I love this Dave & Busters it's very cool. The staff a super cool too, specifically the bartender that was on the shift that day. She had really long curly hair, very nice woman so nice I kept imagining she was talking to me in the southern accent. They have a lot of cool games, as well as all the classics and every Dave and Busters. But they have the Hungry Hungry Hippos, and for 20 bucks they have a human claw machine which is really cool. I love that this Dave & Buster's is actually in Natick Mall! Makes it super convenient without having to go outside. I feel like this location is a bit smaller but still had all the games I love to play. I had a little bit of an issue with one of the games I wanted to play, in which we had swiped the game card twice. The first time, we thought it was user error and the second time, it took our game credit away and none of the buttons lit up to allow us to play. Fortunately, we were able to get our credits refunded from those two swipes immediately once we notified staff. Great place to go to just chill and have a fun time! read more

I haven't been to a D&B since a work function maybe 6 years ago, so I was looking forward to another D&B visit. The kids already had their Dave and Busters cards, so upon arrival our first order of business was reloading their cards at the self-service kiosks. $35 apiece gave them 187 chips to spend on their favorite attractions. That's easier said than done because there were literally hundreds of games of every description to play -driving games, shooting games, arcade games, basketball, baseball, air hockey, VR, ping pong, and billiards just to name a few. The kids had a blast, flicking those joysticks and smashing those buttons, and accumulating those prize tickets. We refilled one card, because it got depleted so fast, and popped in another $24 for 115 more chips. I thought the space was clean, neat, and well lit. Unlike some other Yelpers, we didn't run into any broken machines and the pay kiosk worked flawlessly. Since the thought of letting their prize tickets accumulate on their cards was a foul suggestion, the kids used up all of their tickets on some questionable prizes (plastic vampire teeth anyone?) that made both of them very happy. This is a great Dave and Busters located in a nice mall and location. The ambiance of the arcade is fun despite it being loud. You get used to the loud after a while. The games are super fun especially with kids. Highly recommend going here with older kids and family. The food is standard Dave and busters food. D&B food will never wow you but it is solid bar food and wings. As always, this location is a great place to watch the various sporting events taking place on all the TVs. The only drawback to this location is that it doesn't have my favorite game, Kung Fu Panda. Otherwise, a great all-in-one spot to bring friends and family for games and fun! read more

My 3rd time here in Natick. Still not any better. Been seated for about 15 minutes. No one has asked us if we want anything to drink. Much rather hang out at end of bar and talk and laugh. Few servers staring right at me now laughing. Manager with long black hair and blue shirt has looked over several times. She has not done anything. A server with green hair and male and an older woman with her hair in ponytail and glasses just having a good time staring over here and laughing. Other tables being served. I'm going to have change my review purely on the restaurant/bar portion. I love this D&B, I come once a month and the games are always a blast. The restaurant sucks. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty good and the bar can be a good place to catch the game. The service is terrible. Today there was no host for 10+ minutes so I went and sat myself. Waitresses standing around and clearly igorning me. 2 of them walk by and service the table that came AFTER me. They walk by and ignore me again. This is after waiting for another 10+ minutes. Usually at the braintree location but popped in here after hitting level 99! DB layout here is more of a big open box with bar, television for all the sports you can handle on the right side! They have most of the same games. Some of the basketballs in the hot shot style games are pretty flat, or stuck but playable. They do have Pump it up dance game for those who seek that style. Prize section is in the middle straight ahead when you walk thru from the garage side entrance. I had an issue with one of the games and the manager and staff super nice, took care of it and refunded the credits to my gaming card or super charge coin card. The Terminator VR made me write this review. The game was brilliant! VR at Dave and Busters is really new and haven't seen it before. It cost $6 per person but it was only for a short period of time, around 5mins. Still loved it! This is my fifth time visiting this location. I generally like Dave & Buster's and have been to a few of these over the years. It is somewhat of an adult version of Chuck E. Cheese's. They offer a wide variety of games, a full bar and a cross between bar food and basic comfort food. It's a good place to hang out and play some arcade games, for a teen birthday party, etc. Would I suggest dining here based on the food experience? Not so much. But for an evening of entertainment, games, drinks and snack, it's a fun place. The Natick location is new, spacious and clean (in the Natick Mall - top floor of old Sears location). We did not try the food here, as we had already eaten a mediocre meal at the Temazcal Tequila Cantina. In retrospect, we probably could have had comparable or even better food here. read more

Huh, I didn't know that there was a Dave & Buster's located at the Natick Mall. I discovered it when I was making my way to Eddie Bauer's to make a return, and I ended up parking by Lord & Taylor's. The entrance to Dave & Buster's is located on the upper floor of the mall by the food court, with a walkway leading to an upper level of the parking structure. I wandered around inside a bit and found it a bit more spacious than their location out in Braintree. I liked how the prize area listed out the pricing for their candy prizes. I went with my colleague a couple of weeks ago for a team party. The party was well organized and the staffs were friendly and welcoming. The lunch service was OK and the food was not that great. However, the staffs at the bar counter are quick and responsive. Coming to the games, there are lot of arcade games for different age groups. Most of the games were fun especially the Dance on the Floor, skiing. The games was really good and fun to play, especially the Virtual Reality (VR) one. The staff at the VR area was friendly and helpful. She even suggested the best VR to try. I tried Jurassic Park and Men In Black (MIB). Jurassic park is the best. Payment for VR: I remember purchasing a power play on my Dave and Buster's card for the VR game (appx 6$ per VR game), the regular recharge won't work I guess. However, I do not exactly remember why I was asked to purchase a separate ticket. I would suggest you to check with the staff at the reception or at the Redeem shop before you make a purchase or recharge your Dave and Buster's Card if you're planning to take a ride at VR. read more

Service is very poor. I'm just writing this review incase anyone else cares to see if they experienced the same poor service, or are curious about what the service is like for the adults here: I never go to D&B, but only came for my little sister's bday. My mom and I wanted DRINKS, nothing more. A server apparently told my mom they would be back. 15+ minutes, never came back. We ended up leaving to Cheesecake Factory. We came back to D&B AFTER our dinner at Cheesecake, so the kids could play some more. Mom & I sat the bar. a bartender greeted us, saw us sit at our seats, but never came to serve us. Another bartender walked around. These bartenders give a vibe of just wanting to serve people and get them out their face type feel. I don't see any bartenders interacting with customers. No one is really smiling, it doesn't look like they're happy to work here of care about their service. We saw a couple who had to wave down a bartender who was literally 3 ft away because he was conversing with another bartender. So... all's to say: don't expect much. read more

While Thai place can be fun I have to say that recent visits with our grandchildren Have been disappointing and frustrating. Too many games don't work. The recharge station took our money but out nothing on our card. So we had to go do it with staff who explained that the charge at the kiosk wouldn't go through. Of course it did and I was therefore charged twice. So do I bother fighting with the credit card company. Do I go back to D&B where they won't be of any help. I think the answer is I don't patronize them anymore. Update: I heard from D&B and they asked me to contact their customer service dept which I did last week. No response. So I guess that answers my question about visiting them again if they don't even respond to customer feedback they request! And another follow-up. Last one, I promise. So I finally heard back from customer service They told, we can't help. You have to take this up with the store, which is what I originally did. So good luck D&B. Visited a few D&B and out of all the Providence original is the best, since its laid out a bit better. This location is ok, we ended up eating in the dining area and although its large, its still hard to forget this used to be a Sears and the dining area is most likely in the Appliance and clothing section. The menu here has gotten smaller, bunch of bar food, burgers, sandwiches and entrees. The food is ok, salads were good, Nachos were ok except for the cheese, fries were good and burgers looked good. Service was decent and attentive. Prices here are ok, but its a bit odd they got rid of the free chips If you dine here option which was allure of dining here at all. I came here with my wife for a fun night out as we wanted to try the Dave and Buster's in Natick, instead of their Providence location, which I have already reviewed. The first thing I noted was that the Natick location seems larger than the Providence one, and that extra space is not wasted as they have many VR and "seated" video games, in addition to other games that you'd expect to find in a very modern arcade. The restaurant area is reasonably sized and the service here was not what I have come to expect from Dave and Busters. Our hostess took us to a table at first, but we wanted a booth, so she took us to an open one and it is here that our Dave and Busters experience began. She pointed to a round sticker on the table, featuring a QR code to order our food, which wasn't in line with my expectations, as I am used to a server especially when I go to a restaurant. After trying to order the "new" way and not having much luck, a server came over after about 10 minutes with menus and we ordered our appetizers and food. He was relatively good, but it was clear that he was new, because he didn't ask many questions while he was taking the order, but instead opted to return five times to ask clarifying questions about the food we ordered. The timing of the food wasn't all that good either as we were only halfway done with our appetizers before our entrees came out, but the food was good at the very least. If you are watching what you eat and you decide to come here, be prepared to do some research, because much of what is on offer is very high in calories, sodium and fat. There are a few things that are not, but I would recommend going online and looking at their menu's nutrition information before you walk in the door. The food and drinks were good and well-made, and our server was reasonably attentive, so that part of our D&B experience was a good one. The problems with the experience though were constant throughout our experience, which is the NOISE level here. Though it was relatively quiet night, the noise level is very high, necessitating our server to repeat much of what he said because I just couldn't hear him. On top of the noise of the games, the many TV's and the patrons, it was just too noisy to enjoy a meal. After dinner, we sampled a few of the games and though the games were good, many were of the "ticket" variety, of which I personally have no interest. As a kid who spent a fair length of time in arcades in the 70's and 80's, I go to arcades to experience the games, not to earn tickets. There were lots of shooting games and many modern games, along with a few retakes on some classic games. All in all, the games were OK, but there should be more variety of games for everyone. This is an ok place if you're looking for entertainment- play some games, win prizes that cost more than they are actually worth, etc. However, don't bother eating here. We made a reservation for 7 people at 6pm. We checked in at the host stand at 6pm. We stood there and waited...and waited... and waited for another 30 minutes as others with large parties were sat. There was no acknowledgment that we would be sat soon or even that we were standing right there. When we were finally sat, more waiting ensued. Other parties of 6, 4, and 2 who were sat after us in our section were acknowledged, had orders taken, and were happily eating appetizers. Not one person came to our table to say a simple hello, maybe bring us some water? Take drink orders? Nope, it was like we were invisible! After 40 minutes of just sitting at the table, we asked the person at the host stand for a server... no one came, another 15 minutes passed, we asked again. Honestly at this point, I was ready to leave but our kids were with us and I wanted to show some grace that it was a busy night and we could practice our patience... One hour after sitting, the manager took our order. We were all so thirsty and beyond thankful that we would finally have a drink. Just kidding! We waited another 20 minutes for drinks to arrive!!! I would have been thrilled for some water to start, but nothing. We had been at DnB for over an hour and a half and only had our first drinks!!! After that, the restaurant slowed down and our food arrived. Food was fine and everything would have been decent if we didn't have such an awful start. This was the worst service that I have EVER received. I set my expectations low for this place but man, they went below the low. Do not come here on a Saturday night. Don't come here to eat at all. Reservations don't mean anything and the staff is unapologetic if they don't serve you for over and hour and a half. All in all, we were there for 3.5 hours, ordered 3 apps, 4 entrees and two rounds of drinks. I am still baffled at how bad the service was! read more

I also don't know if it's self seating or assigned because there was also no host available. When we did see a server was looking our way. They quickly looked away like they didn't even wanna bother. Had a fun date night, but this location is now up to the usual Dave & Buster's location. The place is smaller than most, a decent amount of the machines were barely working if at all. One broke on us, and one of the basketball machines only had one basketball, when they're meant to have at least 6, and the big shot one had a net in tatters. Many of the games seemed old, like they were the castoffs from other locations. The hostess also didn't know the dining room hours, so we got sat and had to flag her down again after 15 minutes as no waiter came by. We had SUCH a great experience at Dave and Buster's at the Natick MA branch! Me and my female partner ordered multiple items. We first got the Crispy Cauliflower bites. They were mushy and a bit too much fried stuff making it very greasy. Secondly we got the pepperoni pizza no complaints 10/10. Do not order the fries. They came out wet, so so moist with grease that my lesbian lover and I could not eat more than a couple without feeling bloated and sick. Then for the voodoo pasta ( the picture). The voodoo pasta was a bit over cooked and a little sloppy. But the flavor was there and never the less was delish! Finally we finished off with some authentic italian sweet cream strawberry shortcake and mexican stuffed caramel and chocolate churros. The strawberry shortcake was a bit soggy and mushy but my daughter loved it. i know that the churros were Busters favorite item (RIP) so i ordered them and i was not let down.
