Went for the first time with our family. The food was very good. Large portions, very flavorful and good presentation. Some of the best bar food we've had in a while. Wings were great and lots of flavors. There was a little mixup with our order, no ones fault just a bit of confusion. They made it right, right away. Both the manager and the chef came out to apologize and corrected it. Which I was very impressed with, and it wasn't really a big mixup. Food was so good! We went on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. Our server Danel (sp) was great, very personable. We had a minor issue with one of the meals, but it was immediately addressed, replaced and brought out by the chef. They do have gluten free buns, it's just not on menu. It was a little loud, but hey, it's a pub! Can't really comment on the bar, because none of us drank, but had great food and company. Highly recommend when you're in the area, or just make a trip there! We'll be back next time we're in PA! read more

CuZin's Pub & Grill is located on Tilghman St. in Allentown. They are open Sun 11AM - 12AM, Mon - Wed 3PM - 12AM, Thu 11AM - 12AM, and Fri - Sat 11AM - 1AM. I've heard nothing but great things since this place opened, so I was definitely looking forward to trying some of their food. My friends and I started with three appetizers; homemade mozzarella sticks, nachos with shredded chicken, and lemon pepper wet wings. The moz sticks were lightly breaded, crispy, and filled with gooey deliciousness. The nachos were good, not great. The ingredients were fresh, but disproportional (not enough chips and queso and too much LTO). The wings were absolute perfection. I still have a handful of places to try, but Cuzin's is definitely a contender for best wings in the valley. After the appetizers I moved on to Cuzin's colossal club. This sandwich is enormous! It's piled high with pastrami, corned beef, ham, turkey, bacon, provolone, Swiss, LTO, and house sauce. It's served on grilled rye bread. My friends ordered the three little pigs burger and the cali chicken sandwich. They both enjoyed theirs as much as I did. Our server was friendly, helpful with the menu, and had superb timeliness from start to finish. Cuzin's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup is available, but there is no delivery. This is a great place in Allentown. Our friends introduced us to Cuzin's 6 months ago and we really like. We are there a few times a month. The food is always delicious with many great choices. Top quality food, lots of choices with a staff that is friendly and so eager to please! Call ahead for special plans and they go out of their way to make it work. We love this place and go back week days as well as weekends. Indoor and outdoor seating is available in nice weather. It's always worth the street parking to eat there. They do football game specials during games as well. It can get noisy later in the evening so for a quieter atmosphere go a little earlier. Nice bar with plenty of tap, bottle and well drink options. We first tried this place a few weeks ago to grab a quick app before a football game we were attending, had amazing wings! We decided to go back again to try a burger and some nachos to share and they just weren't nearly as good as they looked. They weren't bad but I'd choose other places for those things before coming here. Wouldn't get the nachos again, but would likely order a burger again if I came back. Fries were nothing special. Service was a tiny bit slow on a Thursday evening, but friendly! Small place, but lots of options. Might come back to try some other stuff at some point. We were in town for an event and looking for a late night place for a drink and some food. We were a little skeptical the kitchen was still open when we arrived, because there was only a handful of people there. The staff immediately greeted us and were wonderful. Very down to earth and friendly. The food was delicious. The crab taco special was awesome. Decent beer list with some unexpected interesting choices. We sat outside and got a lovely feel for the neighborhood as well. Not sure I will be back in town anytime soon but would definitely return if I were here. read more

Great bar right off of Tighman with EXCELLENT food (don't try to be healthy, just lean in to the flavors and options!) and great vibes. Cute outdoor patio. They have a large garage-door style window that stays open when the weather is nice so sitting inside is also pleasant. Lot of beers on tap and great cocktails too! Firstly, please, be drunk when you show up here. Please. The food is fabulous, the menu extensive and so inviting, the noise level not so much. We love(d) this place. We live blocks from Cuzins and went there multiple times, even weekly for a while. We tolerated the INSANE noise level, where you quite actually cannot hear the person across the table from you unless you are screaming like your house is on fire at a sports ball event. Fast forward to last Sunday, the evening after the Allentown St Patrick's day parade.... We decided we really needed some awesome Cuzins food and we braved the extra boisterous crowd. Fine. PLEASE UNDERSTAND IT WAS SO LOUD WE HAD TO TEXT EACH OTHER TO COMMUNICATE. We ordered right away because as stated we love(d) this place and we know the menu and knew what we wanted. The server can't hear poop because again, BONKERS NOISE. Well the drinks come out and they are in plastic cups, so right away, kinda gross. but then the drinks aren't even correct. $16.5 for a whiskey that isn't a whisky and looks like someone froze their piss in a plastic cup. So we address the issue with the server only to receive the rudest eye roll response in a middle aged history of dining out. Then we address the bar tender. Also rude and ruder still. Then we are served another inadequate liquor and not at all what we ordered. And then, The final straw was the bill. We were billed for 3!!! Yes three!!!!!! Items that should not have been there, totaling an extra $12 . And the perfect irony?! The server blamed us claiming they clarified the order (which they never did). Please tell me, when is salad dressing an extra charge on a salad? And if you order a salad with a meat, who tf expects to be served a sandwich and then charged an extra $10 and blamed for the order?!!! Never again. And PLEASE, please believe me, every single person we ever told that we love(d) this place will be hearing by the end of the week how wrong we were. read more

The place is like a real nice pub atmosphere. You can sit at the spacious bar or get a table in the bar area Ora quite one off to the side and enjoy having a beer for a wonderful burger. Best bar food. Best wings. Every item I've ordered on the menu has been great. I now order here 2-3 week. Good service. Only down side is they never answer the phone. So ordering out is tough. Amazingly great. The staff were all friendly, balanced out asking for an order and letting us look over the menu / specials. Chef Mike's kitchen seems to run smoothly efficient considering how busy it was when we were there. Cornbread, onion rings, hot wings, and french dip, each was well made, seasoned, and served at the right temperatures. The beer choices are good. Considering the number of taps, having EG Adulting on tap was a nice surprise. The wings were cooked to perfection (sauces on the side) - sufficiently crispy to keep the meat juicy, with a light rub dusting. The cornbread loaf was like nothing, and the best, we have ever had. The outside was nicely crusted with a drizzle of honey. The inside was moist and just sticking together, it was also lighter than expected. Real pub-style onion rings, wide, batter-dipped and also cooked to perfection. The french dip was packed with meat, the au-jus was seasoned correctly (instead of tons of salt). The downsides: - having to walk through cigarette / vape smoke to enter - all the t.v.'s - loudness, tough to hold a conversation - Needs a wider and higher-end craft beer selection. Went here to check it out for the first time and we were not overly impressed. We both ordered cocktails which were ok and decided to get a second round to see if maybe they would be better. I ordered the peach sangria and it was moscato wine and club soda. No fruit.. just bubbly wine. It tasted so gross I didn't even finish it. Turns out they use Bankers club spirits for their mixed drinks. Yuck! We had nachos to share and they were ok but nothing amazing. read more
