What can I say about these amazing guys that hasn't been said yet. Truly amazing standup genuine people whom actually care and take care of the customers. The moment I first met Mark, I felt the vibe that people cannot fake, he was a genuine stand up individual who didn't try to talk me out of my wallet. In fact, he tried not charging me however I couldn't do that. He was a God Send and he staff were going above and beyond and we felt like family more than anything. When you see someone who runs a business like that and is grateful for every customer they have, it makes you wonder how you can deal business with big corporation competition. I would rather give my local business the chance along with knowing that these guys are putting food on their tables by being honest and genuine. I don't care if I have to wait to be fit in or not because we were in and out and the same with the second time and mind you, his guys had to do our car the old fashion way with just a Jack because our cars are too low. Not one of them complained or charged extra, they took the time to wrench it by hand one by one. I owe them the bestest review as possible because they made us feel that love and care. Called them at 3:49 pm on 7/4/21 to come out and change a tire on our tow truck. I was told 45 mins-1 hour and told the service call is $175 plus whatever needed to be done to the tire. I got patched through to the "on call guy" Tommy and he said it was $350 because of the holiday. I agreed to the price. An hour and a half after waiting I called back and was told he'd be there as soon as possible. 3 hours later our company owner called and At 7:19 pm they called me back to tell me they are sorry but they aren't coming. Their driver isn't answering their calls. Except the driver they patched me through to was Tommy. He's the one that said the driver wasn't answering. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just cannot believe that no one is gonna show after 3 hours of making us wait. All for nothing. read more

They are a vendor for Uhaul when you're tire goes flat. They tell you they will be there in 60-90 minutes and they don't show so you call again to confirm they are coming, they say ANOTHER 60-90 mins, ya then get back on with Uhaul- they call and say they cannot make it! NEVER EVER use anybody with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very sad.....wouldn't use for anything ever, TIRES included! read more

I had a great experience getting 2 new tires for my Winnebago Travel Trailer. At first, I was just going to use Wally World since it was close to my campground, but they didn't have the right size in stock. I called Dave Howell and was given a quote over the phone by a very friendly and efficient gentleman. I drove up to the location where they were waiting for me with the tires all ready to go on my wheels. In about 30 minutes I was rolling back to the campground, and the price was $50 less than the Wally World tires would have been. read more

I purchased 5 Michelin RV tires on June 23, 2020 for $3,700+. The tires I purchased were supposed to be 275 80 R22.5. I asked for tires to be balanced and aligned. I dealt with Brett Gunter. I was told to bring in the RV at 8:00 a.m. the following morning, and the tires would be ordered and ready to install. When I went to pick up the RV at around 4:30 (the tires had not been delivered until around 3:00 p.m.) I discovered that the alignment had not been done ("no one told us") and that two of the tires that were installed were 295 80 R22.5. I only discovered the issue after I had paid the invoice by walking around the RV prior to leaving. I showed an employee the problem, and they subsequently changed out the two oversized tires to the correct tire size. I was fortunate that I did not drive the RV, as an oversized tire was on the front driver's side, and the other oversized tire was an inside, rear passenger tire. Stephen P. read more

Very unprofessional and incompetent. I installed new ball joints prior to dropping off a truck for an alignment. The technician didn't recognize Moog's new style ball joint and said that the ball joints were wrong. I had to drive back down there to show that it was correct. 3 things you will need here. LOTS of money, LOTS of time, and LOTS of toilet paper, to wipe all the pooh off of you. They kept my boat trailer for 8 days just to replace the bearings and seals. NO customer service. Please avoid at all costs. I mean if your wheel falls off of your car in front of their shop do everything you can to keep going down the road ANYWHERE else will do. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR HIGH END CARS HERE!!! I dropped a bmw off, the job should have taken one day on the second day I pulled up to get my car and the key was lost! Yep u heard me right they lost MY KEY!!! The next day after not finding it and not being able to have MY CAR!!! Due to there dumb mistake they informed me that the key somehow someway ended up on top of my gd car and got thrown into the parking lot to be destroyed! THEY ACTED like they were going to fully 100% take care of me which is what should happen in that situation. After they payed a very minimal amount (75$) to get my key refobbed it still did not function correctly the car would leave me stranded and not turn on when I need it to most! Only one button on the key fob works! I informed Dave Howell that it was not working right and they basically told me it wasn't there fault so there not gonna pay anymore towards it! They tried to blame the tow truck driver when they realized it wasn't going to be an easy fix! Sorry if you know anything about cars which this place is a tire shop you should know damn well 75$ to fix a bmw key that was mangled in the parking lot is not gonna do the damn trick. I actually got in a verbal argument over the phone with mark when he said he talked to his boss and there no longer going to help me! He actually had the nerve to tell me I'm not gonna sit here and argue with you about this!! Mark where we're you born and raised Bc it obviously wasn't Pensacola! I'll never go anywhere for service on my 08 F250 king ranch but Dave Howell. The guys are some good, hardworking and honest people and they are usually cheaper than most other shops. One of my stops I was looking at getting new tires because my front two were worn through. About to drop 1400 on new tires Junior takes a look at it, calls the owner of a truck he's putting new tires on, comes back smiling and sells me 2 nitto grapplers installed and balanced for 100 bucks (and yes they had plenty of tread left). Loved them so much I went back the next day and took the other two home for 60 bucks. When most shops are ready to rip you off Junior hooked me up with a solid. read more

I was floored when I found out what they charged for batteries that were placed in our motor home. Then they were unable to hook them up because of something they said was inside the motor home. So we are out for over $900 for batteries, that they would not take back. read more
