I give this wild wings location a 5. Even tho I do have my personal gripes with some days. But everyone has bad days. The staff is typically always friendly and helpful. The bartenders are great. And it's one of my favorite places to get wings. If you don't like a sports bar. You won't like the ambience but. It's to be expected. I don't mind the loud games on tv nor the music choices. This experience was outrageous! My family flew in for the holidays with their foreign exchange student. Granted, it was Black Friday, but our table of (4) kids under 10, (3) teenagers 16 and under and (3) adults was sat immediately in a near empty restaurant. That should have been our first clue. We were sat at 2:15pm We ordered cheese curds, fried pickles, onion rings and pretzel bite appetizers. And 4 kids meals. Along with (1) dessert, (1) cheeseburger meal, (1) 10 piece wings and and ultimate appetizer as a meal. At nearly 3:30, after having to ask for refills on WATER and kids cups- (sodas were promptly refilled but no one else was ever asked, we had to ask for every refill of water!) we were finally brought the cheeseburger meal.... After asking to please at least bring the kids food out, everything came out pretty quickly. Except everything was cold. Even my 4yr old said his grilled cheese was "not hot." When the waitress came back, we told her everything was cold. So she took the food back, and brought my sons grilled cheese back hot, yes, but still white and hardly toasted. If you're going to charge people almost $10 for a kids meal- bring it prepared properly, and in a timely manner. I may be biased- due to my years in restaurant management- but they didn't even apologize. They brought a basket of onion rings and said "I told them we should at least do something." Which ok- would have been nice.. but only 2:9 people at that table eat onions. Our bill was over $200. The LEAST you could have done was apologize. This was not originally a kitchen error, but a server error. Followed up by a kitchen and then management error. We left a 10% tip out of who we are as people. The service here is pretty slow. We've been here a few times and it seems to always be the case. We've been waiting for 15mins just to be acknowledged after sitting down. Since placing our order We've been waiting for 30mins for the food to come out. I would understand if they were busy considering that its football Sunday but it is not. I recently visited the Modesto BWW and was warmly welcomed by the lovely Audrey. My wife and I visit BWW approximately 2-3 a month as we enjoy sitting and enjoying wings with our beer. What also helps is having exceptional service and that's what Audrey delivered to us. Even this last visit she was training and still managed to check up on us as much as possible. I can say I was impressed as my drink never came to be empty as she was on point to please our every needs. I will continue to come here when the service is as amazing as it is. read more

This place is terrible! It's so dirty the workers are rude and always high you can tell. They're so slow and the food is always cold when it comes out which is insane because it takes over an hour for food to come out every time. My sister ordered an angry orchard before her meal even came out and then the food came and the waitress asked us how everything was and she said it was ok she just wanted her angry orchard with it and my sister is already at the end of her meal and still no angry orchard and we see our waitress just sweeping and not even paying attention to any tables! Disclaimer my server was amazing, but if I couldn't give them any stars, I would , came for dinner and order the Swiss mushroom burger, both me and my husband , we received our burgers without mushrooms, and I had confronted our server to ask if we can get our mushrooms. They failed to tell us that they had discontinued mushrooms at that location so ultimately they tried to sneak a Swiss cheese burger into our mouth without letting us know , I asked the server what she could do and she tried her best to find a solution for us. It appeared to us that she checked in with her supervisor and they told us to download the app to receive a free burger , at that point, there's not much the server could do so I asked to speak to her supervisor her supervisor brushed us off didn't even come apologize and took the burgers off our tab , it was very unprofessional of the supervisor to ignore us like that they need to cover that dish off the menu or tell people it is discontinue is a very inappropriate for them to just try to serve us half of a dish and charge full price , I don't come to Buffalo Wild Wings often but I definitely will never come back or recommend this place , my family's dishes also were disgusting overcooked read more

Sent everything back and it was still mediocre at best. I've never seen a restaurant have so little people inside and still take such a long time. Absolutely terrible. Girlfriend's tenders were soggy, came with no sauce or dip as ordered. Service was slow as heck because the ONE BARTENDER DURING HAPPY HOUR was hung out to dry by the rest of the staff. The manager kept raising the music volume and putting on mariachi music. Upon entering the establishment 8/25 I was not greeted right away although the restaurant was fairly empty. It was a couple fantasy draft parties that had just started and you can tell that's where most of their attention was going. The brisket tacos were awful. The brisket was either several days old or severely overcooked. It was so dry I felt like I was eating jerky. The staple should be the wings. We came at the worst time and on the worst day. So everything I witnessed I assumed was situational. We came on game 3 of the Warriors and Lakers around 5 PM. It was definitely a very busy time but we were sat very quickly after about 5 minutes of waiting. Our server was extremely rushed and was taking care of a whole section and delivering food to tables. She was the best and the sweetest person ever. I felt so bad for her as she was so split and busy. The food was alright but they forgot our chicken sandwich and onion rings ... twice. I was just at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Sacramento and it is crazy how you can have a totally different experience from one franchise shop to another. The table next to us was upset about their service and food when we arrived and we joked about it how people can be picky. We were wrong for that. We ordered our wings and they came on time by different servers. I took a bite out of mine and it tasted so bad and chewy I almost threw up at the table. My wife ordered her wings extra crispy and they came out raw. She sent them back to remake them extra crispy and they came back still soft looking. Understand that we have dined at other wing shops and their extra crispy cones out crunchy. Even the other BuffLo Wild Wings we went to the day before had a better crispness then the k e that was delivered to us. We asked for our meals to be removed because neither of us ate them. I would have just paid and never came back but it didn't sit right with me. The bill came and we were charged for three orders. There were only two ordered. We explained the situation to the manager which didn't seem to understand or maybe he was trying to hold profit, not sure.
