I scheduled the contractors to come do it, and it took a while for them to get to us. Brightway and the company they were repping cancelled us, through no fault of our own, because we were waiting on contractors. And, don't even bother trying to call customer service, hold times are ridiculous. That is NOT the kind of insurance agent you need. You need an agent that will go to bat for you, and explain the situation to the insurance company, care about your family, and most importantly, stay in communication with you, the customer.
