Well the Rep did not get the manager, manager never called me back, did not turn off auto pay, I got charged and now one of my accounts is screwed. I had to go straight to the exact insurance company and they told me the Rep at Infinity did not know what she as doing and did not do her job. Point is find another broker. These people do not know what they are doing, lack professionalism, and do not try to help. Don't waste your time.
