The insurance place next door was a discount insurance place, totally racist. And doesn't she think that I would know which insurance I have? After all, I am paying for it. When I got back from getting my bill from my car I walked in on her saying something about me possibly having bad credit? What?! She doesn't even know me!! She instantly stopped talking and gave me that fake customer service b.s... But the main reason I would not go back is because they, for some strange reason, could not help me pay my bill. Even though they are State Farm and I was trying to pay a State Farm auto insurance bill through them.. I have to go through the designated agent on my insurance card. Jesus, State Farm is the worst. I also encountered several problems with their idiotic phone support team (which involved four hang ups) in one day!

It was fine for a while, when I didn't need anything. I recently needed some help accessing my account, but the team at this office kept referring me to the national 800 number. They said they don't deal with bank accounts. I called that number, and it auto redirects you back to the agent's office. I tell them what happened, and refer me back to the 800 number. It went like this at all hours of the day. Not very helpful. Tip: Don't open a bank account with StateFarm, or cancel if you already do. The agent's office doesn't help, the national number puts up multiple barriers to getting your transaction completed, and they nickel and dime you for every transaction.

I have the emails to show this was all completed on 12.29.2021 with Carmen as well as her verbal guarantee everything was submitted correctly and all the proper changes had been made. Now 10 months later my husband and I found out NOTHING was submitted and none of the changes were made by this office. My husband has had to take the last 4 days off of work to deal with the dmv and has spent the last 3 days at the dmv waiting for them to email him and fax the documents to the dmv, which they still haven't done. They keep us on hold forever and no one seems to know what is going on, we have to repeat our issue every time we call and they always tell us they're sorry because their system is slow or they pulled up our other account even though we give them the correct policy. We are dealing with this due to this offices negligence. Not only is this costing us the dmv fees, 3 wasted days at the dmv but it has also cost us 4 days of pay and having his bosses upset with him. We depend on his income as we have a baby and he's the only one working right now. I definitely recommend Allstate but if you want quality customer service do not give this office your business.

I am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I have received. I received a call from their office to set up my annual review for my life insurance policy. My point of contact for the appointment was Laura Guerrero. At first, she provided excellent service. She explained everything to me in great detail, asked if I needed anything, and even offered to explain the policy to my parents. However, shortly thereafter, the problems began. She told me I needed to come in for a wet signature about 2-3 weeks after our initial appointment, as I had upgraded my life Insurance policy. I did let her know that I was only available on Saturdays. She let me know that she doesn't work Saturdays unless it's a confirmed appointment. I told her that I would be there for our appointment since I needed to go in for the signature. The next day, she told me it wasn't necessary for me to come in. Only to have her call me right before Christmas and tell me once again that I needed to come in for the signature. I told her I wouldn't be available until the new year and that I'd only be available on Saturday. She told me she would have to get back to me because there was a deadline. That was the last time I heard from Laura regarding my policy, up until yesterday. I had to reach out to her to see what was going on with my policy. I only heard from her after I called the office looking for her, and it still took her a day to call me back. It took her over a month to get back to me. During the phone call, it was excuse after excuse. She even lied to me, saying that she had told me she would reach out if the signature were needed. You told me right before Christmas that it was needed. I told you when I was available, and you said you'd get back to me. I didn't even get a call back or a text to let me know to schedule an appointment. I understand that, after the holidays, you will be busy. However, there shouldn't be a lack of communication. I should have heard from her within the first week of the new year, considering she called me right before Christmas. From the looks of it, it seemed like she wasn't willing to come in on Saturdays. Despite the office saying it is open by appointment only. I will say that she apologized for the lack of communication. However, an apology does not fix the lack of communication and the unprofessionalism you demonstrated. I couldn't stay with an agency that lacks communication with its clients. I went ahead and switched to a different agent who has already done a better job of communication than Laura. They have taken the time to answer the questions that Laura failed to let me ask. Do better!! Have better communication with your clients. It is highly unprofessional to tell a client you will get back to them and then proceed not to reach out. It should not take over a month to get back to your clients. Your clients shouldn't have to chase you down to get information regarding their policy.
