I have been training with Sofia for a few years now. My goal for fitness training is to keep in…read morenormal shape and avoid decay since I work mostly sitting all day in front of a computer, mostly drive to work, and travel a bunch. Sofia has been able to do this for me and address the problems that arise from sitting for long periods of time and other quirks. She knows everything the human body and the biomechanics of movement and applies a method called Z-health to quickly improve the pains and aches of my lack of activity. For example, once I had an entrapment of the radial nerve which was causing pain and tingling in my right arm. Through a series of exercises and movements she was able to reduce this and eventually went away. As for training, she avoids using machines and is very creative in how she develops sets of exercises to engage the core and work out all muscles more than I would otherwise I would do on my own, really pushing you to do your best. All this with a gentle character and attitude. She is also a very well-rounded trainer as she not only tackles inactive people like me, but also see her working with active young people with goals to get stronger and fitter, and even athletes. I only have good things to say about her wholeheartedly recommend her as a personal fitness trainer.
