I received a 7,500 grant from The Dept of Vocational rehabilitation it took me over a year to get this grant and when I was blessed with that money I was overjoyed. This happy feeling was short lived , after Gabes having my Hummer for over three months called and said it was fixed that same day I wound up on the side of the road NOT FIXED. This would take place 6 more times . Gabes NEVER got close to fixing my truck they charged me 1600 for "parts" and another 6400 for labor ?! They replaced my radiator which was not leaking and and then started charging me out of my pocket for anything they tried after the initial. The reason I kept trying was I had so much money there already common sense says they owed me my repairs . The last time it went back my engine got so hot I was convinced it was destroyed. after all this I took it to Lithia and it's still costing me huge money but at least now it works. I hate Gabes . They don't deserve a repeat customer, I hope you will learn from My experience and not lose any time, sleep, trust, and possibly your entire vehicle.

This shocked me, but I should have asked upfront. There was nothing special about the oil change in comparison to Chevron station. Comes with inspection and oil. Possibly this shop is meant for repair issues which they did get my electronics under control. I just felt like others could be spared expense for basic oil change. That hurts! Secretary scheduled me for a Tuesday, however didn't hear anything until Thursday evening where they sent me the codes that I had already pulled off with my code reader. Friday morning, I get a message that I will be charged extra due to liquid melting back of my truck. Well after a $400 bill $260 tow bill to get the truck to this location and then another $200 bill to get it towed to another shop. I'm into this over $800 for them to pull a couple computer codes off of my truck that already done. I recommend going to Pearson's auto or gas and diesel doctor if you're in the Fairbanks area.

Don came out, gave us some air and when we realized we were going to need a new tire, helped us swap the spare on! We are so grateful that he was there and really embraced the "Good Samaritan" trait and showed great hospitality by helping us change the spare and pointed us in the right direction, all before they were even open! They didn't even have the courtesy to call me earlier in the day to say they wouldn't be able to do it that day or at least anything along the lines of "you might want to come plug your truck in we wont be able to do it as early as we hoped" and my truck froze outside.
