The all you can eat chicken wings was made to order. The service of Anthony and Renoa at the bar was amazing. Even though it was a busy day, the environment was clean and not overwhelming with noise. What saved the establishment from me giving it lower stars is how explemary Anthony and Renoa were behind the bar, excellent mixing skills and super informative about how to navigate the website. Edit: (per the owners request) - several of the games were out of commission ranging from classics like "the walking dead" and even some traditional games like basketball. I selected the pancake party for 15 and purchased additional dishes including sausage, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and seasonal fruit. We arrived 10 minutes prior as directed. I had previously spoken to the party planners a few days prior and food was to be ready at 10. When we arrived, it was only set up for 10. When asked, I was told they ran out of placemats and such to set up even though other parties were set up. Around 10:20 the server, who we had only seen 2 times at that point, asked if the manager that had let us in had asked when we wanted the food. I responded no and that it had been arranged that it would be 10. Needless to say, it wasnt ready. They brought the food out at 10:35 and set it up. It was cold and not very good. The pancakes were clearly frozen pancakes and the sausages were hard. Also, the fruit platter was slices of watermelon, not even enough for the 15 I paid for. In the meantime, the unlimited drinks that the kids were supposed to get were absolutely limited. The server sporadically came out to serve. At 11:00 am, the server vanished. She really never refilled anything. I sent the kids to use their cards to play. I didnt see the server again until 11:40. Again, we were the only party there. I then told her I needed to pay for the balance. She asked how it was and I told her the food was cold and such. She said they tried to keep it warm. Really offered no solution or anything. She brought me the bill with almost a $100 gratuity added on. I had already stated earlier in the week to the party planners I would pay cash. I paid the gratuity in cash and asked for the manager. I spoke to the manager who gave me 2 coupons she said she happened to find...For a party that cost over $600, that did not seem to be reasonable. I still have one of the coupons which I offered to give tgem back. She said the party planners would follow up. They did not and when I called to follow up, I was told they would research it. They never called back. When I followed up again, I was told "You got 2 coupons, what else do you want?". That is exactly how they responded. Frankly, per the contract I signed, I did not get the services as described. 2 coupons to force you to spend more money...well that does not seem to equal what was paid versus the services received. We did the "level up" party plan and got 10 $25 playing cards for all the kids. Bryce was our server and was great. Considering the amount of little kids ranging from 1- 12, he was on it. He got everyone's drinks, refills, condiments, broken bands replaced and all the other things. The birthday was a success and went home with exhausted and satisfied kids. I have to say that this was not an easy review to write because both the service we received, and the food was much less than desirable. Starting with the service, we listened to the waiter (out of politeness, I will not mention his name) with another table and the treatment he gave to them was far different than us. Cold and indifferent short tempered really could be less than concerned for us however, he was jovial and friendly with the other tables. We're not sure if it's because of the diversity at tour table or he was just not happy with the table he got. Either way the service was very poor, distant cold unprofessional with an attitude of you're bothering me. The burger was mediocre at best, cold as were the fries. I visited the website before going and I was glad I did. I saw that you could reserve a table. This being our first time I went ahead and reserved a table. Upon arrival we found out if you don't reserve a table on the weekend you won't get one. We bypassed the kiosk to get play cards since I was unsure how much coins we should get Now that I know , the kiosk is quick and easy and we will use it next time. Wow, where do I even start. The games were fun, but the employees... surprisingly sucked. I don't know whether the employees need a raise, or an attitude check, but Dave and busters needs a fixer upper. The bathrooms were disgusting. And some of the games felt,,,, nasty and unsanitary. The food was mediocre, the fries were unsalted and soggy, which is what you'd expect from a place like this. But damn, was this place disappointing. You would think with the way they were making a big hassle about the restaurant that the food would actually be good. And you would think that maybe the service and the employees would be a little bit more professional... that's not what we experience nor received. On top of that, there's some scam going on with their entree thing, saying I didn't buy the entree, but I did, it was on my receipt. The "manager" was arguing with me m. And once he realized he was in the wrong and insisted on helping, we had already reached a point of irritation for him and the other employees working there. So we refused their "service". I'll be the first to admit I didn't think that Dave & Buster's would have good food, but I was so wrong. The pricing is wonderful. They have good drink drinks. I got the pink margarita (not pictured.) and then I got the barbecue smokehouse burger. It has onion, crisps, bacon obviously a meat patty and then I'm pretty sure it has slices of brisket on it. Service was amazing. I went in on my lunch break so it was pretty empty and I mean it's a gaming arcade so it's a little loud but what do you expect at a gaming arcade? I came for my birthday which was my first mistake. I had 8 people and was embarrassed by the service. We got snapped by the manager for being confused about the eat and play. Yesterday I took my 5 grandsons to this location. I ask for help at the desk because I didn't know what package to buy. I chose the $35.00 package and ask to have it divided out on 8 cards. We had 3 teenagers helping keep eyes on each child. They charged me $35.00 x 8 plus a $3.00 charge per each card. This was too expensive and wrong for kids 9, 7, 7, 7, and 4. My total was near $350 because they tax it also. At the end of the day is a prize of zero value. It would have been better to not have that part of the day. The kids walked around to see they didn't have enough points or tickets for anything but a bouncy ball. We made it a fun day but we will never go again. Unless you just want to throw money in the trash. It's possible this is a fun day for older kids. We stayed for lunch so our day was over $700 for no more than 3 hours. As someone who is neither a kid person, nor an arcade person, I was overall impressed with Dave and Busters on a saturday afternoon during school break. Went with a group of friends who had kids. The kids had a blast. The adults mostly sat and talked and enjoyed some apps and beers. The place overall was clean and the waitress was attentive. Out of the apps we got the fried pickles was the table favorite. Negatives include a bunch of beer were out, our waitress told us a section of taps had been broken over a month. The bathrooms def need updating & staff to tidy them up more routinely. And if you or your kids want to game, expect to go thru money very quickly lol. Cool discounts on Thursday during football season like all-you-can-eat wings for a little over $20 and $5 bites. Last night, my family came here to eat & play some games! We sat down to eat first. We ordered the chicken nachos, truffle fries and buffalo wings. The shareable appetizers came with a large amount of each and between the 4 of us, we were able to share everything and still have leftovers! My father has diabetes and had realized after we paid that his blood sugar was dropping so I immediately got our waitresses attention and asked her to bring us a slice of their chocolate cake to help bring him back up to normal. Our waitress, Alexis, was so kind and understanding of this situation and even gave us the cake on the house... this meant alot to us. A young man came by our table while we were eating to take a photo of us. He said it wad free so we agreed to have the picture taken. He came back with 2 keychains (with the picture in it) and a couple extra copies of the family photo. He stated that he worked only for tips so we were not charged for the cute keychains (but of course gave him a tip)! I thought this was a unique experience and worth the mention. After we ate, we enjoyed playing a bunch of games and having a good time. I just want to say thank you again to Alexis for taking care of us during a rough situation. It's been a long time since I've been to a Dave and Busters, but this was an impromptu trip and was a surprise for our kiddo! We went on a Friday evening, and to my surprise they weren't super packed, which was nice. Upon walking in, there's a big front desk. Once we passed that, we went over to hostess stand and asked to be seated. Unfortunately due to being short staffed they weren't seating anyone in the dining area due to a party, so we were directed to the cocktail area, which was first come first serve. We sat down and were greeted by two servers, one training. Both were pleasant, took our drink and food orders quickly and efficiently. Our beverages came out quickly and were frosty cold. Our meals came out pretty quickly, too. My husband got their cheeseburger and I got their Philly cheesesteak, and my kiddo got their mac and cheese. All meals came hot. I liked both the cheeseburger (which I split) and the Philly cheesesteak, but will say, I think they could have forgone on the pork with the cheesesteak. Onto the games....games are pricey and so are the cards you have to get to use them. Beware, some are 12.5 credits...that's a sizeable amount. I wish the skiball game would have worked properly. There were several instances when we tried to play it where we didn't get any balls after we scanned our card. But I will say when I asked for assistance, they were quick to help. Prizes....don't expect to win an airfryer here (joking, not joking....if you have something like 15000 points you can purchase a Cuisinart airfryer). The hostest/manager was the worst I've have came across. We walk in and ask for a booth and she says it was gonna be a 35 mins wait . Well She had us wait over hour + for a booth.
