I filled out my application for TSA Precheck and selected this location since its 7 min from me. I received an email reminding me of the appointment. I arrived and was immediately greeted. The person at the front desk asked to see my document then handed it back to me and asked me to wait. The place is neat and looks clean. I waited maybe like 10 min to be called to the back (i arrived early). I went to the back and handed the person my passport. She then finger printed me and took the payment. I received an email from no-reply@universalenroll.identogo.com confirming receipt of payment ($85). You then receive an email of the status and letting you know if you were approved. Just came here for a quick appointment for my tsa pre-check services. Was in and out of here in 8 minutes! The workers here were very friendly, totally professional, and the main lady that helped me explained all processes to make it easy! I just came in for this service only and was not asked about anything else. The office was really nice and I say for a $78 price for 5 years is a really good deal. It's the fixed value set by the government, but anything to get through airport lines faster and easier. Definitely recommend!!! read more

I had to come to Mountain Insurance Services to get my fingerprints done. They are located at the shopping center, where the Home Depot and Hobby Lobby is on Mountain Ave in Upland. Just a heads up: it is HIGHLY recommended that you make an appointment before you show up. I made an appointment prior by calling to get the service I needed. They will take walk ins, but the people who made appointments prior will get top priority, depending if they are not busy. When I arrived, I was acknowledged by the friendly staff. When I had to check in, I was assisted by Karla. She was really nice, very helpful and was able to answer my questions. I waited about 5 'minutes and I was able to proceed with the fingerprints. My overall experience was great and Karla truly provided great customer service. On my personal opinion, I would come back to Mountain Insurance Services again to get my documents prepared, when I'm in the Upland area. read more

I think it took about three minutes between my walking back to the cubicle, fingerprinting, photo, signatures, payment and walking out. The people here are in some serious need of customer service training. They are so rude and unhelpful. Came in for a TSA precheck, and they said that they don't take walk in's after 3:00, even though it doesn't specify that anywhere. Went in the next day before three and they said it would be a 40 minute wait, an hour and a half later and I'm still waiting. They don't want your business, they just see you as a burden. read more

I had to get fingerprints done here at 10:30am in the morning for my P&C License. I filled out the live scan as an form online but the woman at the front desk told me I needed to fill out the actual form which was all the way at my house. I had to leave work on my second day of my new job just to get this done. It took me an hour and half to get back only for her to tell me two others were in front of me. Absolutely AWFUL customer service at the front desk. That girl has no idea what she is doing and needs to be trained properly in customer service satisfaction.Thank goodness another woman helped me out because of I had to look at that girls face again I would have lost it. read more

I came here to be fingerprinted for an EFIN with the IRS. They are a service location with Identogo and the closest one to me. I had already tried the police station and they don't do the type of fingerprint cards that I needed. I was warmly greeted when I arrived. The office is neat and clean. I was able to get my fingerprints completed in a really efficient way and I could tell they were paying attention to details. Thank you. read more

Quite possibly the nicest people on the planet. I just needed fingerprints for a license, but these folks were seriously kind. They helped promptly, worked hard to get good prints (I guess I don't have good/pronounced ridges) and we're efficient with each customer. Yes, Murphy's law applies here too and several folks came in right about the same time, so a little waiting happened... but what I saw was a couple great employees really trying to help everyone. I'll take good people working hard any day. It's a drive for me to go to this location, but I'll make the drive. This is a business I want to support. read more

I grabbed the earliest appointment for TSA precheck as there was none available until august 4. And the receptionist working at this time gave me false information and said that TSA pre-check is only for domestic flights and told me it would not work for my international flight to which I was disappointed and I left. On my way home I looked it up and said the TSA pre-check is available for international flights so I called and asked if they can give me another appointment or put me priority walk in because of the mistake she had made and they said now that there might be an hour to two hour wait for my TSA pre-check which I will not be getting because the receptionist gave me false information. I would recommend having the staff learn about TSA pre-check and the information that comes with it before doing appointments here. read more
