Staff were very friendly! Private event. Seating for VIP well organized, plenty of food options in additional to beverages. They even gave us their light up cowboy hats as souvenirs! The only reason why I'm even giving 2 stars is because our waitress was really nice! The food here was just all around not great, we had a group of 9 and most ppl got different menu items and not one person loved theirs. Our food came out before our drinks (almost 30mins later) and the menus were sticky. We had a reservation (the restaurant was not busy when we arrived) and they still didn't have a table available when we got there, we ended up having to help the host push tables together for our party. With a 2.6 star on Yelp, I was very skeptical to go to D&B. However, this is where my son wanted to go to for his 32nd birthday. Overall, our party of over 12 had a very positive experience. We were able to take advantage of their happy hour. They had numerous mixed drinks, beers and appetizers options for $5. Amazing!! We all shared wings, sliders, fries, flatbread pizza and fried pickles. All of which were above my expectations based on many negative reviews, I read. Overall, I thought the food was very good and the fried pickles were fantabulous. Our server was ok. Not sure if she was off her game. We had to ask her several time for waters she forgot we ordered. A few drinks ordered during happy hour came up at regular price because they were entered late. This was corrected by management (thank you). Lessons learned, check your bill. Don't just swipe and pay. D&B automatically puts an 18% gratuity on the bill (fair practice especially large groups) but, be careful not to double tip when it prompts you unless that is what you want. Lastly, D&B offers a 15% discount to military, veterans, and first responders. Unfortunately, my entire party missed out on that because we learned after paying. read more

She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. The Friday before Christmas, I drive over an hour to take my grandkids at Dave & Buster's only to find out they closed Dave & Buster's for a private event on a Friday night just before the Christmas holidays on freaking believable. There was like 10 people in the game room that you could see from the mall worst experience ever I guess from now on Chuck E. Cheese or another venue will get my money in my grandkids times. Spending two night at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville and decided to check out the local D&Bs. Shared an appetizer, had lots of drinks and played a bunch of competitive sports games. Five of us came and spent 2-3 hours in the game room and still had a ton of credits leftover on our game card to come back again another time. There's two options in the Summer heat...either be by the pool or lake or stay indoors. D&B was the perfect way for us to pass an afternoon indoors to beat the heat (and beat game levels) and we had so much fun here. Yes, it is loud. Yes, it isn't cheap. But you know what you're getting and the employees here were incredibly nice. We got a couple beers and some nachos which were good. They have an ordering system where you pick out and pay online and then they bring the food and drinks to your table when it's ready. Each table has a unique QR code you scan so they know where to bring it. Although we came on a weekend it wasn't overly crowded and we didn't have trouble finding games to play. Since it's located at Opry Mills you also have the option of dining elsewhere or walking around and shopping too. This big kid approves! read more

After our wonderful experience at the Columbus Ohio (Polaris) Dave & Busters and the better menu options, I was excited to go to the Opry Mills location which is closer to home. Our experience was bad, and we ended up skipping the gaming area as a result. I was served rotten tomatoes, literally. And, they brought me a bill for the rotted food I returned to the kitchen. It was awful. Whoever plated and served that food to a customer needs fired. I doubt I will ever return to this location again. I left very disappointed, and hungry. read more

Yes it is LOUD! But hey, who cares when your having so much fun? Oh wait, you do care if your hungry and thirsty and it is close to impossible to get anyones attention. I loved it! We went to the bar when we first arrived and got bartender Mackenzie! She was very out going and efficient! She told us what deals they had going on! We got the happy hour price for draft beer! It's from 4pm-7pm! It was only $2.50 a pint! We then went playing in Dave and Buster and Had a blast! Eventually we went back to get more quietness and went to the restaurant bar again! Mackenzie was there she served us again and was so polite! We decided to get some food!
