Fun times for kids and adults alike. The food is mainly bar food but for the sports fans the large screen TVs are great for viewing. The games are of course the draw and there's something for everyone. The service has always been spot-on. The only thing is because it's basically an upgraded Chuck E. Cheese, the game floor is always a mess and the bathrooms aren't the cleanest. But I don't think anyone is expecting D&B to be upscale or anything less than organized chaos. It's fun! This place is legit. Remove all preconceived notions you have about D&B: bad food, teenie boppers, bad drinks, and reset your brain. The food: it is good. The new menu is legit. I actually ate here twice in the span of 2 days (self proclaimed foodie) and it was outstanding. I was trying to stay healthy so I got the impossible burger with green beans with a lettuce wrap. I know. Sounds gross. But it was delicious. Much flavor in those yellow and green green beans. Like the kind you would find at one of those fancy "Michaels Genuine" type spots. The burger patty itself was delicious. I am no vegetarian and I still would recommend. I came back again for the cheese curds, the boneless wings (I know, not as healthy as me previous visit) but my order may have been influenced by some Jack and Diets. So it's Tuesday and I decide I'll take my kid to play some games and catch lunch. We sit at a table near the bar because it seems like our best chance to get service. I'd passed a nicer dining room but it was empty. Sit at a table and 12 mins go by without any acknowledgment. I sign in to the D&B app to load up my sons play card. But eventually I'm like where are the servers. I approach the bartender. (I'm a professional bartender) I ask if we can have a server and she tells me one will eventually find me. What? I ask if I should sit elsewhere. She says maybe over there and points to a couple of uncleared tables . I'm fairly underwhelmed. I sit back down and another 5-8 mins go by. I get up again to look for a server and another guy behind the bar on his cell plhone tells ne he doesn't work here. One of the other tables gets cleaned off and I sit down and after a few mins a nice guy approaches and goes to take our order. More then half the already small menu is unavailable because the grill is down. So my kid gets chicken strips and I get nothing. I wanted to leave but he was hungry and I'd just loaded $100 on his play card. Very disappointing. Understaffed, the bartender seemed miserable and made no effort to help us. The server was friendly but overworked and the fact that they couldn't even grill or make anything other then fries and chicken strips is ridiculous. read more

I don't understand why the have a limited menu due to COVID-19, when they are not enforcing Covid rules. People were walking around in the arcade area without their mask on. They did play an audio stating to have your mask on, but some people didn't listen. I was there for over three hours and didn't see any of the games being wiped down. They did have some games closed to enforce social distance. My family dined in the arcade seats and was disappointed with the food selection. The menu was very limited, our waitress said it was due to Covid. I wish they would bring back more selections. The drinks were really good. Loved the strawberry HENNY, and I loved that waitress reminded us about happy hour. Our waitress was really nice, friendly, and helpful. She took care of our large party and didn't force us from our table like this other waiter tried to do. The prize store need a better selection of prizes. The prices tag of some of the items need to be lessen. They should also give the option to pay money for items like Chuck E Cheese do. read more

I love that they finally have added a lot more games and removed all the old ones. They changed all the tickets to digital tickets. Prices for the games are decent as well, most games are between 8-9 tickets. The bartenders are very attentive, the drinks we tried were yummy. The bathroom is the only spot I think needs a lot more attention, the bathroom odors you could smell them near the arcade games. This is always a great spot for family and friends fun!!! read more

To begin with, as a customer, I am very disappointed at the fact that they don't allow people under 21 to EAT. I'm referring to people that are (18, 20), and the check in people that serve you a table will ignore you and just try to deny you a seat for any inconvenience. I really don't like this place. Let me start the review by making that clear. Reasons: the bathroom stinks HORRIBLE, the floor is sticky and the food is expensive and mediocre, not to mention that the waiters are the worse ever. We went to see the Superbowl cause we wanted a big tv, guess what? they wouldn't raise the level of the volume so we couldn't hear all of the adds, the wouldn't put closed captions on any of the tv to at least read along and during the halftime, they lost their satellite signal so we couldn't even see the performance. My friends ordered burgers without pickles, and when they came with said pickles on top, I kid you not the waitress said: "oh yes I heard you say no pickles, but you didnt tell me you were allergic" translation, yes I heard your request but ignored it completely. Ok. Usually I've been here for the billiards and drinks / food with past visits, but on this visit Aug 14th 2019, I became a fan of their gaming area. Thanks and big shout go to Jenn W (Jypsy Jenn) and Francisco V (Paco) for making a fun day of play. How? She mentioned a Groupon for unlimited game play all day and I pounced on that deal! From Sanguich, we met up over here and boy did we ever play! First off, tip - Park in the garage, much more organized than parking lot. Less chance of door dings / etc. not a bad stroll to the entrance! Plug: As we ever had a parental unit pay for our fun, we children had the youthful bliss never realizing the impact of earning money and spending. We are just kids wanting to play play play. Running out of credits? No problem, ask Mom / Dad. Well, Groupon brought back childhood! Heart Emoji with that unlimited game play all day, we played for so many hours without worry (plus breaks n beer LOL). Side note: Jenn did carry a regular card for games etc that required to use credits but so beautifully selfless. Anyway, onto the gaming portion of Dave N Busters! I really was impressed with the quality of games, some larger than life (Pac Man, Pac Man Royal. Star Wars game pod - ultimate fanboy forever!). Some give ya exercise like the Jump Rope. air hockey competition 2 way, or 4 way! And plenty of games in between. Not going to lie, the weekends during the day have lots of foot traffic (aka kids) so getting a 3+ or 4+ competition was challenging while the seats are used by other people. However, as the day progressed into evening the kids dwindled and we were able to quickly battle each other! Mario Cart was my FAV on this front! Second up was Pacman Royal (who wants to eat your competing pacman friends on screen! Woohoo). Also was street racing, but I shall note that the best use of unlimited gaming is the Ghost Recon style team-co op completing missions and re-uping when injured. Sold! It's really cool to just simply tap to continue without a wary of spending money. The only defining moment is 'my should is tired' carrying weapons that quadruples the function of so many weapons (Side note: this is not a proponent of guns or not). All right. Came in with the family for an evening hangout. It wasn't too busy. We were able to purchase our points and then proceed to the bar for a drinks. We were out on the floor playing and there was trash everywhere. Kind of disgusting. There were chicken bones on the carpet, napkins, tissues, straws. Every form of trash one can think and everybody just walked around it. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. And the food was just regular bar food. Nothing too amazing. We did order at the bar and the bartender seems kind of not too interested in helping or checking on us. Definitely need to have staff for some housekeeping to sweep up the trash that's around there. And forget about playing, they make you purchase a card loaded with any of their packages to then go play on more than half of the broken machines that you scan the card, takes your "tokens", to then not be able to play or play half ass because the machine is broken! It has been years and years since I have been to a Dave & Buster's. I suggested trying out the Miami location because I had company in town from Wisconsin with a 4 year old, and we were looking for something to do where he would be entertained & the rest of us "grown-ups" could watch the NFL playoff games. First of all the game concept has changeed entirely in the past 10-15 years. You now must buy a card and all of your "tokens" and "tickets" are added and subtracted to your card electronically. A lot of our tokens were wasted because we weren't really sure how to play some of the games. There also seem to be quite a few "out of order" games & games geared for very mature players. Even though the reward tickets are now added electronically, The idea is still the same. You literally need hundreds of tickets to get a prize worth $.50. Plus the younger kids see all the big rewards and of course want stuff that is totally out of their "price range" in the prize store. There are hundreds of really cool games though like enormous Pac-Man and Centipede, life-like motorcycle and snowmobile racing, and super-cool gigantic Rockem-Sockem Robots! There are also several different dining options. They seem to have a sit down style restaurant, a traditional counter style bar, high tops in the game room area, private party rooms, and the sports bar where we camped out to use as a base, eat, and watch the mega-mega movie screen sized TV screen. When we approached the hostess and let her know we wanted to eat & watch games, she immediately sat us close to the giant TV. It was so big and so bright that we literally had to look away from time to time because it was sensory overload! The players were much bigger than actual size on that screen! Although we were seated right away, and the sports bar was generally empty; we had to walk around to get a server to come over to our table. The menu was huge! Burgers, appetizers, salads, tacos, you name it; they had it. And tons and tons of drink options too! We started with some apps: Brussel sprouts, and nachos. I didn't try the nachos, but they were gone quickly. The Brussel sprouts were good, but nothing extraordinary. For my main course I had the steak salad and it was really, really good! Lots of steak, cooked perfectly, and yummy candied pecans. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger. He said it was good as well, and ate the whole thing. The food was definitely better than I had remembered or expected. Prices were very readonabke too, but the service was definitely lacking. Would I go back? Proobsblyy, especially if I was with kids or young adults. It's a fun place to go every couple of years. I wouldn't make this my regular sports bar. It is a good option to keep the men & kiddies entertained while the ladies are shopping at the Dolphin Mall. read more

I came here as we organized an end of the year party for a youth group I lead. Doing the group reservation is a smooth process and the 2 reps that assisted prior to the event were great. The day of the event we got there early to setup. The host was accommodating and let us take the time to make it nice. The event space was roomy and spacious. They let us request an overlay for the table cloth so our decor matched. We had a group of 64 people, the drinks were not refilled. We had buffet food, the kids loved it all. We ran out of food so the parents didn't get to try the chicken or fries but we did allow the kids to serve themselves so I think that's on us. Our server kind of disappeared for a while so we couldn't get drinks which is the reason for the 4 stars. The kids had fun, they love the unlimited card option. All in all I would have another event here and will be back with the kids in the summer for some fun. read more

First time ever at D & B and i must say I'm a fan! This place has a large variety of games for everyone to enjoy from kids to adults. I ordered a couple of appetizers throughout the evening and my waiter (whom I for his name) was very slow, I had to literally ask for everything from napkins to refills. The food was great and the establishment was clean. I purchased the power play card for $30 with over 200 chips be mindful that games range from 3-12 chips a piece. read more

What a deal! We all bought groupons to play unlimited non-ticketed games on a Sunday. You get 2 new cards with the deal (normally a separate fee to buy a new card), and I had a card with tokens on it already. Between the two, we played all the ticketed and non-ticket games we wanted to. Basketball, skee ball, digital jump rope, and even those blatant ticket games where you need to stop the light on the jackpot to win. We won plenty of tickets, Enough to get some fun prizes. To be honest, the most fun games were mario kart, shooting games, and massive pac man, which were all non ticketed so we definitely got our money's worth. We had lunch at the bar, then dove right back in. I think we clocked out with 7 solid gaming hours. Such a good time, We're going back next Sunday for round 2! read more

Went with a group of friends with one friend having a big gift card for D&B, so we went big as well. The server in training and the server overseeing him were very helpful, suggesting that the Eat + Play Combo was the best bang for the buck if we wanted to eat and get a play card. You can get a typical entree (5 dishes each to choose from 2 differently priced menus) and a $10 Power Card, which makes your food pricing pretty discounted. Since we had 5 people, we chose 5 combos to get 5 Power Cards: Cantina Nachos (with beef) were kind of inconsistent with its layering; I ended up grabbing some naked chips when I was trying to get toppings along with them. I did appreciate that they used shaved beef instead of ground beef (better beef flavor). Classic Goldfingers were typical chicken fingers, thanks for not being dry. I liked the honey mustard that came with them. Philly Cheesesteak Sliders and Goldfingers were a nicely portion of cheesesteak to sample; the seasoning could be a little more on the sliders, but they weren't gross? We had ordered the Pepperoni Pizza Pullapart, which were soft pretzels cut into bite sizes, covered with tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni. I honestly regretted eating so many out of hunger (it was the first thing we got while we were waiting for our group to be fully arrived), because some of the bites barely had toppings and I stupidly filled up on bread. We ordered but I ended up not eating the Smashed Bar Burgers & Smokehouse BBQ Ribs. My friends seemed to like them though, they cleaned the ribs out! As for drinks, definitely get a Coronita (Corona bottle upside down in a margarita) for the presentation of it, and because the margarita is too dense and sweet without some Corona thinning it out. We got a beer tower and were told over half of the draft beers that could go into it were out of stock (your Bud, Coors, nothing to cry about, but being out of draft beer on a Wednesday evening?). We went with a tower of Lagunitas IPA, which I like, so it was really fun to watch the pour from such a huge container. Moscow mules are poured in a plastic copper colored cup with their logo; a little sweet, but you do get some of that vodka somewhere in there. The games are so fun, I don't even care about getting enough points to get a rubber ball or whatever useless item they have available for redemption. A great combination of video games, old school ball games and catcher games. I do have to go back here or to other location since we were about to do the VR Jurassic Park game, and the system malfunctioned with the people trying to do it before us. See you there! read more

Didn't even know you could host corporate meeting there. The food was average not necessarily good but they have variety. Also full bar! Dave and Busters is a place that makes me feel like a kid and makes my kids feel even...kiddier?! We rolled up to D&B today to get out of the house the second day of the year. It was a pricey choice but we had fun! My kids both had chicken fingers and fries and got a game card included. Portions are big so I got to try theirs and it was delicious. I mean, they're chicken fingers but wow were they good. The fries too! They were dusted with something that made me want to eat a bucket of them! I had the short rib and cheesy Mac stack. This came with tater tots! Who doesn't love tater tots?! So delicious! The sandwich was awesome as well. Nonetheless, I was stuffed. My only issue is that cashing out was a bit slow and we all had empty glasses without ever offered a refill. Games were fun but all over the map about how much each one cost. So for starters, if you really want to social distance, D&B is not the place to go. As far as social distancing is concerned, they are only blocking out every other machine from being used. I didn't see any one cleaning the machines after use. I did see that near the bathrooms they out out a table with a giant gallon size of hand sanitizer, however it leaves your hands sticky AF, so I wouldn't recommend using. They also had a box of vinyl gloves laid out for people to use I assume if they did not want to touch the machines with their bare hands. I didn't see any hand sanitizer stations, just little bottles of hand sanitizer here and there around the play area. They didn't seem to be limiting capacity because there was a bunch of people in the play area. Looked like a day pre-COVID. They are also constantly reminding you to have your mask on while in the play area otherwise you'll be escorted out. The only place you don't need them is while you're dining. When we first arrived, we went directly to the bar area. Unless you are going with just one other person, you can't sit at the bar. They have the chair spaced out to only two people could sit together and you can't move the chairs around. So we sat at one of their long tables. The dining area was empty! Only us and one other party were there. Wish I would've seen the bartender's name but god was service slow as hell. And we were only two parties -_______- we asked for Zipper Head shots which he forgot to make us so we had to ask a 2nd time and remind him. We got there around 6:30 so we had 30 min to enjoy happy hour. Had he not taken long, we would've been able to get more drinks since we were not allowed to order multiple drinks at once, that sucked. I have to say that I love D&B and we used to go a lot prior to COVID. It was nice to get out of the routine. But you guys have to choose your employees better. Absolutely no one looks like they enjoy their job and never have a smile on their face. Which is unfortunate. This should be a fun place from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. And that should be portrayed by every single employee. You'd think that after being shut down for months they would have retrained their employees on customer service. read more

With covid, they block off a few games that may be next to each other, so you may find yourself waiting some. I'm still happy they are open, though. I love coming to watch Heat games and UFC fights while having a couple of bites and brews, especially after the nice renovation they've made with the big projector screens and the new design on the restaurant. I also enjoy playing some pool once in a while. The reason for the three stars is because I went to eat yesterday with my family on a special event and we decided to order a variety of different things. I want to say we were the only people in the whole restaurant ordering food. The staff was really friendly and catered to our every need, but when the food came out after a significant wait, everyone was disappointed that all the food came out cold. Not one, but every dish. We were so hungry and waited so long that we just scarfed it all down. The taste was there, I just wish the food wasn't cold.
