They have a new PA whose name is Julia. Very informative, very friendly and helpful. She made some medication suggestions, and gave excellent information about some long-term side effects and the latest scientific research, of which I was unaware. The excellent suggestions given to me today by the PA were very helpful to me. Occasionally I have to wait a few minutes, but it's usually not very long. Today I think I waited 2 minutes. I barely had time to do a Yelp check-in before I was called. I have also had Dr. Rowe perform the usual routine colonoscopies. I would not exactly call them a load of fun, but they went smoothly. Well, as smoothly as one can expect having a tube shoved up--well you know what I mean. I should also mention that they require you provide them with your credit card information, so they can charge you right away. At first, I found this a little annoying, but I understand they want to shorten the billing process. The office is in that large office complex right near San Ramon Hospital.
