Originally, I left a 2-star review because I was pretty unsatisfied with the work they did. They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

When I called Larry Fuller, I did not expect him to remember me because I haven't had a need to contact him in 5 yrs but he did and he gave me an extremely fair price to refresh the driveway. And just as delightfully surprising was that Julio was still there! so my driveway looks just like it did after. Julio finished his original masterpiece and I literally didn't even have to give one instruction or feedback because he had all the details from 5 yrs ago including my inspiration photo and the exact mix of colors. If you're like me : meticulous, picky and busy, you need to hire Fuller for anything they do. Side note: When I was surprised that Julio was still working at the same company after 5 yrs, he shared with a big smile how well Larry treats all the associates at the company.

They used a spray system for the multiple coats of primer and topcoat. The finished product turned out great. The price was very competitive and their work is top notch. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They sealed off the kitchen to contain dust, cleaned up daily, and finished everything within a week as promised. Workmanship was really good. I thought about DIY-ing this project but I'm so glad I didn't. They brought sample boards during the estimate process so I could actually see the finish before committing, and they even accommodated my last-minute color change with no issues. I also asked to switch my knobs to pulls and they took care of it. Everything included/excluded was clearly explained before the project started, so there were no surprises. After interviewing several companies, I found these two to be refreshingly communicative and caring about their work. They are young, honest, friendly, have learned the family business and know they can produce excellent results. At the first meeting, they shared a photo library of their projects and explained, step by step, how the process works. You are assured of the time line and use of the best quality products. They strive for professional results, and they deliver! We had our 24 year old, antiqued, off white, acid washed cabinets refinished to a stunning white, and the whole kitchen brightened and looks brand new. They offered to complete a color sample on a drawer front for me to live with before approval of the color choice, a necessity in my view and not something others happily offered. The finish looks factory baked and they succeeded in correcting existing imperfections to make it all look perfect. They use the highest quality products which makes their finish look terrific. They repaired a few random things along the way at no extra charge. These two couldn't have been more helpful and eager to please. This was a big and long project, but absolutely worth it. They explained their process called "Pre Cat." It gave it an original feel and look instead of a paint over. So worth it. I had old cherry looking wood cabinets and wanted to have an updated look with their OC White color. Jensen explained the tone difference as to why and what works best. I unfortunately forgot to take before and after photos of our 1st and 3rd floor but here are the beautiful kitchen work. And then we also wanted to have our warping wooden floors, sanded, and refinished. I was able to schedule to have Adolfo come out and give a quote, very quickly, and they were patient with us, even though we didn't want the work done right away. The quote was very fair and they let us know exactly what to expect. He had samples with him, and I was able to choose the color of carpet and what we wanted done with the wood flooring. Adolfo even saved me from making a mistake of staining a floor that didn't need it. They were great with scheduling and completing the work even ahead of schedule. It looks amazing. I wish I had some before pictures. We did not realize what a difference sanding our wood floors would make! The communication with Karin, in their office was fantastic from start to finish. It's a wonderful family run business. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
