Came here and it was so much fun! They have a lot of throwback games like temple run, cut the rope, and fruit ninja. It was super fun! There was music but it wasn't too loud, so you can talk and still enjoy the vibes. We got some food, we got 10 lemon pepper wings and a crispy sandwich with fries and it was really good! Really fun place we discovered coming into Miami. It's on the 2nd level in the Dolphin Mall so it took us a minute to find it. The staff was very talkative and fun and the food was delicious. The restaurant area is huge and w their restaurants and giant bar and vio sections family ones, love the concept the games the food which is really good . My husband and I always have a great time when we go to a Dave and Busters. This location was pretty clean and most of their games were up and running. We go on Wednesdays where games are half off and try to go later in the night to get late night food deals. This chocolate cake was pretty yummy and came out super warm. Just had a veteran free meal at this restaurant and I have to say it was really good. Just had the chicken parm pasta and the chicken was nice and moist. Usually when places make chicken parm the chicken gets dried out after they par fry the chicken and finish cooking it gets over cooked. This was nice and juicy the pasta was creamy and not dried from heat lamp. WOW just amazing and the fact the honor are veterans is just a sign they care about there patrons and the people who served there country to keep us safe. read more

Very Disappointing Experience...Sneaky Pricing We are regular customers at Dave & Buster's Dolphin Mall and usually enjoy stopping by the sports bar when we're already shopping. Today, however, was extremely disappointing.We came in to watch the Bills vs. Broncos OT and ordered our usual drinks, only to later realize that the new menu does not show any prices at all. The reason became very clear when the bill arrived, prices have been raised almost 100%, which feels incredibly sneaky and misleading. A house margarita (weak, tasteless, and low quality) was close to $20, while a premium tequila or mezcal costs around $22 or $24. That pricing makes absolutely no sense, especially considering the location and the poor quality of the drinks and food. Everyone at the bar was visibly shocked when they received their checks. Hiding prices from customers is not transparent or respectful, and it creates a very negative experience. If prices are going to be raised this drastically, customers deserve to know before ordering. Unfortunately, what used to be a fun, casual stop has turned into an overpriced and disappointing experience. We won't be returning unless pricing transparency and value improve significantly. read more

I don't understand how an establishment like Dave & Busters can't get it right. It's always poor service and mediocre food. I struggle giving stars to this location but our server did go above and beyond under the circumstances. We came around 8:30 PM party of 7 including a toddle. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge us in the front (fyi recommendation to invest in a sign that says wait here - because we were lost). Once we sat down we also waited several minutes until we were greeted, however I don't blame it on the server. I noticed one person and about 10 tables - not even a manager out to help him with tables or greet with waters. When we ordered our food we were advised by the manager since it was a "brand new item on the menu, corporate requires a minimum of two weeks of no modifications". So something as simple as taking a sauce on a burger was a no. I don't understand how you want people to try your new food but not allow them to make any modifications? What if I have a gluten intolerance and just want you to hold the bun? Food was okay. Their smash burgers was flavorful and juicy. I got the chimichurri bowl with shrimp. It had asparagus, roasted cauliflower, avocado, sweet peppers, lemon mint yogurt sauce, tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, and chimichurri rice. I would get it again. The music was a nice variety of rock and hip hop party tracks. As far as food, I ordered their chicken wings, fries and their Jamaican Mai Tai. First of all, huge kudos to the bar staff. There were only 2 or 3 employees to work a bar that took up almost all of the main room. Well, the only reason I came here was for my friend's son's birthday party. I have not been to a Dave & Buster's since probably 1997 or 98. I wasn't a fan of it then either. There were six adults and 10 kids. I started off ordering the Blackberry sour alcoholic beverage. The blackberries were frozen. They did give a lot of them but it was like a rock. The drink itself was too sweet. I just drank it though because it was tolerable. I also ordered an Old Fashioned and that very good. They use Makers Mark bourbon. I ordered a set of wings. So did my friend. I got eight wings and she got six. No Rhyme or Reason since we ordered the same thing. It was kind of odd and annoying because our food came out within about four minutes, no exaggeration. They must have the stuff precooked. My fries were cold. I asked the server for new fries and was brought out another set of cold fries. Who knows, maybe they were the same fries? I bit into one and actually had to spit it into a napkin because it was not cooked at all. The wings were very good. They were meaty and they were just the right level of spice for me being medium Buffalo flavor. Someone else ordered fish and chips and they said it was okay. A few other people ordered burgers and they did not particularly like them. Our server had difficulties handling our large party. They probably should have two servers when it is a big group. We had to ask for silverware and napkins several times. I asked for ketchup and was brought a bottle that had barely any in it. Lovely. I can't remember the last time I had been here. Made a night out of it and didn't realize how many adults come here to have fun. I can see why. A little bit of nostalgia with the games we played as a kid. I was pleasantly surprised by their food. Small, but mighty. Their chicken quesadilla was delicious and a great picking starter. For dinner I had the chimichurri bowl with chicken and I was pretty impressed. So beautiful and packed with so much flavor. I definitely wasn't disappointed. How they get away with this is really beyond me, but they do. Not only are the great majority of the clientele on the unclassy spectrum (there was a fistfight between 2 women), but the men's bathroom was completely and utterly filthy. Toilet paper all over the floor, trash cans literally overflowing, there was no toilet paper on the stall, there was blood on the floor, and the kicker was a broken pint glass on a table in the larger bathroom stall!
