He got me in same day I called for my first visit (I think there was a cancellation). A few weeks later I was back for extraction and implant. Right after the implant I went to my regular dentist to get my flipper fitted, but my dentist ran out of time and gave me an ill fitting retainer. I called Dr. B's office in a panic, and he saw me same day and fixed the fit. So grateful for that and not having to go with a missing front tooth! I would definitely go to Dr. Brancheau again for future dental work!

The Doctor is a good listener, and made sure that all of my concerns and issues were addressed before the surgery. I had her do 2 dental implants for me. I am very pleased with the results ! The process was smooth, and most professional. For the first implant I elected to be awake during the surgery. Everything went nicely. The Doctor, and her Assistant, Shauna were efficient and very thorough. (Shauna was so nice, too !) During the procedure they provided me with details on where in the process we were. There was no pain during the procedure. The pain after surgery was just for about one day. It is now over a year later, and I am most pleased with the surgery; the implanted post; and the top tooth. I had a second implant recently. For this tooth I chose to be sedated during the process. The implant went smoothly, and the results are great ! In a few months I will have a follow-up exam with the Doctor, and the schedule the top tooth. I don't remember much from the surgery, but observe that I have a great implant now ! The "support staff" in the office are excellent. The Front Desk staff person was detailed and helpful. The clinical staff were professional, and kind. Throughout the process, there was good attention paid to my comfort; and the overall focus on a "good outcome". Dr. Nagatomo is very experienced and well educated in this profession. She was very kind and professional in all of my communications with her. If you want "The Best", this is it.

The office is tucked away on a street off NE 185th Street, just past the Harbor Homes. They have their own private lot, so parking is easy to find. Making an appointment was simple and quick, thanks to the helpful staff. My first visit to the office was back in October 2024. I was seen by Dr. Gillian Lim and the dental hygienist, Ben. Ben performed the initial exam and cleaning, and then Dr. Lim came in to greet me and do one final check and cleaning. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming! My first impression of the office and staff was so positive that I decided to bring my parents here as well. During my parents' initial visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Karen Wang, who was also very warm and welcoming to both them and me. She paid a lot of attention to my parents and made sure they were comfortable during their dental workup. Dr. Wang was very helpful in explaining any additional dental work that needed to be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. My mom even praised Dr. Wang for focusing entirely on her--the patient--rather than engaging in small talk with staff while working. So I scheduled to have a filling done. Well here comes the day of the dental filling. Half way during the procedure, dr song makes a comment saying that he didn't realize the filling would be this big and mentioned a crown could been done. But he thinks the filling can still be done. I have never had a root canal or crown before so I was pretty shocked but was happy at the same time because he said I could still get by with just a filling for now. So after all the pain and uncomfortableness of having a huge filling done, I left the office to go home to recover. Well the very next day, I was eating, I noticed a sharp pain on that tooth. The pain didn't get better so I called dr song's office. Turns out he was out of town for a week. I had to quickly find another dentist, get more X-rays done, to find out the filling was cracked because it was too big for my tooth to handle the impact when u eat etc. A partial crown should have been done in the first place!! I found another dentist last minute that was covered by my dental insurance. I had to go through another painful procedure to get the filling out, more grinding, more numbing medication, to have the partial crown put in. And on top of that, more money spent. And nope, I never bothered to go back to Dr. Song. I would prefer someone with more expertise so I wouldn't have to go through these dreadful procedures.
