AND quick--I got right in. And the end result is that one day later I can see better then I have in months based on their diagnosis and following the after care instructions. I came here because they took my insurance and my eye doctor's office that I have had since I was 10 years old doesn't. Long story short--I think I found myself a new eye doctor. I go back for a followup in 3 weeks. They are thorough, friendly, efficient (on time!) and they care. Just wonderful.

Then wait months for anything-even if it's seemingly urgent. Or you have to call constantly and be on hold waiting. I am glad they finally added a callback feature-but it should be available sooner rather than having to wait on hold too long first. I just cannot figure out how you have to wait there several hours every single time before you are taken in for your actual appointment.
