Once at the house, Mike said he could not perform the requested duct cleaning service. He then suggested getting approximately $4,000 of services which involved sealing off ducts. He was really pressing for me and my wife to accept this new proposal. When I pressed him with questions and more information, he seemingly tap danced around them. He then said we would get a call from his company within the hour from his company trying to convince me to pay for these proposed services at discounted price around $3300. We spoke about the specific water and wax stains I wanted to remove and he told me I would need to spend an extra $20 to get them out. The stains were noticeable and the color looked a bit off but I assumed because it was still wet. By the time my white couch dried, it was dingy/cream (originally white-white) and all of the stains were still there. Luckily, I was able to discuss my concerns with the manager who assured me he would have someone to come inspect and do a repeat clean for no extra charge. Truck #4 came a few days later and did an AMAZING job! As soon as he finished, even while wet, the stains were noticeably gone and the couch was restored to its white color. And he was super nice, knowledgeable, and adamant about correcting things for me while ensuring I would pay nothing. I am beyond happy with the final outcome and final experience, even with the initial mishap. Thank you for your service truck 4!!

We got the deep cleaning package and he pre-sprayed our carpet scrubbed and cleaned it. Our carpet is fairly new with no stains but we have pets and allergies so we like to get it cleaned every so often. The carpet looks clean and it does NOT have a strange smell after drying. He told us 6-8 hours to dry but we gave it two full days before putting everything back in our basement to be sure it was fully dry. That was our personal preference. Alex was professional and we have no complaints. We were really surprised on the amount of time he took to clean the carpet, which shows it wasn't a rush job.
