I was referred to this service site by Frigeadair Warrenty as my new dryer was not working properly. David Farrow stated that he would come out to my house between 1pm and 4pm. He rudely stated that he'd call when on his way and I better answer or he'd cancel the appt. I called his office at 4:30pm and left a message asking wherre he was. At 6:45pm he finally calls stating that he was tied up doing other things as he volunteers at a local misson but he'd get to me around 9:00pm or so. Totally unsatisfactory I said come tomorrow morning. He said he'd be there between 0900 and noon. I told him I'f already been waiting since 1pm. His attitude was too bad..I was busy. He finally showed up the following morning. Looked at the dryer, did a test and stated that the problem wasn't with the dryer but in the 240 volt line coming out of the wall..he tested it and there was only 120 volt coming out so he left. I called an electrician( to the tune of $150.00) who tested the circuit, fuse box and load. Nothing was wrong...Seems this repair tech can't tell the difference between a heavy duty 240 volt line and a lamp cord. When I called to complain he hung up on me... DO NOT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL IF YOU HAVE A WARRENTY REPAIR FROM FRIDGEADAIRE or FOR ANY OTHER REASON!!! read more

This company has been called in to look at my Whirlpool fridge twice thanks to my warranty. First guy was late basically told me I was full of it, even though my freezer was at 15 degrees not 0 and there were obvious problem with items that were not completely frozen. All he did was check the temp and tell me to clear any dog hair from under the fridge. Second guy came out and actually did some real work. Apparently the back was covered in ice due to a known problem with the Whirlpool evaporator valve. He said he'd order the parts and get back to me the next week. I still haven't heard from him. Lowe's called em to follow up and offered to call the company. I allowed it and was told the parts were on order. Been about 3 or 4 weeks since that guy came out and still nothing. No answer the first time I called. No one called me back after I left a message. As of today, Lowe's is sending out a new company to do the work. Beyond useless, do not use them. read more

I had great experience. I called Brian at 4:00 with a broken refrigerator. He was at house by 7:30. Fixed it and a noisy dishwasher. He was polite and professional. read more

No communication and no customer service. Out of ten promised callbacks, I received maybe two. I called the tech for info on a part, who had to call David, who had to call their warehouse, who had to call the tech, and no one ever advised me on anything. Dates, times, shipping, nothing. I gave my contact info no less than three times, not counting when I started the incident with Lowe's. Sadly enough, this company is the only one Lowe's has to serve this area code. I can understand when parts are on backorder, but you have to tell the customer. Scheduling delays are inevitable, but you HAVE TO TELL THE CUSTOMER. The only redeeming feature this company has is Riley. He did come when promised and is very knowledgeable. His communication also lacks badly, but I think his is a result of David being such a poor communicator. I can honestly say that unless I am forced to use them for a warranty call, there isn't a snowball's chance in Haiti that I would recommend use this company. read more

David arrived at my home at the agreed upon time frame but he has little to no customer service skills, no communication skills and when I asked him what typically causes these issues we have seen from our dishwasher he matter-of-fact stated kids used the door as a stool. No "maybe", no "possibly", no "likely" used by him... Point blank "your kids used it as a stepping stool." We have had issues with this unit since we moved in (new home) 10 months ago. My kids are all over 12 and the dishwasher is on our island, there is no reason a kid would use it in the manner he is confident it was used. I came close to kicking him out of the house but held my tongue until he had completed the work (which I am pleased with)... But once he was done I eagerly escorted him to the door with a slam as he walked out. He has no tact, no filter on his mouth and comes across as a tired, jaded man who needs to retire. read more

This review is in response to Desiree B. I'm sorry that your service was less than satisfactory. To clear up any misunderstanding, Brian did come out and did his job efficiently. He is the technician, and he doesn't give false or lazy diagnoses. Technicians are not paid if they do not perform any work. By policy, because your issue was not electrical and was consumer initiated, he was supposed to charge you a service call fee that Frigidaire does NOT cover. I'm sorry that you were offended by his lack of greeting, I assure you it was not personal. As far as calling me with a "baby crying" in the background, the work phone is forwarded to me at night and at 8:30 when you called, my son and I were eating dinner. I happened to answer it thinking it was a customer calling to confirm a next day appointment. I went above and beyond to try to resolve your problem, and also called back Frigidaire to set up a "second opinion" for you. The technician had been out there twice, and David Farrow Service felt that considering your feelings and attitude toward the company as well as the problem still unresolved would be best handled by another company. Frigidaire set the first appointment up a week in advance for this company to come and do warranty work on my range. First appointment was for between 8 and 12. I called the company at 8 to ask if they could narrow that time frame down a bit. No answer, but I was able to leave a message. 12 comes and goes and I did not receive a call. The tech, Riley, called around 12:40 and said my appointment just came to him and he could go ahead and come out. I told him that I couldn't wait around anymore and had stuff to do. He was nice and we rescheduled to this morning between 8 and 9:30. No show again today and no phone call. I would avoid this company! read more

Quite possibly one of the most unprofessional repair service individuals I have ever dealt with. I had a warranty repair through Kitchen Aid and they set up the appointment. We called to schedule an appointment on a Thursday and he did not respond until the following Monday (the day the appointment was originally set for). We set up Tuesday with a nearly 4 hour window to arrive. After the 4 hrs had passed, we called him because he was a no show. With dogs barking in the background, from his house I suspect, he reluctantly said he would come over in an hour or so. Now it would've after 7pm!! We declined and he rudely said "that's fine, get someone else to do it!" I pity Whirpool, this guy gives them a TERRIBLE reputation to have contract service techs that don't care a bit about their image or service!!!! read more

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service. I was instructed by Frigidaire that this company would be the one who needs to repair our dishwasher. The first time the guy came out, he did nothing but undo hoses that weren't needing to be undone. The second time he came out, Brian, he walked in my house without saying hello, than decided to have an attitude the entire time, refuse to talk to me like a knowledgeable person and then told me nothing was wrong with my dishwasher (even though it wasn't washing, nor was it drying) and telling me that my water isn't hot enough...which is also unlikely considering we take hot showers and my water in the sink is hot enough to wash dishes that way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!! Also, another thing I would like to point out is when calling the main number, Courtney answered at home with a baby crying and promised she would have the owner call me and come out himself to get this fixed and even heard what was happening as I was on the phone with her when Brian was in my house being rude. I had to follow up with her twice and the last time, David, the owner called me immediately, without asking how my service was or what exactly happened, took his employees side and said that they wont be coming out due to the situation. As a business owner, there is absolutely no reason to not ask both sides of the story, especially when it involves a customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to anyone as the way the business Is run, the poor customer service and a manager who just does not care is not who I want handling things in my own home.
