My car was in the middle of the road so I did not feel like I had much choice and it has been at their lot for less than 24 hours. This was on top of them telling me explicitly to "not let Geico bully me into getting my car repaired somewhere else". They claim to be a family owned business, but it now feels more like a shakedown from a very shady company. The flatbed even dragged my tires across the ground without putting my car in neutral, seemingly to maximize damage so they could increase their profits on a 10 minute tow. I have now learned the error of trusting any tow company that shows up before the police do. Very disappointed and I will be spreading this awareness of terrible service on as many outlets as possible.
