more

Had a great experience tonight at Dave and busters. We decided to do the eat and play combo to celebrate a birthday and right after ordering their systems for the kitchen went down. Our server grace was great about keeping us Informed and updated with what was happening. There was a small issue with the food when it was brought out, it wasn't a big deal but the manager Patrick went above and beyond with customer service and taking care of us tonight. Patrick and grace were beyond amazing and made sure that our night was great. Overall just an amazing experience and we will definitely be returning. read more

Amazing service!!! I came here for my baby shower and had an amazing time. The staff was very kind, quick and professional our waiter Handled our party perfectly even though a lot was going on. I don't remember his name but he was very kind and held on to something I left at my table during my baby shower. Rick (Richard) the bar tender went over and beyond with his service. My family likes this place. Drinks are good. Fun for dinner then play around in the arcade. i always eat the Honey Mustard Spinach salad, it has strips of chicken breast. Very good. So I must say I like this place, beer + video games = always awesome. In addition, they have Canadian on tap, which is a Denver rarity (doubleplusgood!) So why the one star? Let me tell you. I take an out of town couple, cause they also love the beer + games concept. Now get this shit, we walk in drop $100 between the two of us on some semi-shiny plastic cards and some kinda cute "manager" type walks up and starts to throw us out for bringing in beer. She claims that my buddy had beers all over his person. Now this is the funny part, this guy ALWAYS has beers all over his person, EXCEPT today. I mean it's like his MO, last week we were walking around the Vegas casino Wynn drinking champagne out of bottles (four of them, we each had one) and he had a backpack with two more along with a six-pack. Not buying drinks is like his religion. A list of the number of places we've gotten kicked out of over the years would indeed be impressive. We all looked at him with the "aaahh Dan!" face, but he was clean! We were more shocked than the "manager". They just though he did. Now I know that he prolly looks like the kind of person to do that, but being kicked out of the place, where you just pissed away $100 on non-refundable otherwise useless cards is quite unsettling.
