Not knowing much about electrician work, I vetted several companies. Advanced Electrical Innovations, Inc. was the only one that actually asked questions and even helped troubleshoot over the phone. We have two identical ceiling fans in a room, one was broken and initially we were looking to repair the broken one. The wiring was twisted off and broken. Exploring options to repair was possible but the job would take more time, and be more expensive. We ordered a fan and had it replaced. It was less expensive and a better option. Nick completed the repair, was professional, completed the work promptly, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. He even had a small hand-held vacuum cleaner to ensure all particles and dust were cleaned up. I needed a GFCI outlet installed under the sink to plug in a new dishwasher which replaced the old one which was hardwired. Roddy responded quickly and provided their hourly rate, and I was fairly sure that the charge for this job would come in under the flat fee quotes I received from other electricians. They were able to schedule me in fairly quickly. My home is over 60 years old and Nick T. had to come up with a creative solution on outlet placement in order to meet code. He did need to step out to pick up a needed part at the store, but he got the job done quickly and in a quality manner.
