Such a memorable trip to the dentist for my little one- all thanks to Dr. David Delong & his wonderful staff!! While my daughter didn't have terrible previous dental experiences, she never got into the groove of things when it came down to actually coming in. With her permanent incisors coming in & one specific baby tooth seeming like it wasn't doing any budging, I reacted logically by FREAKING OUT!! Lmao. I reached out to the office and was able to schedule something in fairly quickly. Thank you, Indi, for being so professional, kind, and informative- you truly are a wiz at what you do! Fast forward to the visit: My daughter and I were immediately greeted with Indi's warm smile. I can't think of a better first person to meet & interact with upon arrival. The vibes of the office was warm, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. Forms were provided and in no time at all, we were brought back. Shout out to the hygienist, Marrysa!! Thank you for taking the time to allow for my toddler to warm up. I appreciated the patience you showed and the extra efforts you made to walk my child through the entire process/visit. Thank you Cathy for chiming in with the assist and making the appointment seamless. Your lovely smile and calm demeanor gave my child a little extra pep in her step. Lastly, thank you Dr. Delong for the prompt evaluation & putting this mama's nerves at ease. The eval was quick but it did not compromise the quality in any shape or form. For those of you in need of a gentle doc, he is THE MAN! 5/5 stars. I honestly didn't expect for the appointment to go so well. Check out was just as fast as check in! Indi was proactive in covering the next scheduled cleaning and the other girls quickly put together a goodie bag. My child left asking when she would be back. Lol. While explaining to her that our next visit would be in 6 months she eagerly responded with wanting to come back "EVERY WEEK"!!! If that doesn't speak volumes, idk what would. Dr DeLong was very good. Maybe his best decision was to sell his practice to Dr Toy. Now, let me tell you about Dr Toy. #1 - I am not a fan of sitting in a dental chair, I really don't like it. Dr DeLong was real good working with me. Dr Toy, om my very 1st visit to extract a tooth, was STELLAR. # 2 Novacain shot, didn't even feel a pinch. Dr Toy has "the touch". #3 tooth extraction was very smooth, didn't feel anything, no yanking, no pulling, just aster 10/15 minutes, "Ok, we are done here", yes, it was that simple, easy & pain-free. #4 follow up appointment was terrific. I went to Dr. Delong for over 20 years and was taken advantage by his unnecessary services so he can make money from me and my dental insurance companies. It took me a long time to realize what he was doing; so, I left and went to different dentists, and they all confirmed the bad jobs he did with my teeth. One of them told me he wrote an email complained to Dr. Delong about his unethical services and bad work on my teeth. I went to a different dentist because of the change of my job location and again, this dentist laughed saying that how the bad work Dr. Delong implanted on my teeth, and now he is the one that harvested the profit from fixing them. It took me a while to realize that I was taken advantage by Dr. Delong because a few times when I was leaving Dr. Delong, one of the ladies in the office kept on telling me that Dr. Delong has 5 kids and that he has to take care of them. So that why he took advantage of me and my dental insurance companies for all those years? I am now still paying a lot of money and time to fix his bad, unethical works. SUCH A SHAME! I don't like to write bad review, but it is necessary as people need to know how bad this place is and should to avoid this place at any cost. read more

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Delong since the mid-1980s and no that is not a typo :-) He is an amazing dentist with the most up to date equipment, and a GREAT chair-side-manor. Very gentle and he never nags at you to floss your teeth or if he does, he is very kind about it. Also his hygienists and dental assistances have all be beyond amazing !!! The previous reviews are SPOT ON. Dr. DeLong is a brilliant man. He explains everything in laymans terms, which for someone like me (who likes to know whats going on and why) is VERY calming. I too was referred to him, and can say it was worth the trip. Did I mention that I came from Sao Paulo, Brazil to visit him, and paid cash? I kid you not. dr. delong is an amazing dentist. right from the start, you can tell he is genuine and really cares to get to know you. he has an intraoral camera and takes pictures of the teeth, so we can see what he sees. i have never seen this before and i think all dentists should have this, not that i plan on seeing another anyways. i like that he has this because when he sees something, he lets you know right away. he doesn't try to push anything on you, like other dentists out there. he shows your the pictures and is honest with how severe it is or how soon we need to change it. i love that he informs me and lets me do all the decision making. dr. delong did my cleaning and it was amazing. we had small conversations here and there, in between the teeth scraping and thats when i knew he was a keeper. he shared stories and asked about my life and that is amazing. other offices just clean clean clean and say thank you. they don't really care to get to know you on a more personal level. i usually hate dentists, i really do, but the office puts me at ease. they aren't like any other offices where they are timid or don't talk much. they seem to mesh well with each other and for them it works. i can't wait for my next 6 months cleaning. if you're looking for a dentist, look no further ... dr. delong is the man for you! read more

I know this isn't something you normally hear about going to the dentist, but my experience was truly amazing! Hear me out - I promise, I'm not nuts! When I called Dr. DeLong's office, I was terrified. After all, one of my fillings broke while I was flossing, and I couldn't get hold of my regular dentist for two days. Also, with the COVID outbreak going on, I wasn't exactly champing at the bit to go to a dentist office. Anxiously, I researched dentists and after seeing the great reviews, decided upon Dr. DeLong. I got an appointment with him and went to the office, not knowing what to expect. Thank goodness, they have great protocols for dealing with COVID: You park your car, call the front desk, a nice man with a pulse oximeter comes out, greets you, and takes your temperature, and they make sure the coast is clear before you enter the building. That made me feel so much less scared! When I got in, Cathy (one of the dental hygienists) made me feel so welcomed and relaxed and the minute I met Dr. DeLong, I felt at ease. He's so nice and gentle, and is very patient with folks who are scared of dental needles (like I am!). He and Cathy worked so well together while getting my tooth fixed up (and without pain). They were so amazing that I came back and got a cleaning with their other great dental hygienist, Meg! Anyway, that's my long-winded way of saying that this is is a great dental office. I have been going to Dr Delong for many years. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had! I live some miles away but he is worth the long drive. As far as major work is concerned He is very conservative with his care and will do only what really needs to be done. Meg is a superb hygienist and Arleen could not be more pleasant.
