After handing her my card all the employees disappeared into what looked like the lobby area which further exacerbated the situation of me sitting in line. Towards the end of the twenty minutes in line the drive thru lady told me that they no longer had chicken tenders in the classic style and asked if they could just do spicy instead. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHICKEN WHEN ALL YOU SELL IS CHICKEN? We can't even blame the supply chain on that it's poor management, which brings me to the manager, she literally did nothing to help the drive thru or the orders that were piling up besides yelling "to hurry and get those orders out." I have worked in fast food before and I understand getting busy but there were a total of four cars and no inside orders. Why did it take 20 minutes and cost me $31 for two chicken strip baskets? Save your self time and money go to Zaxby's or Chick-fil-A or better yet go to Publix and get a pubsub. Do not go here unless you have a day to burn.
