After hiring him I had to postpone the repair last minute due to a family emergency that prevented me from being home for him to do the work. Mike was very understanding and got me back on the schedule right away. When it came time to do the work, Mike showed up on time and was very friendly. Unfortunately the epoxy patch didn't set right and started to lift on an edge. I brought it up to Mike and he immediately let me know the issue and got me back on the schedule for him to come out and fix it. The second time around the patch and color matching was spot on. I walked in the bathroom after the he completed his work and I couldn't even tell there was ever a chip in the tub. Mike and his team do great work and stand by their quality which is refreshing. I called them and he blamed the tenant for dropping things in the shower. Which the tenant said they dropped nothing heavy or sharp. Even if it did chip, it shouldn't peep off in the video and pictures like lose wrapping paper. Go with someone who knows what they are doing and stand by their work. AND don't blame tenants for their poor workmanship. The pictures and video clearly show the reglaze was bad work.
