No one contacted me after passing the scheduled time until I texted them. You can tell how they care about the customer by simply saying sorry I forgot and letting me make another appointment after two days. How could I trust them again ? I was quite disappointed and would not use again. Asked me for a ladder to use. I'm wondering why an electrician would not have one for a know on ceiling electrical job. He replaced a bathroom vent light with another one whose cover was actually bigger. He did not cover areas in my bathroom and got drywall all over my bathroom and partially cleaned it up.
