I sent specific information on the machine and the problem. This is a newer model machine as well. The first tech that was sent over told me that he didn't work on these machines and kind of stood around and then gave up. This was not impressive. However, a different tech came the following day (Andres). And, he was able to take the machine apart and find the origin of the leak. The replacement parts were ordered. And, I was happy to see Andres a few weeks later with the replacement parts. He showed us the problem (a hole and crack in the detergent dispenser ... On a new machine) and replaced it in about an hour and a half. We were the 10th appointment of the day according to the appointment tracker. And he was still efficient and polite. So, while it was a rough start. I'm happy to say it got better!

Alas, the fridge needed a part that had to be ordered and it would be Wednesday between 12:30-5:00 before they'd have it and could get back. Dave arrived on Wednesday at noon (with alerts beforehand, as before). Was not cheap, but was entirely reasonable and way less than a new fridge. So again, highly recommended!

Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. The salesperson (name I am currently forgetting) was very helpful, let me "test drive" multiple models, and was knowledgeable about different features. They said that was unacceptable and took it upon themselves to get the manufacturer to make it right. We got a brand new one as a result. The latest bit of praise is that I messed up a setting on the microwave I got there a while back and Steve, spent 45 minutes with me in the phone trying to fix it. When we had no luck , he emailed me my receipt, which I lost and set up a service call for me. This people is why I go to this store and not a big box. Service is everything when you need help with an expensive item.

I wasn't entirely pleased at the cost of just the service call (~$100) but realized that it takes into account the knowledge of the tech and the rising costs of everything. The gentleman called to let me know he'd be at my home in about 20 minutes, and was early into my two-hour block of time. Thankfully the issue was able to be fixed on the spot and the tech had all the parts needed. The final price was very reasonable and I will gladly call this company again if needed.

What's more, they quoted $80 and I paid $95 for a half-finished job because I thought the guy who came out was nice. Boy was I wrong!!! These people are a bunch of aggressive, bullying, creeps!!!
