(Dave White Auto Credit) Scam artists. Changed the price on my paperwork on my vehicle after I signed it and intentionally neglected to put that sheet in with my paperwork so I wouldn't have proof. Vehicle fell apart immediately after purchase. Had to dump thousands into repairs because of "temporary fixes." There was gum on a hole in the brake line. I almost died when the rust spread past the gum and the pressure dropped while I was on the highway. Explained to finance department the large sum of cash I had to put into it, and that payment would be a bit late due to it. They waited for the vehicle to be repaired, and repossessed it for two weeks behind on payment. Said I could get it back if I paid an extra thousand for the repossession fees, then when I declined, immediately filed suit and garnished. Then added 1000 into "cleaning" and "refurbishing" the vehicle they got back from me in better shape then when I bought it. All in all, I signed to pay 5000 for the vehicle. I was scammed to 8000. Then, without any explanation it became 10,000 WHILE I WAS STILL MAKING PAYMENTS. They give you the run around and general vague answers about interest, even though interest is there already when it's deducted from your payments at almost 50%. Then I paid 3000 bringing it down to 7000, but with interest 8500. Complained about the interest rate, so they just stopped all interest (oddly). Then they repossessed it after two weeks late payments, and charged 2000 more through various dubious and probably fraudulent practices. Now I've been garnished 300/mo for over a year and still haven't even put a dent into it. Also, installed the pass-time system while lying to me about what it does. It beeps loudly and obnoxiously. every time you start your car starting A WEEK BEFORE THE PAYMENT IS EVEN DUE. A very embarrassing device. Apparently the reason he didn't tell me was because he had to resubmit the loan for the new amount after he altered the paperwork, and I wasn't cleared without it. He called me at home and told me I have to come in and have it installed (after I had left the lot with the vehicle). Buyer beware. read more

Have to say my oil change went well . Everyone was curtious . I have a 2012 traverse with 65,000 miles. Never had a problem and bought it from Dave White because it's close to my home. I walked the whole lot looking for trucks . Mind you , it's 85 degrees out. Walked through showroom and saw 2 or three salesmen on their phones not with a customer . Even saw manager walking around . Nobody approached me . The showroom had 2 corvettes and a suburban . 2 beautiful corvettes in service dept too . After a hour decided to walk the lot and take pictures of 2 trucks and a traverse sticker . I was hoping someone would ask if I needed help. Same thing , they all saw me . I walked past a salesman taking a picture of the construction going on . Mind you the truck I'm going to buy is stickered at 55,000. And I have a wonderful trade in . I actually felt if I wasn't looking at a corvette they didn't want to be bothered. I paid for my oil change and decided never to shop there again . I'll drive to Knapps . read more

My wife and I were at the end of our lease and needed to figure out our options. We decided to stop in and see what we could do. Two hours later.....we successfully turned in our vehicle and had a new one! The entire experience was very enjoyable from the second we stepped foot into the showroom. We were greeted by Joe Mehling and Murray right away which made us feel very comfortable. A month prior to this, we made the mistake of buying a car from the Taylor family. After being hassled for a month and lied to many times, we received our vehicle. The vehicle was empty and filthy and we were not happy whatsoever. Before going into Dave White, we were ready to go to war again! Not the case at all! I couldn't believe how professional their entire staff was. Our car was spotless! Talk about CROOKS! We had a bad experience many years ago with Dave White and decided we would NEVER do business with them again. Currently we are shopping for a new Chevy at other dealerships. With our intentions to use my fathers GM family discount only to find out he has been put on a 10 year probation period due to overuse on the employee discount. Even though he has not used it in almost 12 years. After many phone calls to GM corporate, my fathers discount was somehow used at Dave White Chev. without his knowledge by an employee. Unfortunately, Over such a long period they cannot determine who it was. Just keeps getting worse for you Dave White! Went to Dave White to purchase my first brand new car. I worked with Bill Carr. I highly recommend working with Bill. He went with me to test drive three vehicles that I was interested in. He didn't try to push any vehicles that I didn't want to look at which was nice. After I purchased my 2015 Malibu last Friday, Bill spent some time to give me a little tutorial with the infotainment center and driver's cluster. Bought a new 1500 conversion van in 2011. The DVD player quit working and was replaced by Dave White in April 2013. I was told the warranty was good for one year. Remote stopped working in March 2014. Went in to have it replaced under warranty. After 2-3 days was told by service personnel they had called distributor and were told it wouldn't be replaced. Service said "sorry" nothing we can do about it. "You might have damaged it in some way". So much for the one year warranty. read more
