Would have walked out but Grandson wanted to go there for his Birthday Party and he did have a blast at the arcade. I would give the arcade 5 stars but if you eat there bring your own paper plates, utensils and disinfectant wipes for the table, and be prepared to wait. The food was good when we did get it. By far the worst Dave & Buster's I've ever gone too. I been to 6 in 6 different states. It took nearly two hours for the order to come out, on e out it was cold. Sent back and took nearly an hour for it to be heated and it was still cold. Steak was to be medium and it was not. Could barely chew I because it was extremely tough. Manager deducted from the ticket but that was not the point. Staff is very unfriendly and inattentive! The games were fun , had an amazing time playing the games. Never got seated for food , there was an 45min wait time for a table for 2 and completely no bar seats available, we signed up to be alerted for a table via text. We ended missing the alert , so I ask the young man (who didn't seem to care as he kept scrolling through his phone) if we could be set up for another alert for when another table opens up, he said it was no problem and he'd take care of it and have us seated. He never got our information again and I'm positive he didn't remember my info by heart with the constant customers, so I was already sure he didn't do as he stated... We ended the night with just about 10k tickets took home some cool prizes (Spongebob Monopoly, Phone Earbuds, & more) another younger man with the staff at the rewards counter tried to stiff us as well but that problem was resolved fast as I requested to speak with higher authority. Great time overall , I'd suggest training the younger men on the staff to be more respectful and caring toward the customers . Had the two young men who made our night terrible , been a tad bit more respectful this could've easily been a 4-5 star review . The games were a great time. The restaurant was a horrible experience. They text you when they are ready to seat you so you can play games while waiting. I showed back up with family at 6 minutes. Too late I have to go to the end of wait list again. The restaurant was not busy but understaffed. A bunch of dirty tables that had to be cleaned. The front area of restaurant never seated anyone. It remained unseated the whole time we were there. Will return to play games but until the restaurant improves I will eat elsewhere since several establishments in the immediate vicinity. My 6 year old has been dying to go here ever since it opened and now that we finally stopped in for the afternoon it's safe to say that we will be a frequent visitor here throughout the summer haha! GAMING: I was a little disappointed at the number of tokens it took to play most of the games - most of the ones we played were between 6-10 tokens per play (which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5). Sooooo it goes without saying that the 60+ token I purchased for my six year old only ended up lasting him about 15 minutes/7 or 8 games . Luckily if you sign up on their website https://www.daveandbusters.com/rewards (or at the kiosk in their store) you will receive awesome coupons via email for buying tokens (like buy $10 worth of tokens get $10 with of tokens free and more)! FOOD: Although the food is a little pricey (For two of us to eat our bill was around $35+ which included a pizza, two sodas and two pieces of pie) everything we ordered tasted great and our waitress was not only super friendly but she on top of everything! Overall, you should probably expect to pay a little more for an afternoon of gaming and eating then you would at places like Chucke Cheese or Incredible Pizza Place. We arrived today around 11:30 am to try the Dave & Buster's and the bad experience started as we entered. They only had one person checking people in for the play cards, so the line was long. While my wife got the cards settled, I went to get a table so that we could be to eat. I went to the hostess station and asked for a table for five, the male asked if I wanted to sit in the bar area as they had tables that seated 6, I told him no, I wanted to sit in restaurant. He continued to try to convince me to sit in the bar, until the hostess told him to get a table ready for our party. It seemed like he just didn't want to fix the table, he would rather us not inconvenience him by using a table that requires setting up. We were seated and sat and waited a good 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. Mind you , there were only about 1/3 of the tables with customers, so it wasn't like they were overwhelmed. After getting our drink and appetizer order, another 10 minuets goes by before our drinks came. We ordered 4 sweet teas and one water with lime, we got 4 sweet teas and a sweet tea with lime. She took it back and another 5 minuets go by before the water arrived. About 20 minutes after the water arrived, the appetizer arrived. We ordered the large sampler platter, and everything was cold except for the stuffed pizza rolls. While waiting on the appetizer to arrive, we ordered our food. Two orders of fish and chips, an order of salmon, chicken parmigiana, three garden salads, and the ribs. The waitress came back after 10 minutes she came back and told us the ribs would take 20 minuets to cook, as they were out. We said that would be ok. Then she came back and said that there wasn't a garden salad, that we would have to order a salad with chicken and take the meat off. I asked for a menu and showed her where the garden salad was there. She said "Oh", but it was in the machine to put it in. They brought the fish and chips, salads, which they didn't have thousand island after it was told to us as having it, and the salmon. This was at 12:48 and we called the kids to eat. They said that the rods would be 20 minutes more. I asked for malt vinegar for my fish and chips, as that is how you eat it. I waited on the vinegar before I ate. 25 minutes later, after asking 3 times, the vinegar arrived. I put it on the fish and took my first bite, and it tasted great for cold fish. The chicken still had not arrived so three of us had our meals, two didn't. Around 1:30 the chicken arrived, with the promise of ribs still in 20 minuets. After she tried the chicken, it was raw in places, so after that we called to talk with the manager. We told him about the chicken, having to eat the cold fish and chips, and the lack of the ribs. He did apologize and said that he would get the ribs. He said that he wasn't going to charge for the ribs, and we asked if he was going to charge us for the raw chicken. He answered but I didn't hear him as he was walking off as he answered. We waited another 10 minutes and asked for the manager again to find out about the ribs. He said he would go get them, however we watched him go sit at the end of the bar and do nothing. It is 2:00 and still no ribs. We arrived at 11:30, so after 2.5 hours we still haven't gotten all of our food. The manage finally got up, to go eat himself, and we are still waiting for our food. We have given up on the ribs and are getting the check at 2:20pm. The bill came and they charged me for the tea that they took back and exchanged for the water, she took the bill back until the manager comes. The actual manager came and listened to our issues and talked with us and said that he would take care of the check and get ribs if available. The manager fixed the the bill and charged us for only the things that were good. He gave the kids game cards and we are still getting the ribs. I raised my 1 star to a 2 star, and will give them another chance once they have been open a little longer. Now the tea issue. We had 4 sweet teas, got one found of refills, and then they were out of tea. We waited 30 minutes to get tea, and anyone that has seen tea be made in s restaurant knows it doesn't take that long to make. read more

We went on Saturday 2/16/18. Had a party of 15. I called 2 weeks in advance to ensure my party would be accomdated. Was told it would be no problem and no advance reservation or special booking would be needed. When we arrived, we were told there was a 2-3 hour wait even though I could see there was at least 9 tables that could seat 4 people each available. After working with the manager and hostess team to get seated, we attempted to order food. After a 2.5 hour wait, 50% of our food never came out from the kitchen. We ordered less than $300 in food because we were planning to drink primarily and play games. D&B killed the vibe. The food that came out was wrong. Burgers, but missing fries. Lettuce wraps that were prepared wrong because the waiter captured our order wrong. Watery drinks. Being told our food would be coming out in 12 mins...and 1 hour later still waiting. We had guests who left because they couldn't eat. We got there at 4pm and left at 8PM. We never got a chance to play games because our waiter was so disorganized. Offered to sell us game cards but forgot to actually do that... Finally, the waiter struggled to close out our tickets and repeatedly asking who had what. We spoke to a floor manager who only focused on asking what did we want removed from our check. No concern that we were being held hostage. It was really sad that the guests in my party had to get food from Wendy's up the street as their dinner. I'm a fan of D&B and visit them all over the country but when the wait staff is complaining about how busy they are on their opening week...has to be flagged down to reorder, is talking poorly about the kitchen staff (when every other table was eating)...it's not a good sign. The waiter even said "Give us a month and a half...it will be better then!" We just sat there...confused...and it made us wonder if he even put in our orders... I was floored. After all, the media coverage stated 250 employees work there yet most staff were standing around seemingly shell shocked, constantly bringing the wrong food to tables because the tables don't have table numbers, and we left 20% gratuity because we weren't sure if D&B had a gratuity policy. The way things are going, their wait staff aren't gonna make any money and we aren't those kinda people. My husband is still bummed... This review is meant to help people who are going to D&B expecting to have a grown folks good time...who hate not getting what they ordered...who dislike when management treats them as if are looking to argue or get free food. I was embarrassed for D&B and had to apologize to my guests. On a final note: As we were leaving, the line was out the door and well down the side walk so if you come after 7, be prepared to wait 30 mins to 1 hour just to get inside!!! So we created the account and did- took about 30 mins to get a drink WE PUT IN and we're SITTING at the bar which was EMPTY. waitresses seemed more interested in their side conversations. Finally we asked where our food was after 45 mins- she said it would be right out "she just checked on it"... 15 mins later she brought my cold chicken strips (ado not what I ordered lol) and told my bf they were out of his item... took another 25 mins for his food. Which was cold. We asked for one final round of drinks- waitress forgot and after 10 mins brought us two of the WRONG drinks.... My children enjoyed playing games but that's about it. Never order their wings unless you like beef jerky textured hot wing. They absolutely are disgusting. I spoke with the manager he was just as bad as the wings( horrible customer service) our server was bad as well she didn't refill our drink or clear the table but walked past us 50 times. So I ordered food from Dave and Busters the Voodoo pasta to be exact. Of course my food did not come out looking anything like the advertised photo! For one the pasta that is advertised was spaghetti like noodles which is the only reason I ordered it but that is definitely not the type of pasta I got! I got some macaroni type noodles. They didn't put any of the sauces that was suppose to be on the dish which is described in the description on there. I had to tweak it up at home just to make it taste like something. I have had food before from Dave and Busters in Nashville so I expected the Memphis location to be just as good but that is where I was wrong!!!! I definitely won't be eating there again! So we went last night to watch a basketball game and sort of expected to be put on a waiting list, surprise! We were seated almost immediately, surrounded by big screens watching everything sports related. The drinks were great, appetizers were delicious. Order the 5 for 5 platter, yum! It's 5 buffalo wings, pigs in a blanket, pizza bread, quesadillas and a heaping mound of cheesy tater tots. We had burgers and fries all around which were great,albeit a bit greasy and salty to my taste but awesome nonetheless. Our server Doran was on point! Didn't have to look for him, great!! Great time. Great selection of games for young and old. The youngster had enough tickets to buy several prizes, which were more reasonably priced than I expected. 3 stars only though because there is ABSOLUTELY NO available seating around the games besides the stools that go with a handful of them. Were I a grandparent or if I was having trouble standing for long periods, as I sometimes do, I couldn't bring kids here and spend money in this place. There's no way I'd let my little guy loose here without watching him. You need to put some benches near the games so adults can sit while they keep an eye on their young ones. Many grandparents have disposable income that could be going into your pockets, but they're not staying here because there's no accommodations for them. read more

I have been to Dave and busters in Nashville and Hawaii and have never had the kind of service that I had last night. At the bar Ralph and Chris are very personable and go beyond customer service to make guests feel welcome. Besides Chris making a killer milkshake, I never felt like they were just putting on an act for a tip and they were very knowledgeable about the specials and products they serve. We were greeted fairly promptly and checked on by several servers so the service we received was great. However, the table and the menus were very sticky. Horrible Valentines Day Dinner. After ordering our steaks and them being over-cooked two times in a row and waiting 2 hours to eat, I decided to come home and make steak myself. After a 2-hour wait for a table I found it was easier to go and talk to the host to get seated. Even after being seated service was still terrible. Took 30 minutes to get two glasses of wine, food was subpar at best. Things are not too good with steak here, seeing as my wife wanted the peppercorn steak which they were conveniently out of. The food was horrible, the only things that tasted okay was the shrimp dip and that's only because they microwaved it. It took the bartender 1 1/2 hours to bring us our receipt. The games weren't working properly and would swipe the cards and take money off them. Yes I get COVID is going on but they had more than enough people to run the establishment properly or serve better food. Change the menu or something because it wasn't worth it. We had a lot of fun here last night for my partner's birthday. 2 other friends joined us and it was everything thing we expected. We ate good food, drank a couple of our favorite drinks, and enjoyed some games. I loved that they had a number of games that you could play with 4 players. This is a great place for date night, an easy night with friends, or even a family fun night. I saw some negative reviews. I considered finding a different place to go, but I'm really glad we didn't.
