My sister and I came in for paint work for a few parts for her car including side skirts, fender, rear diffuser and spoiler. Upon receiving the parts once they were done, every single piece was riddled with imperfections like overspray drip, bubbles in the paint, dimples, scratches/chips, etc. They were willing to buff out the overspray, but we could not accept the work they did on the wing as we had given them a perfect condition, clean slate to work with. They agreed to repaint it, but a week later when we picked it up, it still had imperfections. We spoke to the owner, Israel, and he told us we can't expect perfection and that the material of the parts aren't easy to work with. This was shocking after initially accepting the job initially and even charging us extra for sealant that we did not agree to be put on. The owner should've told us that the painter was not comfortable working with this material prior to accepting the job, or just not accept it to begin with, so giving us these excuses after services were rendered were misleading and a lack of professional judgement on their part. They could've easily told us they couldn't do the work we wanted and we could've gone elsewhere but they were money hungry. Once we got home and unbolted the center carbon piece to the spoiler, we also found that they clearly didn't wait for the paint to dry before putting it back together because the paint was bunched up, and they even over tightened it so much that it cracked the hole where the carbon mounts, ruining its structural integrity. We called and let them know and they said to come in with the part and speak with the owner again. When we did so, instead of working with us, all he did was deny that they made the mistake and ignored our concerns, even after he saw the part in person. He refused to fix it or compensate us for the damaged part or any imperfections that are clearly visible. Personally, I would not recommend going here as the prices are too high for a poor job and lack of care in handling your parts. read more

This place is great! My car came out perfect and Izzy couldn't be more helpful! Although there was some miscommunication and thought my old car was a loss, he brought it back from the dead. I'm so so happy and grateful to have been sent here. There was even some extra work he did, like take the fog off one headlight and reattach the front logo, and then some! I was referred to EZ Auto, and thank god I listened. My car was in a slight altercation a few days ago, minor damage. Did I mention my car is only 6 days old. Anyway we walk in to the office and was greater immediately by Cindy. I told her I was looking for a quote to fix the damages. She said Israel would be with us. Izzy looked at my car and gave me a few options. I didn't want to go through insurance since my deductible was higher than the cost of repair. My new car had scrapes and the other vehicles paint on my fender and door . Israel took my car immediately and buffed and polished out the scrapes. My car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot!! I will be back 100%! read more

I took in my Lexus 350 to fix a scratch on the front bumper. The owner gave me a decent price. I dropped off the car on a Friday and picked it up the following Tuesday. When I picked it up, the owner went over the paint job. He pointed out minor bubbles (dust particles) and said to bring it back in a week in order to buff them out. When I inspected the rest of the car I noticed scratches on the two passenger doors and on the side of the back bumper (passenger side). I pointed this out to the owner. He said that because the car is black most likely it's from when they cleaned the car. He said with a buff they will come off.... So I took the car back a week after I picked it up. They buffed the front bumper and the scratches. This "buffing" didn't work. The scratches and dust particles are noticeable. This is a leased car so I'm waiting for an inspection to find out if I will need to paint the bumper again. If I do, I will definitely not go here.... The one star is for the ride home I got when I dropped of the car. read more

I took in my Honda Accord for repair to EZ Auto Collision after I was rear ended. Dealing with insurance companies, inspectors and body shops can be a hassle that no one wants to deal with but at this shop they really took good care of me. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to have my vehicle inspected and was immediately greeted by Israel. He quickly looked at it and stated he would be able to take it in the following Monday. I was unsure if I would be able to drop it off given that I needed to also schedule a rental vehicle in the meantime. Monday morning I called Israel and told him if I could drop off my car later that evening after work. I told him it would take me about an hour to get there after I was off work and I may be there after closing. Israel immediately offered to wait for me. I went in Monday evening and the process was a breeze. He and Rachel really made me feel comfortable in a setting that I am not too familiar with. I tend to be a little skeptic about these types of things because I've heard so many stories of people being taken advantage of by these sorts of businesses. As a girl who knows nothing about the repairs that my car needs, I really had peace of mind after my encounter with the staff at this body shop. Israel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After leaving my car they even arranged transportation back home for me. By Saturday that same week my car was complete. Their work is exceptional and again they even accommodated that my car be picked up after closing on a Saturday afternoon. They charged me exactly what was listed on my estimate and even covered a few scratches that my car already had for free. I really appreciate their work and professionalism and will most definitely recommend them and return if ever needed, hopefully not soon. They are so good that a week later I even recommended my sister to go to them to fix her car too. No doubt they are a great body shop. read more
