Not many places carry Silhouette frames (rimless) anymore, but Naperville Optical has a full selection, which is what brought me there in the first place about 8 years ago. They have been willing to, at no extra charge, customize the size and shape of my lenses. They have not tried to talk me into buying new frames when I have old frames (previously bought there) that I'd rather use. As an extremely picky glasses wearer, I have refused to even consider buying anywhere else since buying my first pair of glasses with them. They are very responsive and treat me like family. Really cannot say enough good about them!

I panicked for a week, calling different places, but I heard great things about this place so I chose to come here. BEST. DECISION. EVER. The staff was SO NICE as soon as we walked through the door. They immediately put me and my son at ease. It was ridiculously clean, I saw employees using hand sanitizer multiple times. Everything was covered in plastic. The doctor was AMAZING with my son. She explained everything, kept him talking so he wasn't focused too much on what was being done. It was quick and there were no tears. She explained everything to me and him afterwards. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be a very positive one. If you're looking for kind and patient people, this is the place for you!

Dr. Lisa doesn't keep you waiting for your appointment and is thorough throughout her examination. This visit I needed reading glasses for the first time and since I have bifocal Lasik, meaning one eye as farsided and one eye is nearsighted, I needed to get prescription reading glasses. Joy, Taylor and Alice spent so much time helping me pick out the right pair. By the time I was done I had glasses everywhere from trying on so many, but they were pleasant in making me feel comfortable that I made such a mess because I was indecisive. I responded to the email asking which excuse was correct. Are they delayed due to the lab or are they no longer able to get the frame. I asked if they could get the frame from one of the stores and they said no. I got in my car and drove another hour back to the store and the store still has the very frame on display. I showed them the frame and asked why it's still on the shelf and they couldn't say. This has been my 1st experience with Warby Parker and I don't plan on using them again.
