Took my little girl out to watch her very first World Cup match, and she had a blast posing with the giant trophy! As a soccer fan, I couldn't help but notice that the U.S. is still a bit of a soccer desert compared to many other countries--the crowd was probably under 30% capacity during the match. The venue itself was decent. The food was a little on the salty side, but still enjoyable while watching the game. What really stood out was the service. There seemed to be only one server handling the entire floor, and he was absolutely swamped. Despite that, he stayed friendly, attentive, and positive the whole time, which made a great impression. Not a perfect experience, but a fun place to catch a match with family, especially if you're introducing the next generation to the World Cup

Marcus the bartender helped us out, we loved his vibe and the atmosphere was calm but fun. The food was great as well. We will definitely be coming back, the drinks were very good, too. No complaints here.

My family and I are here almost every Sunday, and it has become one of our favorite weekend traditions. There's nothing better than grabbing a cold beer, relaxing, and watching the kids have an absolute blast playing games. The half-price game deals make it an even better value, especially for families looking for something fun to do without breaking the bank. The atmosphere is always energetic, the games are well maintained, and there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're coming for the food, drinks, games, or just quality family time, Dave & Buster's never disappoints. We'll definitely keep coming back every Sunday!

Server started by apologizing that she by her self right now and that she will try to do her best to check on us. App came out no problem. 1 entree comes out and then we wait and wait and wait for our other entrees to come out. Eventually we were able to flag down the server and she checks the kitchen and comes back to tell us it will be right out. Now we wait and wait and wait. Nothing against the server she was actually very kind and helpful.

My kids enjoyed the vr game

I brought my two kids here for the first time they had an absolute blast, the food was amazing and the service was incredible. My kids loved the atmosphere and games. You can spend lots of time here, my kids and I watched the World Cup here. I totally recommend this place.

This was supposed to be a gathering where my dad and uncle are rekindling their bond after my grandpa just died but it ended up just getting everyone mad. (I'm aware we should've gone somewhere better but it's where they wanted to go since they used to go here in their adolescent days.) So play wise, you can't go wrong with the games here but food wise I don't know what happened. We got here at 3:50pm today and ordered our food at 4pm. Our server Jair, I believe his name was communicated that their system went down and had to write it in manually? I don't know. Regardless, we were a party of ten. Jair took us the first half of our food that we ordered but then the last four of us had to wait 30-40 mins for a burger and a salad with grilled chicken. They were going to give the meal to us free from what I heard the manager say but he came late after we had just paid. And as a sever myself, I know my restaurant can reopen a check and it'll take 2-3 days to come back but I guess they didn't want to do it. I won't assume. They gave us the food after which is fair but I just wish they'd communicated us. Because the lot of us are in a bad mood now. In my opinion, they should've rushed our order first ESPECIALLY if the system went down. Our order came second after this family who sat 10-15 mins after us got their food first.

The Bone-In Wings with the Lemon Pepper Rub with Seasoned French Fries at Dave & Buster's is a great choice. It could be better if wings and fries were served warmer. The TVs were large and volume was loud enough.

Plenty of room.

Man, I do feel sympathy for the managers there, it's a tough environment sometimes. Long rant, but as close as I can remember it. Mea culpa, I don't suffer "fools" lightly, and since I'm not afraid of people, I won't back down when someone is being disrespectful. However, giving me a hard time when I want to be seated for food, and they have a number of open tables with no one waiting is WRONG. Not to go into too many details, but I eventually had the restaurant manager and the store manager telling me I was rude, wouldn't be able to sit at their restaurant, and after I got things calmed down a little, told me I couldn't go stand by the table to wait, and otherwise failed to listen, failed to introduce themselves, and threaten to trespass me for asking to be seated immediately since there was no one else there. I wasn't being abusive, harassing them, or interfering with D&B's business, nor was I drunk. I was trying to give them my business, and they refused to take it. My son was there. Not cool. I did tell Mike, the GM, he wasn't suited for this job, that he should look for another one. I've done retail, you can't let it get under your skin when a customer disagrees with you. Harsh, perhaps, but not said until he'd really proven my point. That is not harassment, it's in-the- moment feedback. I also told him (Mike) that he doesn't get to be angry, take offense, or push back on customers, that's not his job. He can empathize, be polite, set a good example for his team, and explain the options he has. "I'm trying to help you, but you won't listen," he said. I said "No, you are trying to explain to me why you won't help me, and no, I don't want to hear it again. You have empty tables and I am right here. You could seat me if you wanted to." He definitely did not like that. Maybe against policy, but would have hurt no one, and I would have left happy and fed, instead of annoyed and hungry. We live in a world where employees, even older ones in positions of authority, are sensitive, unable to handle conflict, and ill-trained. When you are in a direct customer-facing position, you don't roll your eyes (my son said the host "side eyed" me) and stare when someone asks a simple and direct question. The host later told me he did the side eye because people often give them a hard time about seating, I didn't do anything specific to deserve it. As a manager, you don't walk up pushing your hand in a customer's face (c'mon Eugene) (although I think the angle wasn't initially intentional), then refuse to stop pushing your hand at me. It's demeaning. The GM's role is to deal with conflict in a way that makes the customer feel listened to, even if they aren't satisfied. All in all, I was offended by their behavior, body language and unwillingness to help. This mess started with me pointing out they had unfilled tables, and I wanted one. It turned into me asking them over and over why they were being so rude to a customer and them eventually threatening to trespass me because I didn't like their answers. There was no name calling, no raised voice on my part (it was loud in there, so I was talking loud, too, we all were.) Why not start with "Sir, we have to put you on the waiting list." verses "you can't have any of those tables, they are reserved," Me: "For who?" Host: "People who are coming later." I eventually joined the waiting list. 40 minutes later, the tables were still empty, and the waiting list had not moved, not one party had been seated. My son wanted to leave because he didn't trust these guys not to put something in our food. He's 11, great job being a family place, team! A customer service rep will call me in the next couple of days, I'll update the review afterward. Not having high hopes, there are good reasons why this place has poor reviews. Company culture starts at the top, Mike. What I learned today: 1. Don't expect good service at D&B's, those days are gone. 2. D&B's thinks they are fine dining, when they are a quick-serve restaurant. 3. Don't drop in for games and a snack when they are busy, they can't handle it. 4. Even though they send you all kinds of offers to come in, they will treat you like an alien with two heads if you actually try to use it. 5. The management at D&B's either doesn't have enough authority to resolve simple problems, doesn't understand customer service, or doesn't care.

It's been a while since we came for some food and games, but tonight I wanted a place to bring my daughters. We played some games while we waited for our table to be ready. After paying some fun games, we were seated. The atmosphere was alive because a good game was paying on the TVs. We decided to share some appetizers instead of having meals. We had the burgers and wings platter (good buffalo wings but cold, sliders - really good and fries), the chicken quesadilla (really good) and the golden chicken strips (good). Overall good experience. Will come back again some food and games.

Not my usual experience at this Dave and Busters but from a really poor hostess who seemed to seat us in the worst possible section (literally no one acknowledged us for 25minutes) went back up to the hostess stand and she had the worst attitude when I said we were going to move to the bar and she had not a care in the world. Not that busy for a Sunday, but almost everyone seemed in their own world. Atleast the bartenders were quick on their toes and super nice. Let's see how the cold modelo is and the wings before we head to the game room.

Dave & Busters is a good time for kids and adults that love playing games. And while doing that, you can take a break and have a bite since they have a large menu. I had brought my nephew here to enjoy games and some food. They have the Eat and Play combo too that way you get a play card added as well. The selections aren't very big but it has most items kids like so my nephew has gotten the Chicken Tenders with fries and I got the Chicken Caesar Salad. Along with the on Thursday they do $1 wings if you order 10 pieces so I added some Lemon Pepper Wings to the order. The food was all just okay, it won't blow your socks off as it's Dave & Busters but it will get you full and kids will enjoy their time. The Salad was not very crisp and the chicken was very dry like a cardboard piece. The wings were better than the salad for sure though. The best part was the service from Jonathan as he made sure that we got everything we needed and more and went out of his way to make the experience better. Hope he gets some recognition. Come here for the arcade, sports viewing and I know people love the bar because they have great pricing too.

What are the age requirements at this location? And should people bring an ID to verify age?

To enter the premises? No. For drinking? Yes, all 50 states in the US have a minimum drinking age of 21. As for bringing an ID if you are drinking, yes that is recommended.

Do u guys offer pool tables?

yes

My son has turned 21 and I'd like to take him to this D&B for an evening. I probably won't play very much recovering from a car accident so what is a good amount to allot for food for the two of us and a couple hours of game playing for mainly him?

Hey there, you can see our menu with prices here: https://www.daveandbusters.com/sports-bar-and-restaurant?location=14 And you can see game chip tiers here: https://www.daveandbusters.com/play-games/games-in-store

Looking to see if this location gets the pac12 network to watch the USC game today?

We recommend calling to inquire about specific watch info.

Can you take your own bday cake?

Absolutely! We just ask that it is store-bought and not ice cream or an ice cream cake. The only locations that do not allow walk-in cakes are our Fresno and Rosemont D&Bs.

We follow all local and state alcohol laws.

When does your happy hour start and end?

Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was disappointing. We arrived at 5:10 PM, well within happy hour (3-6 PM). Because I had my dog with me, I requested patio seating. At the time, there were only a few occupied tables on the patio and several empty tables that simply needed to be bussed. I waited about 20 minutes before checking with the hostess again, only to be told the tables were waiting to be cleaned and that they were short-staffed. I completely understand staffing challenges, but what was frustrating was that during that time I never saw anyone attempt to clear or reset the patio tables, while guests continued to be seated inside. If staffing was truly the issue, management should have stepped in to help turn tables and support the team. After waiting a total of 27 minutes, we were finally seated. Unfortunately, our server was then given several tables at once and was clearly overwhelmed. This was not the server's fault--he was doing his best under the circumstances. However, because of the delay, we didn't even receive water until after 6:00 PM. My dog, as well as the rest of us, had been waiting quite a while by that point. Our beers arrived several minutes later, after happy hour had already ended. The food and drinks were good, and our server worked hard, but the overall experience was negatively impacted by what appeared to be poor staffing decisions and a lack of management support. A little more attention to table turnover and guest flow could have made a huge difference.

Didn't love the presentation for the rice and beans either, the beans were poured over the scoop of rice and it was honestly a bit unappetizing to look at. Drinks were really good and there's tons of options for food. We would definitely come back, I'd love to try some other menu items as they have so many good looking options. Our server was great and I love the easy pay options with the tablet at the table. Good experience overall:)

Left Coast has a great baseline--ample parking, versatile indoor/outdoor seating, a full bar, and a solid tap list including a great sour and seltzer. However, our Wednesday 3:00 PM visit fell short on basic execution. The indoor music volume was our first hurdle; the heavy, pounding bass was simply too loud for mid-afternoon, making it nearly impossible to talk. Despite the hot day, we opted for the patio, which had devolved into a frustrating maze of drifted tables and stray chairs left exactly where previous customers had abandoned them. An hour later, move back inside because the patio was apparently reserved for an event--disappointing, but understandable. The real letdown was the food and facilities. We ordered the brussel sprouts and brisket burnt ends (5 small pieces--$13). While brisket is naturally fatty, it requires proper kitchen prep. The soft fat cap should be trimmed to a uniform quarter-inch to render down, and the hard inner layer--the deckle--must be carved out entirely. Only the deckle could survive their "17 hour smoke", will never be anything other than an unappealing greasy blob, and should never be served. Finally, the women's bathroom was unacceptable. Walking in, I was smacked in the face with an overwhelming stench of urine. Again, brewery, not fancy--no problem. But for a three-stall bathroom to smell that severe just five hours into the business day points to a real lack of basic maintenance. Left Coast has so much going for it, and the menu looks incredibly promising. I'm not sure if this was just an understaffed day or an off afternoon, but resetting the furniture, cleaning the restrooms, and properly trimming the meat would easily make this a top-tier spot. I'll definitely return down the road to try a different dish and hope for a better experience.

It's my first time at this bar and hopefully not the last. Now time for the fun part. I sat at the bar area to not only have a small talk with a bartender, but also have a decent drink, my usual drink at a dive bar or sports bar is the jack and coke (Jack Daniels and Coca-cola). Gotta love it. For the food.... I got me some southwest egg rolls, and California burger. Yum. First off, egg rolls was sooooo delicious, especially with that special sauce.... really nice kick to it. California burger is so good. Added bonus, I had some sauce leftover which I've tried it on the burger. Soooo good. Cost wasn't too bad. 10.95 for the egg rolls, 18.95 for the burger, and $10 for the jack and coke.
