My child and a few friends went on a filed trip for summer camp. My child and her friends had money so they sat down at a table to eat. Loeriely ( I don't remember exactly how her name was spelt) told the girl if they were not going to order to get out. I understand not wanting kids to take up tables and not eat or order but lots of kids maybe 1-2 years older were sitting down and not ordering. Nobody cared . The girls ordered a kids pizza ( to share) a few drinks and that's all. The total was $18.10 the waiter told the girls it was $21.20 then Loreily took the girls money because they were paying ( before they got their drinks and food ) and she gave had taken three dollars and ten cents "as a tip" the girls hadn't gotten their food yet and the service was NOT tip worthy and it should be optional the waiter chose her own tip and then one of the girls said you took three dollars and ten cents the waiter then yellled at them telling them they had no manners and that they had to leave a tip because she was doing them a service and she didn't have to serve them food then she proceeded to call them bad children after the waited left my child got her counselor and tried to explain what happened but the waited ran over to their table and yelled " What are they telling you about me because they have no manners" one of the girls tried to explain that they were not comfortable being yelled at and she yelled " Be quiet the adults are talking" Then she was very rude the rest of the time. I had a reservation for 3-12-2022 and I was on Time. The hostess stated that she would not be seating our group because the food would not be ready for 2 hours. Very rude and unprofessional. Woo Dave and Busters,...woo nothing i'd rather go to GameWorks. I like pin-ball and i coudnt find any pinball machines. I like skee ball and skee ball eats my points and gives me either way too many balls or not enough balls. I did find a video poker game that i did enjoy a bit. I was able to sit there for the rest of the evening while my sister and her friends did their thing around the place. when i needed to refill my play card they had plenty of stations to refill but some of the touch screens need some serious calibration. I practically have to touch the kid playing the game next to the screen to get the selection i want. if you win tickets in game the prizes are w/e, my sister got a electronic bank/safe, that never unlocked so we had to break into it and fix it. I saw they have a blender.. pretty interesting. I might just save up my tickets for that. on to food, my mom got these philly cheesesteak egg rolls... UBER SALTY... id rather drink up the dead sea. My pasta was ok, but the pasta was overdone kinda mushy. the chicken fingers my sister had looked good but she wouldnt let me taste. Drinks... are ok, i didnt get anything too phenomenal taste wise. i think i would have been more satisfied with a beer and/or dead sea water. The parking in dolphin sucks and the people who drive there suck more. If it weren't for my sister who like this place id probably stick with gameworks anyway. Michelle Zelmar was my waiter at the front bar. She messed up my order and on top of that she charged me for an extra drink. I confronted her for it and she claims that's what I ordered. I paid for it and left because my girlfriend didn't want me to make a show. We ordered wings and ribs and the wings tasted like microwave ribs. Our friends had the short rib and Mac stack and the bread was hard, Mac and cheese wasn't cheesy and they were also very dissatisfied. Wednesdays is 2 for 1 token night and was the perfect place to bring my nephew. What that means is that for every token you buy at the regular price, they give you another token. He's a teenager now, but this place is as good as it gets, especially when your Uncle is paying. I scored 28 points on the big basketball hoop and 70 points on the little one, but now I think he might have let me win so I won't stop taking him to Dave & Busters. He ended up the night with thousands of tickets which he graciously agreed to save for his cousin. His big win of the night was 1,000 tickets on the Wheel of Fortune. BTW, I like the Philly Cheese Steak but it just didn't taste the same after my last visit to Philadelphia. If you're going west on the 836 from Miami, make sure you get over into your far right lane after the toll booth, otherwise you'll miss the NW 12th Ave ramp. They made me swear off cheeseburgers...for a while. If they can mess up simple food that even Mickey Dee's could do right...that says alot about their...lack of any culinary skill. Went there with co-workers for dinner/10pm happy hour. Our waitress wasn't the nicest...considering it wasn't the busiest time of the night and we were a big group...didn't she want extra tips??? My friend enquired about the happy hour drinks and beer...and she was like "tell me what u want and I will tell you whether it's on the special" And she took FOREVER to check with us for more drinks or give us our check! Food was blah. I got the Buster's Cheeseburger...half pound burger with apple-smoked bacon and cheese. How on earth do you screw it up??? I ate half of it...the meat patty had some funky smell...like it was frozen before (which is probably was!). Oh well...whatever else my co workers ordered were...mediocre at best. Margaritas were strong; I could smell my friend's drink from across the table. My red Sangria was rather...cough-syrup tasting. There was karaoke, pool tables and arcade games but I didn't play any games so I can't comment. Crowd was mostly late teeny-poppers...some early 20s somethings at the bar. They have two show rooms that you can book for private parties and events. Overall, I did not like the place. Bottom line: you know the club you go to because the music is hot/not bad...but the drinks suck? Went for my son's birthday tonight. Food was good and wait staff was friendly, even though the waiter kept putting his mask down to talk, making us uncomfortable. There's very little control over people wearing their masks. They don't wear them at their table which is understandable, but they step away from the table and chase their children around or walk around to play the games without the masks and there's barely anyone around to inform them to wear the masks. We would've stayed and played longer but felt uncomfortable with the lack of consideration towards others when it comes to wearing a mask. read more

Nothin like taking a group of guys to this place where they can drink and let out their inner child in playing video games and car races. Also a new addition to the place from previous D&Bs is the air hockey for 4 players where you can play with more than 2 discs and its a frenzy of testosterone and hotheadedness that spews from a group of adult men. and who can complain about the scooby snack drink that is my favorite drink from the bar. only thing I complain about is the shop at the back where you can use your tokens/coupons for prizes. The place looks like it hasn't been dusted in years. the workers crowd around the register area to chat, so when you go up to the front a few feet away and ask to pay there, they then ask you to go back to the register...b/c they were too lazy to move.. what horrible service. Never again. Aaarg, what a disappointing experience. My wife and I went to D&B's with my cousin and his wife, having recently eaten, we decided to split a burger, which we ordered from their "Eat & Play" menu. The "Eat & Play" menu is a specific menu of close to 20 items which, for a few dollars more, gets you a $10 gaming card - for you to use to game with. To begin with, our waiter had absolutely no sense of cordialness. He seemed like he was in a rush and attempting to avoid someone. What this basically winds down to is that he pretty much hurried through the motions of taking down our orders, almost like a boring routine, before snatching away our menus. My cousin ordered a Blue Moon in a 22 oz cup...for $6.50 (WTF? I could've bought a 6-pack of Blue Moon at that price) and it came with out an orange wedge. Wanting to really enjoy his beer, he waited for our waiter who was zipping back and forth to other tables like a crack fiend searching for a rock. Eventually, he stopped another server and asked him for a wedge. Finally our food came, it was good; not great, just good. I actually hadn't been to Dave and Buster's in quite some time but when I started brainstorming about places to host my husband and his twin's surprise 30th birthday party, I knew it was the right place! Pool tables, arcades, TVs everywhere, what better place to host a birthday party for two grown kids! Lol I rented out the entire Sports Lounge for the bday party, and everything from the event coordinator to the food was perfect. When I plan parties, I become a little pushy and indecisive, but working with Isis in the Event Planning Department really put me at ease and she answered all my questions without hesitation. Everything turned out perfectly! We had an appetizer buffet, so it was a bunch of finger foods: chicken tenders, mini burgers, fries, etc... Which I was able to customize to what my husband would like. The space was HUGE and fit our guests comfortably. Everyone had choices to do what these pleased: weather it was at the arcade, playing pool, or simply having a beer and watching the game, it catered to everyone. We had the party on a perfect night because the Heat game was on, and the Pacquiao fight was on too. It allowed us to be comfortable in an area, where it gets packed on a normal fight night. I've gone to Dave and Busters before and it's a pretty good burger and fries kind of place, however, things have seriously changed. I ordered lemon pepper wings, for example, and they gave me dry tasteless wings with the lemon pepper seasoning on the side. When i asked if there was anyway to cook it in it the waitress stated that this is now how the chef prepares all of the wings. I understand if it was a sauce, but how do you give someone dry chicken with lemon pepper seasoning in a cup? When I asked her to please see if the chef can make an exception because they didn't taste like anything she went to speak to him and apparently he refused. I wanted to change my order for something else, but half the food on the menu was apparently out. My family and i spent a lot of money to receive the most trash experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Lots of fun for everyone and it is cool they are getting new arcades because it seems like it's been forever since a new arcade has come out and they have 10 new machines. They have the classics from guitar hero to the new ghostbusters and a cool kung fu panda game. I got lucky and went on a wednesday and all machines were half price so you really get a good deal I left with lots of tokens left on my card for next time. They have TV's around they bar for adults that want to watch a game while their kids play and decent bar food with specials on power up cards. There is even a special for a rib combo for 30 bucks and you get a free 20 dollar power up card! Talk about giving people a break! Let the kids come out this summer and have fun and get your much needed drink at the bar because if your kids are happy you deserve it! read more

Ate dinner here and was not impressed, we were a party of eleven our waiter was pretty friendly and came to our table promptly to take our drink orders, however, once that was done he disappeared. After awhile he came back and took our food order, the food came out pretty fast except for my order. I had to wait and wait since our waiter had done a Houdini again. Finally I tracked him down and he was able to get my order (they did comp me the dish). What can I say, but that you should only come here if you have kids or a kid's heart and want to play games, which we did after dinner. Probably the worst restaurant I've visited in over a decade, now before you judge, no I didn't have huge expectations but there are some basics that you ought to be able to expect, like clean bathrooms. There wasn't one stall that wasn't dirty with garbage overflowing baskets. The sinks were also covered in napkins and they were on the floor too, it's obvious there isn't a cleaning schedule in place to help keep up with the summer vacation crowd. The food was delayed and servers are so swamped that they didn't bring beverages until the food was ready. Being busy isn't an excuse, I visited their property in nyc on Times Square, Christmas week and the experience was night and day. Today I'm here with my kids thinking, if the food sucked and bathrooms are super dirty, I'm sure the gaming area is also covered in more germs than one would expect.. gross, simply unpleasant. I love competition so coming here whether it be with my boyfriend, or friends and family is always a blast! The prices for games are decent, they have eat & play combos where you can add power cards to your entree for a small up charge. We went on a Thursday night and were able to enjoy Happy Hour for 1/2 off drinks, its not only well drinks! It also includes their crafty cocktails so thats definitely a win win! I tried the Frose which was really good if you are a Rose kind of girl, and the Apple Smash was definitely my fave! We've been here plenty of times and its always been a good experience but my last visit was more than a "good experience" Alfredo made sure we had an incredible night, although it was a pretty busy night he pulled through and gave us an excellent 10/10 service, he was funny and enthusiastic. Had Groupon which stated can't be combined with other promotions. Went on a Wednesday and they offer half price play all day, and machines couldn't be programmed to charge full price, so couldn't accommodate us. Makes no sense because our Groupon was for unlimited play. Groupon should have just stated can't be used on Wednesday. Lots of disappointed guests. Manager unwilling to help simply blaming Groupon when Dave and Busters corporate marketing clearly signed off on the fine print prior to selling them. Workers said this happens every Wednesday. I enjoy dave and busters! I will agree with my fellow yelpers and say that the service is slow when it comes to dining. Today I ordered the sliders w fries and I enjoyed the sliders, fries were ok. My partner in crime asked if he could have veggie quesadillas instead of chicken ones on menu and waiter said of course, and the added peppers and jalapenos and he thought they were great. 12 year old friend of mine ordered 10 fried shrimp with a side of mac n cheese. He said the shrimp were very good and mac n cheese was ehh. Partner's dad ordered Cesar salad and an order of 10 fried shrimp he also said shrimp were very good and he enjoyed his salad. We played games, deal or no deal is a very fun game. We raced cars, tried to win toys with the claw/clamp. It used to be easier and not rigged and you had a fair shot of winning, I guess too many people were winning because they made it impossible like most of those claw/clamp games to actually win. But 12 year old friend and I won a bunch of tickets playing other games and we used our tickets to buy a lava lamp, ear phones, laffy taffy, a stuffed animal and a piggy bank! My boyfriend and I never thought we would enjoy the food here so much but one day we decided to give it a try and ever since then we pick this spot every so often. We usually come for appetizers and share them while drinking some beers. Their nachos are full of flavor! It's a must get, every time we go. We also enjoy the quesadillas. You think this place would be great but when it comes to food service. They get an F. First off once everyone placed their orders. The food took about 20 minutes to come out, but in pieces. Mine took an extra 5 minutes to come out, another person in our table 10 minutes, and my wife didn't get her food til 30 minutes after because the waitress forgot to put in her order. Then I finally dig in to my medium cooked steak just like I ordered and I was wrong. The steak was Well Done. Like no even well done. Like super well done that the inside was dry with no flavor. Of course why ask the waitress to take it back for what for me to wait another 30 minutes. Nah I'm ok. My wife didn't even eat her food. She ended up taking it home since she got it after already finished eating, So we get the bill and shit, no refund or a sorry or courtesy reversal for the issue with the food. Nope, a full bill with a $35 gratuity suggested. Like really, we didn't even order cake for my daughters birthday bc for what it can show up for next year. I will never eat here again at all. Last night, I visited you for my friend's birthday, and you have definitely cleared up all negative preconceptions about far-priced arcades/eateries. * I used to think they did not have quality food. But I had an amazing chicken avocado sandwich there last night for a whopping $12. Your chicken wings and pigs in the blanket appetizers were also quite delicious. * I used to think when passing by that this place was rundown. However, your pool tables look brand new, and you seem to have quite a slew of innovative arcade games. Seriously, you have all of the House in the Dead video games, which are by far the best zombie shooter markets I have ever played. You also give gamers several opportunities to bank on tickets by providing all your guests with machines that can spit out 200 tickets at once. If I am ever in the need of arcade games, I think I will visit this Dave & Buster's again. The only negative I can think of is that your reward center can have better options. However, I definitely am enjoying that souvenir shot glass I earned by acquiring 300 tickets. read more

This is a good place to watch UFC or other sporting events. It's also good for playing video games. The service is good, the food is okay (I recommend the fish & chips) and the seats are comfy. There are TVs everywhere, so you wont have any problems getting a good view of the sporting event of your choice. read more

No one at this place cares on a Saturday night. We sat at the bar for point of reference. Took us 20 minutes after the bartender asked if we wanted another beer to get another refill.
