I came here after my insurance changed to continue my care from my previous rheumatologist. I was…read moregiven orders by Doctor Dang for blood testing and no imaging and given a follow up appointment on the phone to discuss the results of the testing. The test was negative and they asked me to come back in for another in-person visit to order more testing/imaging. The office is far away, and I didn't think they were actually going to make an impact on my care so I cancelled my appointment. My PCP convinced me to make another appointment because they haven't tried everything possible to rule out Rheum issues. The next appointment was with a PA with a heavy Vietnamese accent who refused to order any additional tests, wouldn't order any new imaging, and gave me no fresh information. It was absolutely something that could have been a phone call rather than an in person appointment nearly an hour away from home. The office itself doesn't look great. They had cheap, metal fold out chairs in the exam room, no paper covering on the exam chair, and the seats in the lobby were sunken in and old.

Before confirming, judy and another lady verified my insurance and assured me it was accepted. They also told me that, as a new patient, the earliest available appointment would be one month out, so I waited despite having ongoing joint pain. However, when I arrived on the day of my appointment, I was told that there was no record of me in the system and that they do not even accept my insurance. This was completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. Joanne simply smiled awkwardly, said "sorry," and told me to leave. I had made multiple phone calls to make this appointment, so this level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is hard to believe. This felt extremely disrespectful to a patient. It honestly felt like I was being misled. I cannot understand how an appointment that took so much effort to schedule could be dismissed so casually. I would not recommend this office to anyone

This doctor is not a med pusher like most of the doctors. Doctors get paid by the pharmaceutical companies, keep that in mind. Dr AL Harash doesn't seem to be influenced by them. If you can get through that (you have to weigh this out for yourself because it is frustrating), Dr. Kraal is amazing. She saved my life by getting me on Saphnelo and taking such amazing care of me. I had been with a few other rheumatologists before finding her. She is knowledgeable, answers all your questions, takes detailed notes and doesn't rush you. She diagnosed the panniculitis when no other rheumatologist was able to help me. I feel she is one of the best out there and I trust the information and consultation she provides to me. 5 stars for Dr. Kraal. Thank you, Dr.Kraal. I appreciate you so much.

He repaired two of my toes and took incredible care of both of us from start to finish. Dr. Fishman was professional, kind, and made us feel completely comfortable the whole time. He explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and smooth. And as a bonus (because my sister & I requested fun photos of surgery) he used his meta glasses to take photos and document how the surgery went, which was definitely a highlight to wake up to after surgery. The entire surgical team at Los Alamitos + Fishman's staff was also amazing and super helpful throughout everything! Everything went perfectly, and we're so grateful for the care we received. At the first visit with Dr. Khawar, I was so impressed when he took out his ultrasound probe and put it on my knee right away. Then he showed me on the monitor what was causing this locking and catching sensation all these years. I had a meniscus tear! It's like pulling teeth to get anything done with my health insurance.
