The environment of the nail salon wasn't up to code on cleanliness or sanitation. Reusing tools and dirty nail polish bottles. Floor corners were dusty and rolling carts cluttered and tipped over in back corner. The staff was friendly and helpful but employees were sitting on their phones in pedicure chairs when I walked in. Following a pedicure the tech put trash from the service in the disposable liner and when going to throw it away dropped water from the bowl trailing to the back trash. She did not clean up the water or spray or wipe down the pedicure bowl after use. She did wear gloves and a mask during the service. The establishment has the means to be great with the techs skills and their location but sanitation is not up to par and needs to be addressed. read more

I've been going to Passion Nails and Spa every three weeks for almost a year now and I've never been unsatisfied with the service. It can get busy but it's always worth the wait. (Busy is a good metric when it comes to a nail salon because there are so many and everyone keeps choosing this one!) I always get compliments on my nails and will continue coming here! read more

Service was crap, quality even worse. He wouldn't listen to anything I said. I asked for file down, he cut my toe nails instead. Then he cut the side of my toe (which hurt) and after I said ouch the 2nd time he said I had an ingrown toe nail and I needed to go see a doctor. I didn't have an in grown toe nail (still don't) and had a pedicure the previous month at a different salon and my "in grown toe nail" wasn't mentioned. They don't own up to their mistakes. He rushed through my pedi, I asked if he was going to file my toe nails, he snickered (again) and talked in his language, completely ignoring me again. I pointed out my toe nails were uneven and so he filed them and made them even more uneven... things escalated from there. Definitely not going back! Own up to your mistakes and stop lying! read more

Update: I'm back giving them a one star. When I returned home my foot was hurting. If you see both pictures below, the first one at their salon and you can see bruising of which I didn't know until I got home and the bruising had deepen in color and ached! It appears I was burned with the hot rocks she used to massage my feet. When I left the shop I tipped her very well because I thought she was doing her best (a older lady maybe new to this type of work). I didn't want to complain but my husband said you should call and let them know. I called said I'd send pictures in shop and afterwards but they simply said "it's up to you to tell us if it's too hot, so next time you need to say something!" "What?!?!!?!..... that's it!" I paid $53 for this pedicure and I had to wipe all the white polish off my cuticles and the heel of my foot and ankles. $38 pedicure plus $15 gel polish and a tip I'll let y'all be the judge of the burn on my foot. Update! I'm not too sure what happened, but I came in with a reservation, not a walk in, waited 20 minutes to get seated, then it took foreverrr to get started. The women working were having a nice chit chat with eachother which I could not understand and would constantly stop doing my nails to talk, then talk to other customers. Someone in there had a baby walker, a full size baby bed and a 1 year old that had just learned to walk and was running all over the place which made everyone laugh and at first was very cute but eventually got out of control when the baby realized it was the main attraction screaming at the laughter then fussy. You can imagine the noise. I Iove babies but this is a business not a daycare. I should have just walked out, but it would look stupid to leave with a few tips on my hands. I was in there 5 hours with an appointment while other walk in customers came and went! I never said a word and didn't leave a tip. I just received a disgusted look from the person that took so long. Kevin is great! Makes my nails thicker w dip so they don't break, never hurts me, and the nails stay on for 2.5 weeks. Probably longer but I get tired of the color . Huge color selection, clean shop, new massage chairs. He has everyone wash their hands when they walk in the door, which I appreciate. I'm not sure where to start so allow me to touch on the positives. The place is pretty clean and at staff is nice. I got the Deluxe mani/pedi with regular polish. I never received the shoulder massage that was mentioned in the mani description. Also it states 'long massage (hand and foot), well that massage was no more that a minute. They didn't trim cuticles, thought this was odd as I have never had a mani/pedi where this wasn't done. As I was sitting there getting my mani TWO different women walked in complaining about the nails that they had just got done the day prior breaking/chipping. I'm sorry but there are TOO many nail salons to just be mediocre. I definitely will not be returning to this location. On to the next one! Hope this helps. read more

Horrible pedicure paid $50 for a pearl which includes hot stones extra long massage which was only literally one minute nails were not cut even I was not offered any refreshments and it's 97° outside yet everyone else was offered wine or something to drink & I had to ask for the heat pack on my shoulders. It was a rushed pedicure I didn't leave a tip which I've never done before but they did not deserve it.My heels were still cracked and I had to go home and re-file my toenails andMy last pedicure was three weeks ago. I ended up leaving before I got my fingernails done because I wasn't even gonna waste my money on a horrible job. You should treat all clients & people paying the same. If I could give zero stars I would!! Worse service I have ever had! My pedicure was less then ten minutes. Then while my mother was finishing hers I said I was going outside to smoke while she finishes. They came running out to my car that was parked right in front of the door. Saying I need to pay they don't care how the service was. I would never not pay someone! Even though they didn't deserve it in the first place. I literally had to pick up thier supplies and redo my toes in front of them and they didn't even try to ask if they could fix something. They can care less about thier clients . After not being able to get an appt with my regular manicurist the last 2 times, my daughter and I decided to try a new salon. Based on the recommendations on my Nextdoor neighborhood app, I chose Passion salon. It was a disappointing experience and we won't be going back. The guy who did my manicure had dirty fingernails, gross! The lighting is minimal and with his baseball cap, there were times my nails were in shadows. It took him multiple tries to get a tip glued to my pinky. My nails were excessively uneven and I had to cut and file them at home to get them fixed. No one in the salon could match the dusty pink color I had brought a picture of and I ended up with a purple color with sparkle in it; I was over it at that point and just went with their color. The picture I brought in also had a snowflake design but after 2 hrs 10 min I to decided I no longer wanted the design, I had no confidence it would turn out at that point. In fairness, the lady that did my daughter's nails matched the color and design perfectly but the filing wasn't smooth and the nails were stuck to the sides of her fingers which will wear off but it's annoying. Guess we'll be patient and go back to Lifestyle Nails. read more
