I love this place. It's like an arcade for both kids AND ADULTS. There is a bar in the middle where you can get fun cocktails (even ones that glow in the dark!!). There are so many different kinds of games available to play! Shooting, basketball, dance dance revolution, candy crush, WHEEL OF FORTUNE and so many more! There is fun for the whole family! Most people take advantage of the gaming specials which give you a play card included in your meal at a discount. Started off with a x rated passion fruit mojito. This is one of the better drinks I've had. It is on the sweet side but is a great option if you want to try something a little different. The pretzel dogs are pretty decent. Basically a hot dog wrapped in pretzel dough with seasoning. The sauce they come has just a tad of spice. I thought it was pretty good. It is a good place to come and eat if your looking for something casual and chill or to go and play or to do both. They have a huge selection of food on the menu to fit anyone's taste. I've had the mac and cheese before and it was amazing. The burgers are also really good. For a Dave and busters style place I actually thought the food was very good. Normally these places you can not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. They constantly have events and promotions going on. They have a Christmas event where you have a brunch and can meet and take a picture with Santa for a fee. They also have a New Years open bar promotion going on that has unlimited drinks and a unlimited play card. Not bad I guess if you have nothing else to do but it is about $80 to do. Good place for the kids to play but the food and area to sit and eat is disgusting. Sat in the booths at one end of the bar to watch a game while my friend's kid plays which was the worst part to sit. The served throw dirty plates in a bin, sweep and throw the garbage out in a little while 3 feet from you and the menus are on top... disgusting! The ice holder is dirty and remains open and the waitress stick the cups inside the ice with their dirty hands from taking the plates inside the ice. My water had a piece of paper from the straw (which could have been mine or maybe not). The people who pick up the trays with the dirty plates just grab the plates or throw everything into a cart while u are eating. Very gross. The food was ok.. I guess. The grilled wings were tiny and I'm pretty sure they were not grilled, the steak quesadilla was pretty bland and not sure what kind of meat they use but for sure over done. Stay away!!! I just left after having a horrible experience after what I thought was my go to spot to come with my boyfriend. I usually go with him to watch UFC fights but tonight I went alone. I sat at the bar at approximately 10:50pm and ordered a mojito with my favorite bar man, who should know me by now! I come here every Saturday that there is a UFC fight because I live so nearby. He says he has to get my ID approved by a manager because it's vertical??? I told him it's still valid. He called Tania Carvajal who proceeded to interview me about my age, address, height and appearance. After verifying that I gave all the correct information she DENIED ME and left abruptly. I told her we can call a police officer or I can give her my passport too to verify my identity and she said "I don't care" that it's up to her discretion. Clearly she has 0 discretion because that person in the ID is me and I am 22 years old and I come here every single UFC fight to sit and watch. She HUMILIATED ME in front of a ton of guests and just LEFT. She refused my passport too and I have two of them! She also refused to speak with an officer. Bought a Groupon that allowed us to enjoy full day of arcades at a very reasonable price, However it was limited to certain games, and the place was jampacked with people with the same Groupon. Unfortunately, I have NEVER had a great experience here. I have been here a few Thursdays when it's not so packed and full of kids that have school the next day. They have a good deal on the wing and game play. I think it's $20 for unlimited wings plus unlimited games (certain games only, like the kind that don't produce tickets). This is basically the only upside of the place. The food is just OK, nothing special at all. They have pretty exciting drinks from the *looks* of them, but I am not a huge drinker. The service at tables is always horrendous (and I am speaking for maybe 4-5 times of going there), the bathrooms are always super uncleanly. Management doesn't care about complaints at all, from my experience. Great place for the family! Older kids can play while parents eat and have a drink. Or take turns with your partner and when food is ready kids come to eat and then the fun continues and you enjoy games with the kiddos. The virtual ride is really good but it cost 6.00 per person per ride. They have MIB, Jurrasic world, Star Trek and a dragon game. I 've noticed they are updating the place with a new makeover. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only "game" in town. Doral has no other Game type venue. The last time we went MANY games were out of order, for example only two out of the five Skeet Ball lanes were working, various games took our swipe for points and then would not work. We went to play pool and the computers were down, so we could not. No offer to help us... just a "no, the computers are down - we can't give you a table". The absolute worst part was the restaurant. It was empty, only 3 other tables had patrons. It took them 15 minutes to take our drink order and another 15 to take our food order. That was a total of 30 minutes to take our food order. The only reason I didn't walk out was because my child was dead set on eating there. Once we made the order, after 20 MORE minutes we were told the computers were down (really???) and they hadn't registered it (so far its 50 minutes since we sat down). When we FINALLY got our appetizer it was horrible and cold. We had to flag down a server various times for WATER refills, plus to ask for a set of utensils that were never given to the 3rd person in our party in the first place. There were more employees walking around the restaurant then patrons, the boredom and lack of interest was palpable. The fries were soggy and cold, and the donut holes we had for dessert obviously no less than 24 hours old, and cold. After all of this, they charged us 16% service charge. On the bottom of the credit card bill the "gratuity" portion was empty and large - If I had not noticed the 16% they were already charging me I would have double paid the tip. How many people don't realize they are paying 16% as it is? No wonder the service is dismal, they know that not only will they get 16% but maybe the client is so distracted that they end up with a 32% tip.. A win/ win situation for the servers no matter what. read more

I like this place but service has definitely lacked the past times I've visited. My son loves the arcades area but i personally feel it's a rip off. Even the simple machines use a lot of points and you need 1000 tickets for a ridiculous price. As far the restaurant is concerned I think they need more servers for the amount of tables they have. Service is slow, therefore you end up running empty on drinks or waiting a while to order more items. To be honest the start to our night was very rough, i sat in-front of 4 dirty (my group split up) tables due to the fact that jerry the rude server could only tell me "im sorry ma'am but you'll have to wait because im busy, and so stand in front of the table and ill clean it when i can ". i felt like the answer could have been worded better but we waited and waited for about 30 minutes before jerry decided to clean a table that none of my group members were standing in front of. I go up and ask why and when my table would be clean and he continued to give me the same answer without acknowledging me. Mind you that table arrived after me. its Wednesday around 4:30 so it cant be that busy. I went to the other server Joshua and he immediately assisted me within 5 minutes. If Jerry would have pre-bussed like he should have and not spent every 5 minutes talking to the bartender about the heat game results then maybe the tables would have been available. Joshua continued to impress us by making sure he did the best of his ability to make sure our stay was great. We have been several times for birthday parties or just to take my son out to play some games and have never had a bad experience. The birthday party we attended was well organized and the kids all had a blast playing games and then redeeming tickets for prozes. The party was well organized and the food was bar-type food: chicken tenders, hamburgers, and fries. The adult beverages are decently priced. The kid inside of me came out and I started playing a few games just to rack up tickets for my son to redeem. While playing one of the games, the claw machine, we had a problem with the prize getting stuck. I contacted the first employee I saw and help came right away. The review goes to the restaurant that is located inside the arcades. Upon my arrival the servers did not care to clean a table and I had to clean the table by myself. The kitchen was closing in about 30 minutes that is why I had to clean the table on my own, once the table was cleaned the server kept on saying give me a second I'm busy the kitchen eventually closed and I was unable to eat very frustrating. Really bad experience, The manager cared even less at the bar it was the same experience at the bar it took the bartender 20 minutes to serve me a beer and another 20 minutes to charge me a total of 40 minutes waiting at the bar which the bar almost closed on me as well. I've been coming to this location all my life, NEVER have I had such a bad experience like I did last night with my family. While my family was playing games I went to the bar to order some drinks & food to take & eat as we walk around. After I already placed the order & paid for it, my family decided to sit at a table, I saw the bartender do a face when he asked me if we were sitting there & I told him not to worry that I would still pick up my food & drinks. An older blonde server lady came up to the table & asked if we were going to order anything, I told her that I had already ordered at the bar. She did not realize that I was sitting at the bar waiting and I heard her very loudly tell her coworkers that there was a "bitch" sitting at her table and she won't be checking up on us anymore. I got my wings and fries before my drinks. I had to remind the bartender I ordered with about my drinks, he had forgotten. I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation so I went up to the server lady and apologized. I told her that I knew I was taking up her table but I heard her & just wanted to apologize for the situation. She very rudely told me "Don't talk to me go talk to the bar". I walked away. I brought the situation up to the manager who was on duty last night, I told him how unpleasant it made me feel and he just apologized to me & told me he would talk to her. New Year's Eve 2009 was a blast here! My husband and I [age 27 & 28] were in town getting ready to leave in a couple of days on a cruise, so we wanted to celebrate NYE low key but have fun. We chose to go to this Dave & Buster's and are glad we did. For $100 each had an open bar, fabulous buffet dinner (salads, shrimp cocktails, grilled chicken, potatoes, carved meat, veggies, and dessert table) and free play for 5 hours!!! We had a blast....the food was much better than we expected, the open bar was just that and we got doubles each time and having unlimited game play enabled us to really get competitive and act like little kids. They had music and dancing in one room with champagne toast and countdown at midnight. The place is huge, staff is friendly and a place where adults and kids can both have a fun time! Mind you there was no host standing at the host stand I waited for around 15 minutes and when the hostess finally approached me she had said that there were only bigger tables that seat 4-6 people if i was fine with sitting there or to be sat by the bar. I was fine sitting in a bigger table so i said yeah she turns around for a good five minutes staring at im not sure what, maybe looking for my table.
