I came here after my insurance changed to continue my care from my previous rheumatologist. I was given orders by Doctor Dang for blood testing and no imaging and given a follow up appointment on the phone to discuss the results of the testing. The test was negative and they asked me to come back in for another in-person visit to order more testing/imaging. The office is far away, and I didn't think they were actually going to make an impact on my care so I cancelled my appointment. My PCP convinced me to make another appointment because they haven't tried everything possible to rule out Rheum issues. The next appointment was with a PA with a heavy Vietnamese accent who refused to order any additional tests, wouldn't order any new imaging, and gave me no fresh information. It was absolutely something that could have been a phone call rather than an in person appointment nearly an hour away from home. The office itself doesn't look great. They had cheap, metal fold out chairs in the exam room, no paper covering on the exam chair, and the seats in the lobby were sunken in and old. read more

DAVID DANG DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DIAGNOSE. And he discriminates against young people, because apparently if you're young and active you can't possibly be in any pain or have any swelling. He ordered x rays for my husband's neck, back, and hip. But he diagnosed him with carpal tunnel without any imaging of his hands or wrists. My husband didn't even complain much about his hands so where is this coming from? Dang apparently wasn't listening. Horrible bedside manner. He also prescribed ibuprofen and when my husband said he didn't want medication, Dang kept pushing pain meds and talked about surgery for "carpal tunnel" without any proper reasoning. We want answers and conservative management, not a bandaid and surgery over a WRONG diagnosis. Also, Dang cant be trusted to interpret xrays. He said my husband's hips were fine but he definitely has a cam bump on the xray which results in hip impingement and can cause hip pain. Dang can't even identify that as a possible diagnosis for the hip pain. He said to see a chiropractor. My husband had to push for physical therapy. We will be looking for an actual specialist who can help us. This guy doesn't know anything. Just because he's a doctor, doesn't mean he's a good one. Good luck finding a good one. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Brought my mother For a follow up appointment and they tell me the insurance didn't pay etc. and I have to pay x amount that it's part of my deductible or something like that which is perfectly fine but the fact that they can't provide me with an itemized bill is the issue. Any office should be able to provide the necessary documents to request a reimbursement from a flex spending account and the fact that they are unable to is a huge red flag. The necessary document should always state the following; date of service description of service or item purchased name of provider and dollar amount (patient responsibility only). We were given a receipt that just says patient deductible the receipt from like a receipt book that you can buy from Walmart. I contacted them and no resolution. read more

If it has zero star, I 'll give him this such. It was many years ago. I got rheumatics on my right foot. I have done many researches online and have found the medication treating my illness. Then I came over to see David Dang. He asked me to take the X-ray image, gave me some prescriptions. I came back after 2 weeks with my foot image. He check it again. He told me to take matication in life and asked me to make a next visit in 30 days. I asked him for refilling in 3 months because I was living far away, 170 miles. This assohole laughed at me. I understood that this asshole doesn't want to loose money. At least he can have co-pay from me plus my PPO insurance payment. My illness wasn' t hard to treat. This asshole doc asked me for surgery my foot. I knew he tried to make more money from patients. I don't know what kind a such doctor he is? read more

Dr. Dang is one of the best doctors I have ever come across with. He is very accommodating and always ready to answer all my questions concerning my condition. He is always very thorough in explaining all my laboratory exams, x ray and the latest is my MRI. He shows genuine concern with his patients like when my BP is really high he urges me to see my primary doctor, when my laboratory result is not that good he takes time to discuss every detail and he makes sure I understand everything. Good job Dr. Dang! You're the best!!! The staff has greatly improved. Unlike before when you will see how arrogant they are to everybody even over the phone. Great MD here! I was referred by my good friend to this physician. Dr. Dang takes the time to explain conditions, prevention, and solutions to my health needs. He's not just thorough, but very genuine and definitely takes the extra time during office visits to give you his honest medical opinion. I have RA and been a patient at Dr. Dang's office for 4 years. He listens well, is informative, and works with me trying to find the right combination of medications. He cares about his patients and never gives up on trying to help relieve this horrible disease.I do blood tests regularly and now he has a phlebotomist on site, which is so convenient. The office is clean and the wait time is 10-15 minutes. The staff is awesome! Jeanette, Linda and julie (and I can't remember the name of the other assistant)are efficient, friendly and always in good spirit. They return phone calls! I've never had an issue with them. I love it here! Dr. Dang is always very courteous and straightforward. I never feel rushed or judged when he gives me advice and recommendations on how to manage my health better. He listens and is very good at prescribing me medications that work best on managing my symptoms. As someone who suffers from sjogen (a form of rheumatoid arthritis) disease it is hard sometimes to manage the symptoms but I think Dr. Dang is great with knowing what works best for a patient to patient care. This doctor is unethical. He rushed you out of the room as soon as 5 minutes is up. Any doctor that see patients in this frame time is unethical practices and illegal in accord to medical board. Patients walkout of his clinic will confuse and don't know exactly what's is their condition. I'll file a complaint with the board to discipline this doctor so he would never repeat this unprofessional practice on his patients in the future. We need more honest doctors in society. I urged anyone to report to the medical board whenever they ran into problems with doctor like this one. First of all. We waited over 1 hr and 15 minutes to be seen. Spent nearly 2 hours on a doctor's visit to be seen for less than 10 minutes. It was 85 degrees in the waiting room. They ran AC only for the back office. And we were told he ordered a CT scan for my Mom when he should have ordered MRI by 2 different doctors. She was exposed to unnecessary radiation and contrast dye that can be harmful to her kidneys. Terrible! read more

Dr. Dang has been my mom's rheumatologist for half a year now. He is very knowledgeable, caring and is a very efficient doctor in his field. My mom is very grateful we have met him. His suggestions have helped my mom's symptoms and now she's doing a lot better. His nurse and staffs are also very friendly to us. read more

I've been putting off the review for Dr.Dang for a while now. And I feel like it's time for me to share my experience with Dr.Dang and his office. Long story short, I was diagnosed with RA about a year ago. I've been to the office about 7-8 times during this period, and it won't stop there. First and foremost, Dr.Dang speaks fluent English and Vietnamese. English isn't my first language, so he communicates with me mostly in English and sometimes. Vietnamese. In my opinions, if you don't understand certain medical term, then by all mean, ask him to explain it to you in words that you can comprehend. My experience with him so far is nothing but the best. He genuinely cares for your health, your well being, and want you to get better. He also sees you as a person in stead of just another patient that walks through the door. And for that I appreciate Dr.Dang a lot. Secondly, from my experience, making appointments in advance will guarantee you a spot for checking up in the future. Be proactive in treating your disease, don't wait for last minutes to call in and ask for refill prescription. Dealing with arthritis in general is tricky, so always be prepared. If you have to walk in because of an unexpected flare, do so because they will you in. But don't complain for the waiting time. Lastly, I was intimidated by the front office when I first went there. However, they actually improved over time. And that such a relief. I wanted to especially thank you the office manager for calling my insurance to get me on Enbrel, assisting me a couple of times with the injection until I was familiar with doing it on my own,and making sure the pharmacy delivered my meds on time. read more

I had to wait over 5 weeks to get an appointment. Not too cool when one is in pain every day & doesn't know why. I made sure they had my xrays & lab results, showed up on time & the waiting room was empty. 20 minutes later another patient came in, waited 10 minutes, and was taken in to see Dr. Dang. After 30 more minutes I asked WHEN can I see the Dr? 15 minutes after that I was finally called in. After vitals were taken I asked how long before I actually see the Dr? I was told "maybe 15 or 20 or 30 minutes, it could be longer because he's with another patient". So after already waiting 75 minutes, I STILL had no idea when I'd be seen!!!! My husband had to take off work to drive me there & had to get back to his job. We walked out. Our time is every bit as valuable as any doctor's!! I've no clue if Dr. Dang is any good or not, but THIS IS NO WAY TO OPERATE A BUSINESS and it's HIS responsibility to fix it. You couldn't pay me to give him a 2nd try. Zero stars. One assistant doing everything during and back office. I couldn't understand I word the Dr. Was saying and he couldn't understand me. After cold they don't have a heater. And to top it. They only accept cash. I had to go to the nearest 711 for the atm. My appt was delayed. Its 2013 get a heater and a debit card machine. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

This Ofc sucks bad. When I need an appt I have to wait 5-6 weeks. Then when I need refills I cannot get them because I have to see Dr first. Which means no meds for 5-6 weeks. I had blood work done 2-3 weeks ago and called to find out why my RA factor wasn't done. Ofc girl said Dr was saving my blood. Test results do not look good. When I called for an appt they had nothing for7 weeks. This Ofc should be shut down. And I have to go to him because of medical ins. Not happy at all. Would not recommend. read more
