I asked if they could both be seen and they scheduled the appointment for 12:30. We were taken back pretty quickly, but after the dentist saw my first child, she left. By 2pm, my second child still hadn't been seen and we had been waiting that whole time for her to come back. My kids were getting more and more restless and we finally had to leave. I explained to the front office staff that we needed to leave and would reschedule. She said that the checkups have to be scheduled an hour apart, and that the dentist has an hour from the start of the appointment time to see us. That means my first kid could be seen at 12:30 but we could be waiting until 2:30 for my second kid to be seen. Unfortunately this means we won't be able to come back and will have to look for a practice that's more kid- friendly.

Everyone is introduced to you and that will be working on your team. They're willing to answer all questions and really describe the procedure/process /future healthcare that they plan for you to give you a say, but also explain the why behind the treatment. My current Dental team has helped me. Helped me replace a infected crown from a different dentist location, Help solve a Periodontitis flare up due from previous dentist (not this chain, Tustin family Dental) improper cleaning, and Gold Coast helps me understand and take preventative measures. They explained to me that my mouth is changing once again because of my age which means an unfortunate decrease in healthy gums and showed me that because my mouth has changed, how to properly clean it. I've been sooooo happy and my teeth and gums have been so healthy since this change that I'm even convincing my husband to book here for his much needed dental care. They are also open on the weekends and work days to work with your schedule. My favorite part too especially being a client with ADHD is the wonderful text reminders about your appointment to ensure you don't forget and can confirm from your phone.

Dr. Yoshikane and his staff were the upmost professionals, very pleasant with each visit and treated my children respectfully by explaining their procedures to them in such great detail and answered all of their questions. They felt so comfortable on the day of surgery, did well with the procedure due to the PRF that they received during their extractions to help with healing and had such wonderful easy post instructions to follow. Dr. Yoshikane checked in on them both over the weekend by phone as well. Highly recommend and would love to do business with this office again when needed for another procedure!
