Never worked with me at renewal half year after half year to try to help me save money when I asked for some consideration. Wanted to raise my policy premium this time by 30% with no accidents, no tickets, and no change in coverage at my current renewal, claiming it's across the board. Welp, their competitor is offering me the same coverage for less than half and after a rude phone staff experience followed by 2 weeks of unreturned messages, as getting a human on the line seems impossible with this franchise, even when being connected from corporate customer service, I will be moving on.
