Cons: Drove my car off the lot and made it to 66 by the water treatment center and had to take it back. The auto locks started unlocking and locking themselves, the lights off and on, rpms jumping like crazy, auto lock system on and off it was a nightmare. They had the mechanic look at it and nothing. They sent it to the Chevy dealership and nothing. Nothing was found. The issue was still there. So, I took my car to my personal mechanic and had to have the starter block system they put in rewired because there technician didn't wire it in correctly. Also had to have the auto lock system rewired because there "mechanic" ended up putting the starter block system in wrong and fried the auto lock system. No chance of reimbursement since it wasn't "there guy." In all honesty there guy's not touching my car again if I can help it. Ok so that was just the first month of having it. Alright the "manager" Nikki is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She was aggressive and argumentative. She wouldn't listen and she would cut me off and start yelling. This was my first car. My first car dealership and honestly I'd rather walk than deal with them ever again. Oh and don't bother calling around or after 2:30 on Saturday to make your payment they shut the system down and won't take any payments. If you ask them why not they say we don't get paid for over time.. there card system takes 3 minutes to shut down..

Squad Auto Sales hid and lied about the extensive frame damage and amount of rust. The foreign owner of Squad Auto Sales used Bondo to fill in the numerous rust holes and cracks on the frame, then applied a thick black goo undercoating to hide all of it. The front sway bar on the truck literally broke off because of the extreme amount of rust that they hid and lied about. When I called them to ask them about the problem, the Mexican owner became very angry and started swearing at me. He also said he was going to sue me for harassment and to talk to his lawyer if I have a problem. He doesn't have a lawyer. He's just a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST THIS FOREIGN OWNED USED CAR DEALER. Take your money to an American owned dealer where you can trust them. I wish I could upload pictures of the truck frame.

I really didn't get a chance to settle in to work while in their lobby before they were calling my name. They offer a no appointment "basic service" option where if you are just getting simple oil and filter changes and tire rotations...you don't need an appointment and man...they are busy. While I was sitting there it was a constant stream of cars coming in for service. We will keep bringing our Subaru here as long as things continue to go well. I have a '22 Forester so I wasn't surprised that nothing was found...but as my car ages...if I feel the pressure of "all these repairs to keep my car functional" I will not be impressed.
