Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a children's birthday party. I was very impressed with the interior. The space was open and seemed newer. I thought that the crowd levels were not too high. However, they were a little light on the staff and the line at the register was long. I was impressed with the food that was ordered for the adults at the party. We had the nachos, Korean ribs, pretzel dogs and truffle fries. It was all very tasty and exceeded the expectations I had for a Dave & Busters. It seemed relatively clean as well. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous going here but the overall experience was very good. Service was good (our waitress was very attentive and friendly). The food was good. The pretzel is huge but good. Pepperoni flatbread was decent. Most of our dinners was burgers or wings/tenders, the group really enjoy their meals. The specialty drinks were excellent. The games were fine but as some others mentioned it's a smaller location with less space so less games obviously. Overall it was a very good experience that the while family will enjoy. read more

I took my grandson to Dave and Busters last Wednesday for his birthday. Wednesday is half price game day. It was a great deal. This place is new. We decided to take our kids to D&B and it did not disappoint. Our kids enjoyed themselves and we spent a bit of money. We decided since we were there we would have dinner there too. There was a wait but it wasn't as long as they estimated. Our server was friendly and a little busy with the dinner rush but she did a good job. One of our kids orders was incorrect, we order a kids tenders and got a cheeseburger but since our other two girls got cheeseburgers I figured it was an easy mistake and our tenders girl was fine with the cheeseburger, in fact she ate her's the fastest. The fries were fresh, hot and tasty. The girls enjoyed their cheeseburgers. I had the watermelon.strawberry margarita... It was refreshing after having to wear a mask for a couple hours. The pureed strawberry ice cubes were soo yummy. My boyfriend got a cheeseburger too and he devoured it. He was fully satisfied. I had the cheesesteak sliders...4 comes in a serving and it was a bit salty for me but delish, couldn't eat all 4 had to take them home. It's a very nice place, new and clean but the time spent getting my food wasn't pleasurable. They children received their food first and was done by the time we received our food. Granted I did ask for a special request. Side note: D&B has a salmon dinner but I asked for a bun with lettuce tomato and onions (wanted a sandwich) with no rice but fries instead, that took a while. 2nd side note: D&B add a grilled salmon sandwich to the menu please! Okay I am back, I do think it's reasonably priced and we had three children plus two adults. We spent 160 dollars and this is with 2 1/2 play time. Awesome! Love the new Dave and Busters. Servers Rebecca, Latvia are gems! Assistant General Manager, Tony, is always present and making sure everything is on point. Love it in there! Also had a problem that was my fault, dropped my card. Someone was using it and cashed in for prizes. Assist manager instantly turned it off and offered me a new card and points for the inconvenience. Inconvenience? It was my fault! Haven't been to Dave and Buster's for a couple years now. So we figured it was time to go back. Pretty disappointing. First of all our server was great and the rest of the staff was pleasant. We were seated right away. No waiting. Which was a plus. Then the whole experience turned for the worse. I hate to say that the lemonade was way overpriced and way to sweet. My burger and fries were good. But not $14.99 good. It was nothing to write home about. Finally when it came time to pay I did not like turning over my credit card to the server. The arcade was a blast! New games, barely any wait, a good time indeed. However...the restaurant side was a bust. Took approx 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. Then, placed our order with cocktails as a whole. Took another 10 to get our drinks. Neighbors who arrived 15-20 after we ordered , had food came before ours. Ours came out with hard rolls and room temp. 'Requested to speak with a manager, was informed manager was coming, but instead a partially comped bill with no apology was dropped on the table. Her attitude is not warranted if she does not know how to deal with the public then she is in the wrong position. There is no way for you to get a drink and if shes not feeling ur vibes good luck getting a table. I asked for happy birthday to be sang to my 8 year old after calling previously in the week to make sure everything was good. The customer service is so bad. They are not paying attention to the customers and seem to be a bit clueless. We stood waiting for a table for several minutes while a group of 5 employees were gathered around the hostess stand. Finally they pointed to the bar and said we could seat ourselves. We sit at the bar and the bartender proceeded to ask our 17 year old for her id. When we said she didn't have one and wasn't 21 the bartender sent us back to the hostess stand. The 4 people at the hostess stand stood there dumbfounded until we said, can we have a table please?! We then explained that our daughter wasn't 17 and we just wanted to sit down. Then one of the employees got an attitude and said that she had waved us over earlier. We finally get sat and the waitress asked repetitive questions and didn't seem to know or understand the menu. Don't eat here unless you have a spare couple of hours. Other than ignoring the "no onions" and "sauce on the side" options selected in the app, the food wasn't bad. Add that too the crappy service, and it was an incredibly disappointing, time consuming process to eat here before heading off to play games. We arrived and were seated quickly. The music was so loud we could barely hear each other in the dining area. We waited. After about 10 mins, no one came to take it drying order, so we assumed we had to order from the app (there was a sticker on the table with that option). We downloaded it... Placed our order... Tipped in advance (the only option offered)... And 15 mins later a waitress stops by to ask for our drinks. She said there was a table mix up - I was more than willing to forgive and forget, but, after telling her we ordered in the app, it was another 20 minutes before we had drinks in hand.... And another 30 on top of that before we had 3 of our 4 meals. The fourth meal took another 27 minutes to arrive.... Drink refills another 15.... The check (for the additional drink) another 10, and the change from that check another 32 minutes. We literally thought the waitress glad walked off with our card. This was an incredibly unpleasant dining experience and we were not the only ones having the same troubles, nor did it appear to be only our waitress causing the troubles. Don't eat here. read more

I went in march 2022 for my birthday and it was ok the games were good but the service we had was not good they never gave us a menu and they gave other tables menus and told us. That we had to get the menu of the scan mark on the table and then when we ordered me and my mom got the chicken fingers with two different sauces and my dad got something else i forget what he got but my moms food came out first and then we waited 20 mins to get my food and my dads food and by the time they came with our food my mom was already done with her food . Terrible service. I had to interrupt the employees at the bar arguing to get a drink. There were 4 people at the bar max. We asked to change the TVs to the game we wanted to watch, the manager came over and said they'd change it but never did. Employees and managers argue the entire time, stand at the bar and drink drinks and pay no attention to their customers and we weren't the only ones having this issue at the bar or tables near us.
